The hotel was very clean, and the front desk had staff who spoke Chinese, English, and Russian. The breakfast selection was extensive. It was a very large hotel with excellent soundproofing. It also had a gym, sauna, meeting rooms, and a Chinese restaurant.

We had an amazing 4 nights stay at Beijing Palace.
Place is conveniently located in the center of the city.
Very quiet modern 5 star hotel with all the amenities!
Would like to say special thank you to all the staff for comfortable stay.
Rooms are clean and new. Everything that we needed was a phone call away.
Fitness center and access to the swimming pool and saunas was included.
Breakfast was amazing and if you would like to have lunch and dinner it could be done in hotel.
There is a highly praised asian restaurant on top floor as well

The hotel facilities are very old, including the furniture, bathroom, and toilet area where you can even see the pipes under the sink. Despite booking the same room type as my colleague, I was automatically assigned to the lowest floor, and my previous requests were completely ignored. I stayed for four nights, yet the hotel did not replenish supplies daily—on one day, they even forgot to provide slippers. Each floor has two huge halls, which also felt rather strange.

Friendly helpful staff. Unfortunately the mattress was very hard . No soap in the bathroom. Coffee/ tea not replenished daily we had to keep asking.and and did not always arrive and no milk for coffee Good variety at breakfast and cook to order omeletes. Great location. King Delux room furniture a little tired and basic. Cleaner woke us banging on door at 7.30am tho we were staying 3 nights. not 5 star

A good place to stay right in the centre of the city. Baiterek, Moskva business centre and ministerial building are in 5 min walk. The room was clean and spacious, all necessities in the room. The bathtub was clogged and limited supply of toilet paper, napkins was provided, be prepared to request more from the reception if you are ill or use more paper. Breakfast is buffet but with limited variety. Enough to satiate you for a good start of the day.

The food is delicious with 360° panoramic view restaurant at 23th floor, you can take breakfast and dinner with great view of Astana City. It is amazing and worth it, excellent

Bathrooms could be better. Overall very good. Gym saloon is very good, but should be open very early and very late, like from 05:00am to 01:00am.
