Clean and comfortable small budget hotel. Nice hot water and water pressure. Location good for old town sightseeing. Lots of restaurants and coffee around. Great supermarket 200m away - SPAR
We love this hotel, the attention from the staff is good, they speak English very well, this hotel is very well located, you have plenty options around where you can go, i. e restaurants, supermarket, shops, etc
Nice place
Good localization
Clean
Good breakfast.
I liked that hotel.
Only thing- no water supplied, I bought mine at the supermarket. Hotel sells it at premium price. It’s a small thing but seems to get a lot of comment. Enjoyed my stay here,
Thanks to all staff

The Brown Hotel has all the necessary tools to enjoy a calm and relaxing stay. The price was high above the average prices to compare
In Astana, it is difficult to determine the center at all) but life is on the left bank, and this hotel is on the right) and is located, so to speak, not in the city area)) I looked around and decided to leave immediately
I first booked on another popular website, and it was written that it was 650 m from the center. So I took it) I had never been to Astana before and thought that I would be in the center) but it turned out to be wrong
BUT!!! Here I want to say a huge thank you to the employees who understood perfectly well that this was not what I expected and canceled my reservation without a penalty. Very well-mannered, very intelligent people
Room was clean, silent and huge enough. We were provided with all bathroom accessories - even teethbrush. Last day we needed to wait more than 40 minutes for ordered breakfast
It was strange, because only other 5 guests were there
The w carpet was dirty and when the cleaner was informed about the situation, she snapped. The breakfast was a scam, bad and cold. The hotel itself was quite dirty
I was taking a dump in the toilet at that time, and they kept knocking on the door, and then they called me. it was inconvenient for me to move! The soundproofing is not good
The hygiene is good, the service is acceptable, but there is one problem. At 12:00, which is a very slow time, they started knocking on the door
Anyway, I can speak Russian, so it's easy to communicate. 😅
This hotel provides a public kitchen with free tea and coffee.
Its was a perfect place for a one person stay.
It's a little walk from the bus stop from the airport, but it's a nice hotel. It's conveniently located for sightseeing if you take the bus. The symbolic tower, Bayterek, is about a 10-minute walk away
I was worried that it would happen again in the middle of the night, but it didn't happen until midnight, so I slept well. There is no breakfast and no restaurant
Astana, 12 Mukhtar Auezov Street ul. Auezova, 12 (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
New and all works. AC, good bathroom, they even speak English. But the rooms are really really small. Too small and they call it Junior suite. The area is fine and it's quiet.
The room is clean and tidy, the mattress is comfortable, breakfast is included and they can even bring it to the room! There is everything for living: slippers, towels, robes, shower gel and shampoo, dental kit, comb, tea corner
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is easy to reach and very near the bus stop. They accommodated our breakfast for vegetarian which was great. The bed in the room was very comfy too
In the evening we had a delicious dinner at reasonable prices
Astana, Ulitsa Burabay 44 (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
We stayed at this hotel again, and as always, everything was excellent. It's 25 minutes from the airport. The location and parking are excellent
A good hotel I always stay in it when I am in the capital. Nice staff, comfortable rooms, relatively inexpensive price.
An affordable hotel, with a slightly inconvenient location and a hard bed. Everything else was good, and the service and breakfast were super 👍
Breakfast ok, serve funny cheese strings and good draft beer at night
Wonderful hotel. Home-style breakfasts. We also had dinner a couple of times, very tasty.
Friendly staff.
The room is clean.
A bit far from the center, but a taxi arrives without problems and the cost is not high.
Rooms really clean and luxurious. They will book you cheap taxi anywhere. Rooms could do with replenish water and kettle? As they do have cups trays and glasses
Astana, Tashenova Street 17 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel was good for the location. It had a stop of the bus taking you to the airport directly. My room was very spacious, and this was the cheapest room on the property
A good hotel in old Astana city. Very nice dinning hall. Good food. Mannered reception staff. Rooms and washroom are cleaned. Calm atmosphere in surrounding.
The hotel has a convenient location, good rooms, but the price is clearly too high and does not correspond to the quality of the services provided
Very polite administrator.room. the bed. everything is clean and tidy. and the price is inexpensive. I recommend it.
