Clean, new, well maintained. Helpful employees. Location is not perfect, but fairly central! Sadly no real common area. Astana is great, the hostel absolutly fine. Would go again!

The hotel is very unique, like a single-family villa. The hotel is very clean. The cleaning lady is very diligent, always mopping the floor. The paintings on the wall are very warm. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel is excellent, a room with two rooms and beds. On July 7 and 8, 2022, it cost 32,000 tenge for two days. But breakfast is included, they give coupons for visiting (at the hotel) cafe

Clean, smells nice (it feels like cleaning is regular and not a blunder), non-smoking rooms, reasonable prices. Walking distance to the old railway station

And special thanks to the restaurant staff! Borsch is like in Ukraine, pilaf is like in Uzbekistan! I give it a solid 5 stars! Keep it up!

Great location if you need to go to the station. The very friendly receptionists even let me check in several hours early.

It doesn't seem all that old, but the room cleaning is terrible. There's a ton of hair on the mattress pad. It was unpleasant to be there. But it's okay for an overnight stay. There's a refrigerator, microwave, and stove

Rooms for 3. One bathroom for two rooms. Prices are reasonable. It's bad that there is no payment for half a day.

We arrived at 1:00am and got in a room easy on the spot. Basic room for 2 people comes up to $20 per person 24 hours stay. Hotel is clean and well taking care off

This place is ok only if you have the car, and you will have breakfast somewhere outside. Room is 4*. Otherwise 2*, breakfast 1*

We only found out about this this year when we came back with our family. Breakfasts are gone, and they've started charging extra for the rooms for tourists. Unless you're a resident of Kazakhstan

They treated us to hot donuts and were very kind. +Value for price (RUR 3,000 per night) +Normal mattresses and pillows -Old plumbing and carpet -Breakfast is very simple. But scrambled eggs are delicious

-Furniture is cracked in places -The room is very small. But it will do for an overnight stay. I think for the money we had a great 2 nights. Therefore, very modestly, yes, but overall everything is excellent

It's a little walk from the bus stop from the airport, but it's a nice hotel. It's conveniently located for sightseeing if you take the bus. The symbolic tower, Bayterek, is about a 10-minute walk away

We met at the airport and drove off in the morning, the transfer was super! The room is fresh. They have an excellent cafe, which is also a bar with delivery! Minus, there is no restaurant menu in the room

Kettle, two bottles of water, tea leaves and sugar. Stayed one night and paid for late check out. We had a good rest before the next flight. Breakfast is standard, coffee is delicious from the coffee machine

The hotel is about 10 minutes by car from Astana Central Station and is well equipped for its three star class. The hotel has a sauna and a pool, both are clean and well maintained. As a guest you can use both for free

We stayed here just after arriving to Kazakhstan. Our flight arrived very early and we were offered some tea/coffee while they prepared our room and let us check-in early
