The rooms and services are too good.
The staff is always happy to help and travels extra mile for helping.
We asked for vegetarian breakfast and they did comeup with the veg options.
The aesthetics of the property are really good.
Loads of love to the Hotel - loved it

Really good place, modern and clean in an old traditional house.
The place is really peacefull, with a beautiful outdoor. Room are clean and spacious.
The staff is really nice and helpfull.
Breakfast with a large buffet.
Little outside of the downtown but Yandex easy to order and there is an amazing restaurant near by.
I recommand !!

It was an unforgettable hotel in Almaty. Cool wooden house and very good staff. Most of all I liked the bathroom). The bed is soft and pleasant. When you leave the house you are greeted by a trampoline, swings. Nearby is the central park. I advise everyone to go to this house to feel a real vacation in Almaty

Big problem with the noise in this hotel. We got a room opposite the reception and entrance door and the whole night we were hearing the reception bell and loud voices of people checking in and out. Hotel staff was very friendly and even offered changing our room but the only available room was next to the other entrance door so we declined as the noise leves was the same in that area.

Situated in the city centre and at the same time in a very secluded place. The airport is a 30-minute drive away, if not during rush hour. It is a cottage with rooms. Checked in quickly. The room has everything you need - towels, bathrobes, slippers, shampoos, gels, toothpaste, toothbrush, sponge, kettle, tea, coffee, 2 large bottles of water. Flat-screen TV. Fast Wi-Fi. Iron and board on each floor. Breakfast is served buffet-style. Eggs, porridge, cottage cheese. A little bit of everything, but no vegetables, cheeses or ham at all. A little variety and a coffee machine would be great. We slept well, it was quiet and the birds sang in the morning. There is a terrace for relaxation.
