The owner was warm and attentive, communication was smooth, and they patiently offered travel suggestions. And what's more! They even made dumplings for us! Such thoughtfulness made me feel incredibly safe in a foreign country. Overall, a perfect experience, definitely a hidden gem hotel I'd stay at again. Highly recommended!

Cons:
I rented three rooms, including room 206, as I am a family. The sound of my neighbors' voices was clearly audible, as if there was no insulation. The air conditioning was both annoying and scary, making sounds as if it would explode. Of course, the bathrooms lacked a bidet. The breakfast was also very mediocre, and some days, even milk for tea was not available. Sometimes, the only types of eggs available were boiled eggs. Regarding cleanliness, the sheets weren't changed for 9 days, unfortunately, only the towels were changed. Also, the drinking water was supposed to be provided daily, but unfortunately, it wasn't, and I had to inform them of this, and sometimes they didn't respond.
