Sanatoriums with pool in Kazakhstan

From July 7 to 17, I am resting at the Koktem sanatorium. The quality of service here is very high, the staff is polite and ready to help. The food in the dining room is excellent, varied

Fresh mountain air, professional medical care and spa center services for your convenience and health recovery. I was pleased to stay here for 10 days and I don't regret

Thank you very much, may you have many vacationers! Aliya Karibaeva. From the village of Bakty, Abai region

Special thanks to nurses Aknur and Zhanar from room 200, true professionals. A true rating of 3. Standard rooms are cramped for two. The food is okay, but the dining room layout and service leave much to be desired.

It's good that we drove to the neighboring Mankent sanatorium and bought sweets, fruit, nuts, wet wipes. Regarding cleaning: It should be daily! Not just once every five days! This really ruined my mood!

I really liked it! The treatment was excellent. The cuisine was top-notch. The only downside is the line for treatments, but that's not a big deal. I wish the sanatorium continued prosperity.

There are excursions to Tashkent and Turkestan Swimming pool for adults and children, hammam, sauna, jacuzzi. Unfortunately, mineral water was not suitable for me because I had gallstones

There is a large swimming pool with mineral water and a sauna, which is open every day except Monday. But it is advisable to undergo a preliminary examination before arrival so that the treatment can be more targeted

Unlike other sanatoriums, herbal teas are not given out by 100 ml, but you can drink as much as you want. Oxygen cocktail - I have never tried anything tastier! The food is delicious, satisfying, varied

This is my first time here, I was able to adequately evaluate the service, the services offered, the course of treatment, everything is very cool, civilized, competent, professional, excellent specialists, favorable environment, which is important when relaxing and receiving treatment, the kitchen pleasantly surprises, everything is delicious, swimming pool, gym hall, cultural program, everyone likes...

Very green site, comfortable rooms. Good meals. Clean swimming pool.

One of the best located sanitory in town, with all the best recreation facilities, best place to be for those who prefer to spend and experience nature one-2-one.

Staff is helpful and kind, administration great, economical - great restaurant! Great place for a conference or any other hotel need

We recently stayed at Altyn Kargaly for three nights. Our party was a total of 21 with children

Great place to recover yourself, to relax and enjoy your time

Excellent resort. Responsive staff. They cleaned our room every day. The food was tasty and plentiful. They also gave me on the road. They didn’t leave me in trouble, they took me to the city. Thanks for the rest.

The furniture needs updating, bed linen, towels are in good condition. The staff is friendly, attentive. Although all days were very hot. From the procedures I went to the Royal peeling

Together with cooking, 9200 was given for 2 fish. 1 kg costs 4000 tenge Would not recommend for families. They didn't know where to put themselves. In all directions, it falls short of "5"

This is something new and painful for me. I have been to the spa more than once, but it did not hurt so much. Dinner is paid separately - 3000. The next day they fished for trout

The food for a small number of vacationers is very decent, the chefs cook tasty and nutritious, when walking in this wonderful place, everything is well digested

The surrounding nature, the singing of birds, a small stream act soothingly. The territory is small, you won't go far. The food is delicious, homemade

The high number of water procedures, especially the pool with mineral water is the best treatment for your health 💕🙏 The sanatorium has its own mineral tube source. My daughter asks for prolongation

Good place . Cleaning pool, well gym.

Swimming pool with mineral water

We've spent almost a week here. Great experience for me and my daughter

All the stuff is friendly and supportive for aged ppl

Happy New Year!!!! Prosperity & Prosperity!!!!

I asked for a towel to be brought, because we hadn't washed for 2 days on the road and were dirty

The sanatorium is very good, the staff is attentive, the receptionists explain everything, they are calm and smiling

The Akzhayik Sanatorium has the following advantages: a nearby park; an elevator; a winter and summer pool; and quite nutritious meals

The nurses are all responsive, the head doctor makes the right appointments and doesn't prescribe unnecessary paid procedures. We loved everything about it ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for a wonderful stay

I really liked the Akzhayik Sanatorium for its attentive staff. The guys at reception, Rasul, Zhangirkhan, and Seitkasym, were always helpful when needed. Uldanai, the waitress in the dining room, was always smiling

The medical staff was very polite. I'd like to mention Akmaral and Meruert, the massage therapists, and Ulbike, the nurse

Each employee was helpful, especially Bekzhan housekeeping assistant in answering questions and showing what does hotel have. Hope that all quests will enjoy their time

watering the grass throughout the territory should probably be more often, so that there is no yellow grass. install artificial palm trees like on the Aktau embankment next to the beach

We’ve spent great time. Everything was wonderful. Appreciate Bekzhan for his service. I would like to visit Rixos Water World again in near future. 🙌🙌🙌

The Housekeeping team – Nagima, Tozagul, and Raisa – performed their duties with great professionalism, care, and attention to detail. My room was always perfectly clean, tidy, and comfortable thanks to their efforts

The hotel itself provided an excellent atmosphere, high-level facilities, and true hospitality that fully met international standards. Without hesitation, I rate my stay: 10 out of 10 points

In general everything is fine, but at the arrival there was some confusions and misunderstandings regarding room providence

It had everything I needed for a solid workout. The indoor pool was a great bonus too, very clean and ideal for unwinding. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay

Great hotel with amazing pool, sauna and gym. Food is also good and staff are very helpful and professional. Highly recommend.

Twenty years ago the whole Rakhat was shining, today shines only elevator.