The staff is absolutely not helpful, there was a feeling that they were doing it through force and some kind of favor, without a smile, strained, without explanation of what services I can use at the hotel (this is all about the reception)
I ordered breakfast in the evening, but in the morning I had to call and remind. All these impressions did not paint a particularly pleasant picture; I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to any of my friends
Astana, Sarayshyq Street 38 (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Excellent place. Clean and fantastic location.
Very convenient location: just a couple of minutes of walk to the city centre. There are quite a few places nearby where you can relax or eat. The breakfasts are incredibly delicious.
Cheap and clean place, very close to the heart of Astana, just 5 minutes away from the Bayterek tower. Hosts are really nice, friendly and helpful.
Astana, prospekt Ablay Khana, 16 (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Very good hotel. The staff was perfect. Did everything they could to meet our expectations. Only slight minus is location is not the nearest to city centre. So you need to use Uber to get around.
I stayed this hotel for 5 days in astana. The administration is very good. Thanks a lot to the the adminstrator Ms Zarzira for all your help. We will remember your kindness and helping nature
Everything is good
Just reception not speak English
But you use google translate to contact her
Great hotel, great stuff. Very professional and nice. Super friendly and kind. Thank you guys for taking care of my relatives!!!
Nice stay in Astana withnhigh quality welcome. Very nice hotel with Royal touch
The breakfast is very small, the front desk can only speak Russian, not English
Astana, Ulitsa Alihana Bokeyhana, 2 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Not excellent but ok for the price, spacious & close enough to the main touristy areas. Use uber if you can because the taxi company they use might be unnecessarily expensive
Small hotel, nice room and helpful friendly staff. I was there for a month on business and would do it again.
Kind of mini hotel. Comfortable and clean. Problem with parking place but its ok
Some of the rooms do not have windows
They might make mistakes in your reservation & not compensate
We booked the hotel through the app and paid immediately, then checked in in the evening upon arrival! It's located in an upscale area, and the view from the window is simply captivating! We loved everything about it! There's Wi-Fi, a private kitchen, heated floors, and the room was warm, I'd even say hot, we had to open the window! I highly recommend it…
It feels a bit abandoned – the common corridors have cracks on the walls and ceiling, it's pretty dirty everywhere as if the floors aren't really cleaned, and you wait for the elevators for an incredibly long time
There's no navigation inside the building, despite having different entrances and a very weird floor numbering system – it turns out D1 to D6 are parking levels, and then the residential floors start from 1
What they call the Elite Apart Hotel is actually a few separate rooms in a very strange, huge apartment building (one of the blocks of the Highvill residential complex)
By the way, there’s no physical key for the room; you enter with a code, and I’m not sure if these codes are ever changed
The code for the main entrance door to the building often doesn't work
Nice hotel, excellent location, there is a discount for purchasing air tickets, the service is good, although the furniture is not new, it is good, the service works well, but sometimes there are inaccuracies with the breakfast schedule
Stayed here for 3 nights, nobody clean my room during my stay, but it’s all good! My room big enough for me and location really good, shops and restaurants nearby, and it’s just few minutes walk from Abu Dhabi Mall!
The location is good, the hotel is also very good, the room is big, the breakfast is also very good, and it is close to the iconic attractions in the city center
The room I stayed is clean and its amenities are in good condition. The hotel staff doesn't speak English, I had to use Google Translate to communicate with them; however they are very helpful
Good hotel in Astana, Kazakhstan
This hotel is centrally located with shops, supermarkets and restaurant nearby. The surrounding area is safe and quiet at night
No luxury, no premium service.
Nice, clean place.
Very good price performance.
Astana, Konstantina Tsialkovskogo 4 Zdanie 4 etazha (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
An excellent room for two with a large bed, shower and toilet, very warm) the room also had disposable shampoos and even toothbrushes with toothpaste, which was very pleasing, as well as towels and slippers
Plus, on the ground floor there is an excellent cafe with reasonable prices) in general, I recommend it, the service is excellent)
I really like having lunch here, it’s tasty and inexpensive, and the pastries are delicious. I really love buns and cheesecakes. The service is fast, we always find a seat, even if we arrive after 13:00
We arrived at the hotel at 5 am. We needed to spend the night, because. We were in transit to another city
Great hotel. Clean, quiet. The cafe serves inexpensive and tasty food. Ideal for commanders.
The rooms are large and clean, everything is there and works.

