Huge family room but the space was not used to the best of it and had some really minor drawbacks. Highly recommend anyway

Reception and cleaning services are helpful. They cleaned my room and changed my towel every day. Breakfast was served in the Georgian restaurant, joyful and peaceful place.

We stayed there for 3 nights, and we only had hot water on the shower on the first night. Staff didn't really care or at least apologize about that. And there's no one to help you with the luggage, their service is poor

Samson is a cozy and stylish lobby in the city. Beautiful paintings and a statue. A gorgeous staircase, but lacks railings. On the second floor is the Balcony restaurant. Quite an interesting layout, divided into zones

The bar is a cozy place to hang out with friends. The live music is great, Madina is a great singer, such a rich voice! All the bar staff are friendly, polite, and competent.

Were they trying to make me pay twice? I booked the room for two days, and after going out on the second day, I came back in the afternoon only to be asked why I left my luggage in the room

I had booked for two nights and only stayed one, so why would I take my luggage with me? This clearly shows they had no idea I had booked for two days

The second floor faces the street, but it can be noisy at night. There's often a wedding in the adjacent party hall, which can be quite noisy. I requested a room change, but the hotel kept saying they had no rooms

Upon request, they gave me my breakfast to go because I had an early morning flight. They arranged for a taxi to the airport. The next time I overnight in Astana again, I will definitely stay here again!

I loved my stay here! My flight to Astana was severely delayed, and I should have had to pay a cancellation fee for the first night at the hotel. Instead, the staff waived the fees for me

Hotel Aykun was a most pleasant stay. They even have a free sauna! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable

The beds are in a good condition, and the windows are sound proof. The staff is friendly and there's enough english speaking staff. The restaurant is great and open till late at night

I've had my best kazach pizza there, and their traditional dishes are fingerlicking. They also offer an airport service for a reasonable price

This place is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the MEGA shopping mall. It's also not far from the business district, making it a great place to stay when traveling to Astana for business.

After half an hour, they said they found my booking, but mistakenly assigned it to someone else, saying they had no rooms available?! After much arguing, they finally got rooms—two double rooms we booked, but one of them was a triple room! Absolutely bizarre… We dragged our heavy suitcases around arguing again, and finally, they managed to get us two double rooms… Seriously, if they had rooms, why...

A big bonus is the student canteen on the 1st floor, which is open 24/7. You won't go hungry and the prices are very cheap. Breakfast is also good (not exactly wow) and is included in the price

The shower pressure is good, but the shower head (need to be replaced or cleaned) sprays everywhere, and water gets on the floor. Naturally, it's damp and slippery
