The rooms are clean, cleaned daily, all amenities are provided, down to toothbrushes and slippers, a robe upon request, soft, clean carpeting, an ironing board in the hallways, and a water dispenser, although water is delivered to the room daily

What a great experience for my Mom. I booked room for her for 5 nights. There was an issue with booking through a third party and Batirzhan at the front desk did absolutely everything to make sure she were taken care of

I booked this hotel for my parents and I’m very grateful for the hotel not charging me for extra chargers. Even we had to move to a different hotel, this one is very spacious, rooms are big, staff is very supportive.

Thanks to the girls at reception, they were very friendly. And thanks to the chef for the absolutely wonderful, thin pancakes and delicious muffins for breakfast, and excellent salads

A wonderful hotel at a very reasonable price. The only downside is that it's a bit far from all the main attractions, but given the low taxi prices in Astana, this isn't a problem

The spa is excellent and the masseuse, a Thai woman named Su, is very professional. The spa and restaurant prices are not at all inflated, as is typical in hotels

This place is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the MEGA shopping mall. It's also not far from the business district, making it a great place to stay when traveling to Astana for business.

A big bonus is the student canteen on the 1st floor, which is open 24/7. You won't go hungry and the prices are very cheap. Breakfast is also good (not exactly wow) and is included in the price

By the way, the hotel is located on the territory of a student campus and looks like it was just converted from a dorm into a 4* hotel. It's a 7-10 minute walk to the Mega shopping center

They are building an overground metro from the airport, the stop is right at the entrance to the campus (5 minutes to the hotel), it will be even cheaper to get there in a year or two

The family room is quite large, but useless in terms of having nowhere for the family to sit and chat. There are 2 bedrooms and one "mother-in-law's room" with 2 armchairs and a TV

A rather unpleasant check-in experience. I landed at midnight and had emailed the hotel beforehand to confirm check-in. Upon arrival, the front desk said they couldn't find my booking

I have trouble finding my way around unfamiliar places, the reception explained everything very well, thank you! It’s bad that the TV didn’t work, the programs switched on their own and there was no kettle or carafe of water

They checked us in earlier than expected, thank you very much. They helped us out with the connection. Special praise to the restaurant - delicious, especially the khinkali, cozy, live vocals on weekend evenings

It's impossible to even wash my feet in the shower; the faucet doesn't work. The breakfast is good, simple, and filling. We had lunch in the restaurant on the ground floor. They serve delicious Georgian cuisine

The hotel is good for short-term stays. The bed linens are in good condition. There's no kettle in the room, but there's a water cooler in the hallway. There's a large closet for clothes, but only one hanger

The hotel was booked on short notice. It's located in the city center, has no elevator, weak WiFi signal, and lacks the service quality of China. Overall, the price/performance ratio is acceptable.

The shower pressure is good, but the shower head (need to be replaced or cleaned) sprays everywhere, and water gets on the floor. Naturally, it's damp and slippery

The w carpet was dirty and when the cleaner was informed about the situation, she snapped. The breakfast was a scam, bad and cold. The hotel itself was quite dirty

Clean and cozy. The location is excellent: within walking distance of the train station and a direct route to the city center. The only downside is the noisy street right outside the windows.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is easy to reach and very near the bus stop. They accommodated our breakfast for vegetarian which was great. The bed in the room was very comfy too

New and all works. AC, good bathroom, they even speak English. But the rooms are really really small. Too small and they call it Junior suite. The area is fine and it's quiet.

We landed pretty late at night and ordered a car from the hotel to pick us up. He driver was there we didnt even have to wait and the ride took maybe 20min. He was friendly and really nice

We booked the hotel through the app and paid immediately, then checked in in the evening upon arrival! It's located in an upscale area, and the view from the window is simply captivating! There's no navigation inside the building, despite having different entrances and a very weird floor numbering system – it turns out D1 to D6 are parking levels, and then the residential floors start from 1

It's large, as shown in the photos, well-equipped with plenty of amenities, but a bit worn in places – wallpaper peeling in some spots, laminate coming off the chipboard on some cabinets, and a window stopper torn off

It feels a bit abandoned – the common corridors have cracks on the walls and ceiling, it's pretty dirty everywhere as if the floors aren't really cleaned, and you wait for the elevators for an incredibly long time

The room temperature couldn't be adjusted, and it was too hot. The room cleaning wasn't thorough – dust and hair in the pull-out sofa, stains on the bedspread, and dirt on the shower walls with some mold

What they call the Elite Apart Hotel is actually a few separate rooms in a very strange, huge apartment building (one of the blocks of the Highvill residential complex)

Stayed here for 3 nights, nobody clean my room during my stay, but it’s all good! My room big enough for me and location really good, shops and restaurants nearby, and it’s just few minutes walk from Abu Dhabi Mall!
