I was at the hotel for the first time today, Madina is great, no words, smart, she does everything to make her clients comfortable! My husband and I are happy👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I have been staying at this hotel for 7 years, the room prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly. In general, I recommend it, you won’t regret it.

Really nice, comfortable and clean hotel in a great location. Short walk to restaurants and a few bars. Very sweet reception girl who, in spite of the language barrier, consistently ensured I was happy and comfortable.

Rooms are tidy and well equiped. Hotel was quiet, breakfast was very tasty. It is also well communicated with mearby services, city centre and airport. Service is helpful and polite :)

The only negative thing I could talk of and that which can be improved easily, is the wifi's reception in the room (at least mine didn't have good wifi signal). Definetely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Astana

I recently stayed at the Vintage Boutique Hotel and was very pleased. The hotel is small, cozy, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The interior is stylish, with attention to detail and good taste

But: 1) Current repairs must be carried out on time (the faucet in the bathroom was broken; fittings on the furniture in the room) 2) The booking conditions on the aggregator sites must correspond to the real ones: I booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child and I had to pay extra for breakfast for the child, although it was indicated on booking

They helped me out a lot during my stay in Astana, and most of the time for a tourist, this is the only thing you need from an hotel when visiting for the first time a place and in which you don't speak the local language

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—everything you need for a relaxing stay is there

The massages here were also wonderful. I highly recommend Zhansaya and Guzel, the masseuses, to anyone—they're experts! We've never had a better massage, and we've traveled half the world

We stayed at the hotel for a few days and had a positive experience. The staff was pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. The common areas were clean and comfortable. The room itself was cozy, clean, and bright

My recommendation for the hotel is to stock the kitchen with at least the necessary ingredients for cooking, at least salt, because no one seems to care for it

There's WiFi, but it's extremely poor in the evenings. During the day, if no one else is there, you can video chat, but if someone else is working, the channel gets really clogged. There's air conditioning in the lobby

There's a fairly spacious shared kitchen with two stoves, two refrigerators, two electric kettles, and a flow-through water filter. There's a wide variety of dishes. The only downside is the lack of a dishwasher

A new hotel near the Presidential Park in Astana. A typical modern mini-hotel with 21 rooms. We had a double room with a large bed (two singles pushed together). There was a nightstand and a small closet

Everyone washes their own dishes, and not everyone does it well. The common area has two sofas, tables, and armchairs. There are plenty of outlets, allowing us to sit and work on our laptop all day

They treated us to hot donuts and were very kind. +Value for price (RUR 3,000 per night) +Normal mattresses and pillows -Old plumbing and carpet -Breakfast is very simple. But scrambled eggs are delicious

-Furniture is cracked in places -The room is very small. But it will do for an overnight stay. I think for the money we had a great 2 nights. Therefore, very modestly, yes, but overall everything is excellent

There is a traffic interchange outside the window, with the window open all the noise is in the room, and there is no air conditioning

I personally liked a 102" big screen LCD TV in my room and free Wi-Fi entries hotel. Also hotel have great meeting places in hall. I'm recommending and giving 5*

Facilities: The lobby is beautiful, there's a restaurant, and the breakfast is quite good. Environment: The surrounding buildings are all new and beautiful

The room was clean and hygienic, the service was good, and the air conditioning was sufficient. There were many types of breakfast. The location of the hotel was convenient. It was very close to the city's central axis.

It's right across from the National Theatre and the Khan's Tent shopping mall, and about a kilometer from the Bayterek Observation Tower. Most attractions are within a two-kilometer radius

The room was spacious, with a 1. 8-meter king-size bed, which is quite rare in Kazakhstan. A family of four could easily sleep comfortably sideways. I highly recommend the steakhouse next door called Roastbeef

The room is spacious and bright, with first-class hardware facilities and a great location, just a stone's throw away from the core area. The breakfast variety could be improved, and you can order fried eggs!

