Kettle, two bottles of water, tea leaves and sugar. Stayed one night and paid for late check out. We had a good rest before the next flight. Breakfast is standard, coffee is delicious from the coffee machine

We met at the airport and drove off in the morning, the transfer was super! The room is fresh. They have an excellent cafe, which is also a bar with delivery! Minus, there is no restaurant menu in the room

The rooms are a bit dated, sure, but they're good enough for a night's sleep. The staff is very friendly, and the airport shuttle was great.

Nice room, good breakfast, fair price - positive aspects. But: amenities are scarce, and what's more not given enough - only one half used toilet roll for our three nughts! And no one cared to put a spare one

Smae with drinking water - they saw a half full bottle and the other one empty - and substituted just one! As if half full means there is no need for more water, it was actually filled with cooled down boiled water from the kettle, the original water was long gone

There was smoking in the hotel going on, even as the claied it was in the designated area (a balcony in the corridor) I was able to smell it it my room in the far end of the corridor (me being pregnant not very happy of course)

They saw I was ill, I caught a cold on our last night in Astana, and charged us some more money to stay in the room till 5 pm. Could have showed mercy and let us just stay, the room was vacant anyway, they told us

Overall a good hotel, but the crowd varies. No sound insulation. Often you have to stay overnight in Astana, between flights. It is not always possible to get enough sleep.

This is a good place for accommodation - nice rooms, clean bedding, pretty good location, helpful staff and very good restaurant. Breakfast is included. Private car parking is also available and free.

There is a cafe inside where the cuisine is delicious. Ramen noodles are generally superb. In general, it is delicious to eat here. By the way, a cozy hostel OHANA boutique hostel is located 500 meters away.

Polite staff, delicious food, and a full meal plan for 3,000 tenge. The rooms are clean and cozy, and ours has a balcony. There's a park nearby for a stroll. There's a conference room on the 6th floor.

The breakfasts are full and tasty. I liked the set meals very much, they cook like at home. When we are in Nur-Sultan, we will definitely stop here

The sauna is excellent, the steam room is decent, it's clean and cozy. There are all sorts of soft sofas, a pool table, a swimming pool—everything you need for a good time with friends

The restaurant is not big, convenient for a close company to get together. Kitchen for an amateur. Everyone was served cold for a banquet of 25 people.

There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage yourself. The room had a very low ceiling, a narrow floor-level window, poor bathroom lighting, and slow Wi-Fi. Breakfast is fixed and simple, no coffee

Pretty basic hotel, clean room and bathroom, very spacious. Warm water was not working one day and on second day, water was not working at all. Breakfast was very basic. But the price for a night beats all disadvantages.
