Cleanliness: Excellent, with a housekeeper to help maintain cleanliness.
Environment: Constant temperature and humidity, very friendly in cold Astana. Located right on the central axis and just a 5-minute walk from the Tree of Life Monument, it's a great place for a trip.
Service: Very attentive. Besides the housekeeper's assistance with cleanliness, the front desk even checked our passports during check-in and arranged a room with Chinese standard electrical outlets. It was incredibly convenient and touching. Highly recommended!
