The bathroom is aged with broken tiles and the handle for the shower tap stayed in my hand as it got loose. At check-in I asked if I could have an early check-in, but I was told that check-in is only at 15:00

I recently stayed at Rixos Borovoe with my husband who has GOLD ALL status. Everyone is very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Restaurant Chalet has such a beautiful interior as well as nice food and beverage items

I really enjoyed my time in Borovoe — such a beautiful place with amazing nature and fresh air. 🍂 The atmosphere here is calm and relaxing, perfect for a cozy getaway. Both Silk Way and Chalet restaurants were wonderful

Well, it's the Rixos. It's quiet ,neat , pleasant. A good Spa area. In the same Rixos Gorki Gorod -will be more abruptly .however, there is good.

This is probably one of the best hotels in Nur-Sultan, and perhaps in all of Kazakhstan. I couldn't contain my delight on the first day of my stay in the room

I extended my stay for another night, and I must commend the hotel's thoughtfulness. The breakfast was quite good, but because I'm lactose intolerant, I got diarrhea after drinking milk

When I asked if the hotel had any medication, they first checked if I was allergic to it before giving me the medicine. They were very considerate and attentive

There's no door lock (latch or chain), and the switch on the lock doesn't prevent hotel staff from accessing the room. Waking up to a service representative walking around the room is a real experience

I encountered this after the first night, and I've since put up a "do not disturb" sign. If your room isn't cleaned in the morning, for any reason, it won't be cleaned that day without your reminder

The valve is difficult to remove, but it can be done. The faucet in the bathtub has no pressure, allowing for a good body wash, but washing your hair is extremely difficult

Overall is good, I stay with my family. Everything was good, except internet. It is interrupted frequently.