Good budget hotel at a good location
As a regular guest of this hotel I want to share my impressions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is polite, the breakfast is there to choose from, the prices have rather decreased
Nice hotel. Clean and warm. Silence. Friendly staff. In the center of the old city. I am glad that I chose this particular hotel. Thank you for the warm welcome and hearty breakfast.
Friendly staff, reasonable pricing. Aircondotioned, large tv. Nothing in the fridge though.
In a word, comfortable!) I recommend everyone!
Stuff young, hense lacking a bit of experience.
They were late with processing of my request for an invoice. So I lost two hours
This is the place I always stay at :) I definitely want to stay here again next time :)
It doesn't seem all that old, but the room cleaning is terrible. There's a ton of hair on the mattress pad. It was unpleasant to be there. But it's okay for an overnight stay. There's a refrigerator, microwave, and stove
Astana, B.Momyshuly Prospekt 12D (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
For this price they need to save money too. Good breakfasts, friendly staff. However, sometimes you don’t get everything when you go late. The design of the hotel is fashionable and modern
Overall, a nice hotel with good value for money. The rooms are a bit small for two people, but it's still fine. The service is great, and the breakfast is quite good.
the room is excellent, clean, air conditioning, TV, aesthetically pleasing, breakfasts are available (you pay separately if you want)
The room is big enough and has everything you need. The rooms are cleaned once in 3 days. With a taxi or public bus you get quick access to the city center. We stay 7 nights and are happy to have picked this hotel
Big problem with parking, asked before booking, they said that there is private, no extra charge, but in fact the first day we could not get through to open the barrier, the girl said that someone had checked in, we had to look for her, on the second day there was simply no space, we had to drive around the courtyards looking for a place
The rooms are small, but have what you need, not new, the wallpaper in our room was torn
Astana, 9 Potanina Street (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
We've even been to Borovoe, where they also charge a service charge for the hotel and cafe. The hotel is good, and we like it. Have a great vacation, everyone! Thank you for your hospitality!
Great stay, clean rooms, accommodating staff, good food. Breakfast included with room.
We came hungry at 01:30 at night and there is nothing to eat. We had to drink water and go to bed, which was sad. Rooms are clean, hot water is good
We only found out about this this year when we came back with our family. Breakfasts are gone, and they've started charging extra for the rooms for tourists. Unless you're a resident of Kazakhstan
From ben and jennifer, thank you so much for everything! like the breakfast, nice people and nice rooms for us to enjoy. once again, thank you for everything!
This is our second time here and everything is fine. It's true that things have changed in the last year. Some rooms have a refrigerator, some don't
Astana, Satpaev Street 13/1 (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel environment is very good, the location is also good, and it is convenient for travel. The hotel also has Old Beijing Hot Pot, which is just behind the hotel, making it very convenient for eating.
I liked the hotel, the room is large and clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean without any foreign smells, the breakfast is sufficient
We also went to the Tanghulu shop at the back door of the hotel to taste the fruit candied haws, it was so delicious! I don't usually leave comments, mainly because this hotel is so good in every aspect! ! Worth reviewing! I will only choose this hotel when I come to Astana in the future!
The hotel has good service and is clean. The owner is Chinese and the waiters are fluent in Russian and Chinese. The owner can help with any problems, especially for those who come to Astana for the first time
This time I stayed at the Goldman Sachs Hotel in Astana and the experience was great! The room is clean and tidy, warmly decorated, and the bed is very comfortable, allowing you to have a good night's sleep
The staff are very enthusiastic and professional, ready to help at any time. The front desk can also provide Chinese services, making people feel at home. The breakfast has a wide variety and tastes good
Astana, Dostyk 13, so strony Nurzhol bulvara (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Excellent!!! Very nice and friendly staff. Good price quality ratio. In the heart of Astana - conveniently located.
All the people who work there are so nice and kind, always smiling and trying to make us happy in every possible way. The breakfast is so good i felt full every single day and didnt even want to have lunch until like 4pm
The check in was fast, even got a welcome drink and a warm smile from the receptionist. The hotel itself is quite small but its just perfect. Our room was huge, the beds comfortable and everything else good too
It's excellent hotel near the Astana tower
This little hotel felt more like a 4* or even a 5* hotel because they really want to make you feel that way. We got muffins and tea late night as a surprise one day and on the last day they let us stay until 7pm for free
We landed pretty late at night and ordered a car from the hotel to pick us up. He driver was there we didnt even have to wait and the ride took maybe 20min. He was friendly and really nice
