Very nice hotel, nice deco, super friendly staff, still coping with some start up issues, but that’s ok. Place to go to …unless if you like to sleep at night. No sound insulation to keep the street noise out …. But worse is the pounding music from there own restaurant that keeps you awake until late at night

It's a very unique hotel with well-equipped, clean, and hygienic rooms, and excellent service.

A luxurious hotel with an authentic atmosphere, excellent service, and a central location. The staff is very polite. Importantly, there's a restaurant on the ground floor where you can sample traditional Kazakh food, and most importantly, it's delicious. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try it. I'll definitely be back.

I visited the first-floor restaurant in the hotel, which serves Kazakh cuisine. The food was clean and delicious, and I enjoyed it without any hesitation. It's a great place to bring guests. However, I wouldn't recommend it if you're not confident in your ability to prepare traditional Kazakh dishes, especially horse meat.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of the city! The cable car and the Palace of the Republic are nearby. The hotel is decorated in an authentic national style; it's wonderful to experience something truly authentic! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The cuisine deserves special praise. I highly recommend the spiced lamb. It's incredibly tender. Overall, I really enjoyed everything and would recommend it to anyone.

Has nothing to do with authentic Kazakh style. Interpretation of local food is worst possible, too dark to eat. I don’t know what was the idea but execution is dramatic. Choose other options nearby for local food experience