Great location, kind and supportive staff, clean and peaceful atmosphere. I asked to get a wake-up call, and one of the staff members personally knocked on my door at the requested time. Very attentive and professional.

The guy on the desk was friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms are huge and there is everything you need. Breakfast had eggs and good coffee- fine for me. Would be nice with a little more variety of food for western taste

Central heating made the room cosy when outside temperatures were reaching far below zero. The restaurant was my favourite place, the cook and service really knew well how to do their jobs

Overall a very good hotel! Location, service, breakfasts are good. The only big minus is the shower cabin. Lots of mold and the water doesn't go away at all.

Whatever - straight over the busy main road (and the soundproofing is good) and you've got some great eating places, malls, you name it - and to the right/east you can walk up the main thoroughfare and see all the sights of the weird urban experiment that is Astana

I told them that it's King Charles now, but I think my point got lost in translation. I guess that the lack of English speakers is due to their standard clientele, so I didn't complain, but it's a bit odd nowadays

ok) - but the rooms have air-con that kind of works (everything kind of works) and the breakfast is actually quite good, once you've got them to understand what you want

Beds are comfy and the place is clean, although in general it needs a bit of a face-lift (like me). Go for it - it's a bit of a laugh, as long as you're patient

Check out the English 'Breakfast fit for the Quenn (sic)' on their menu, where apparently Elizaabeth 2 liked canned peaches (!) but maybe she did

Hotel is old but it's OK. The rooms are well designed by Kazakhstan traditional style.

The service is excellent, the staff is 5 stars, the breakfasts are ok. There is no parking, the rooms are in need of minor renovation. I recommend.

Good serviceable hotel with hearty breakfast. Staff are friendly only gets 4 stars for not having a sign on the outside. I have posted a photo so you can see what it looks like otherwise this is a hard place to find

Good transport links the 40 bus goes from outside so easy to get to from the airport. Take the 10 and then change at Ministrilikter Uyi onto the 40

Everything is perfect, except no one speaks English and they won't take socks/underwear in tge laundry.

The main disadvantage is the sound insulation, the walls are “cardboard”, you can hear almost everything that happens in the next room. If you want privacy, it's probably better to talk in a whisper

They moved us to a larger room, which was nice. Breakfast was rather simple.

The Hotel itself is not big, the rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Breakfast is modest, monotonous, but quite filling. The room has a bathrobe, slippers, safe, air conditioning. Cleaning was done every three days

If you are lucky with your neighbors, then you can rest and sleep well. Otherwise, a good Hotel, close to the airport, 25-30 minutes walk to the main attractions. Not far from shops, cafes, bus stops

The hotel is located in a private sector, small but clean. There are cafes and shops nearby. I took a taxi to see the sights (the drivers had trouble giving change). The airport is about a 20-25-minute taxi ride away.

We were family of 8 and had booked 4 rooms. Perfect place for overnight stay at Shymkent. Also lady owner was kind enough to keep our luggage during the day

It is like you are going in the past. I recommend it but it is not for everyone. With nice windows for the sun. They give me early check in off charge. It is according to their availability

I came for night then I extend. It is not the best breakfast but belive me it do the job. Not the best in english but they can manage

Go here for fitness for the third year. There are group classes, gym, swimming pool and 4 different saunas. Very much.

One part of the hotel is facing not very noisy street, and the other some construction site. There was no workers at the time of my stay (the beginning of February, 2019), but you might want to double check that detail

Very good hotel for this price! Hotel located near the centre, about 15 minutes walk to big Keruen mall, and plus 10 to president's palace

Breakfasts are included, but I'm not gonna say it's very tasty, the menu is pretty short (it's buffet type), but again, for this price it's alright. Looks like Wi-Fi covers all the rooms

Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights

The air conditioner worked perfectly, and it is clean both outside and inside, it shows. There was no kettle in the room, but I asked for one, and they gave it to me. The kettle is very large, clean

The furniture is in dire need of replacement, but the mattress was very comfortable, for me - the perfect firmness. The linen is clean, the towels are not new, but well washed