The room was clean and tidy, and although the facilities were a bit old, everything worked perfectly

The hotel also boasts a swimming pool, spa, and other amenities, and the breakfast spread was quite extensive, though it did get a bit crowded in the mornings

Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Spotless Environment: Elegant and spacious Service: Attentive

In middle of city but very quite and feel safe here. Rooms are good...just need temperature control pool...gym is great ...sauna like it.

The room was well-appointed, and the surroundings were incredibly quiet. It's located directly opposite a park, offering lovely views. From the higher floors, you can even see breathtaking snow-capped mountains

WiFi is strong enough for remote working videocalls, works even in the garden. Club lounge on the terrace floor is kind of quiet with weird rules about alcohol, but the food is tasty

The Sunset bar behind the hotel offers tasty shisha (hookah, Kalyan). Full offer room service, also during the night hours. Friendly staff, opposite of a park

Excellent service, convenient transportation; within walking distance of the CBD; shopping malls nearby.

The price is relatively high, the environment is good, but the facilities in the room are a bit poor

Front desk spoke English, staff were very helpful and friendly. The room had a good design, was clean and made up everyday with new towels. Fantastic location, near 2 malls and other cafes

Our stay in a hotel was perfect. The staff was very polite and useful. İn the room, we had all things. The swimming pool is big and clean. The sauna and swimming pool included

But it seems to me that it would be possible to make the price cheaper due to the pandemic, since many foreign citizens now, in order to arrive in Kazakhstan, need to bear more expenses with the processing of documents and visas, as well as with obtaining PCR tests both from Kazakhstan and from their state

Wonderful hotel! Luxurious rooms with an incredible view of the new Astana. The room is clean and spacious. The room has everything you need: a safe, a kettle and tea accessories, an iron, a hairdryer

Will definitely come back here when I visit Astana again

The bathroom is aged with broken tiles and the handle for the shower tap stayed in my hand as it got loose. At check-in I asked if I could have an early check-in, but I was told that check-in is only at 15:00

Rooms are generously sized, with excellent soundproofing, high-speed internet, and work-friendly layouts. The bedding and overall in-room comfort are of a high standard, supporting both productivity and rest

Located adjacent to the EXPO district and government ministries, the hotel is ideally positioned for diplomatic, commercial, or conference-related engagements

The property itself is modern, architecturally striking, and well-maintained, with a spacious, open-plan design that creates a strong first impression

Nice and comfortable elevators and very comfortable air conditioning system in the rooms and the hotel in General is always a comfortable temperature for the comfort of doing it all STK - com

Ive stayed here several times and its the same each time. Pleasant, clean, friendly staff and good food. will stay again in the future.

Hilton Astana stands out as one of the premier business hotels in Kazakhstan’s capital—offering a combination of scale, quality, and service that aligns well with international executive travel expectations

Well, it's the Rixos. It's quiet ,neat , pleasant. A good Spa area. In the same Rixos Gorki Gorod -will be more abruptly .however, there is good.

Had a very comfortable stay at Rixos Hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, and the environment and location were both great.

My stay at Rixos Almaty in the Deluxe Twin Room with Park View was exceptional. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning view of the park, which added a peaceful ambiance to my stay

The breakfast was also impressive, with a wide array of delicious local and international dishes. Overall, my stay was nothing short of fantastic, and I would highly recommend Rixos Almaty for anyone visiting the city

The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The hotel staff were highly attentive and friendly, delivering excellent service from check-in to check-out

Majestic hotel in the central part of the city. I visit this hotel as an invitee to various seminars and meetings with representatives of the tourism industry

Anel and Aruna for taking care of us during our stay!

First time in Almaty, and choosing this hotel really elevated my entire trip experience. First off, the front desk staff had excellent English, so communication was a breeze

Secondly, both the hot spring and breakfast far exceeded my expectations. The hotel views were also fantastic. The only downside is its slightly out-of-the-way location, which means taxi rides can be a bit long

A special shout-out to the bartender who, even though I was the only one there late at night, still made me a drink and brought me snacks. My two-day stay became even more perfect after it snowed

A very beautiful and clean hotel with great views of Alatau mountain range. Amazing every morning when I go out to the balcony to have a look. Good breakfast and good service

Great location, amazing nature. Loved the trees and huge territory to walk. Nice “quarter” restaraunt. Bowls there are must try

Staff at reception, housekeeping and at breakfast area were attentive and were courteous. Fitness area too was excellent. Heated indoor swimming pool, gym and Russian sauna were very nice

I extended my stay for another night, and I must commend the hotel's thoughtfulness. The breakfast was quite good, but because I'm lactose intolerant, I got diarrhea after drinking milk

When I asked if the hotel had any medication, they first checked if I was allergic to it before giving me the medicine. They were very considerate and attentive

There's no door lock (latch or chain), and the switch on the lock doesn't prevent hotel staff from accessing the room. Waking up to a service representative walking around the room is a real experience

I encountered this after the first night, and I've since put up a "do not disturb" sign. If your room isn't cleaned in the morning, for any reason, it won't be cleaned that day without your reminder

The valve is difficult to remove, but it can be done. The faucet in the bathtub has no pressure, allowing for a good body wash, but washing your hair is extremely difficult

Amenities: Known for its outdoor rooftop pool (one of the best in the city), an indoor pool, a gym, and a spa. Dining: Home to Dolce Vita, a well-regarded Italian restaurant, and a popular pizzeria

The pool is the only place where you can swim and have fun since there are no beaches in this city, it’s a great place, I recommend it, the hotel itself is also wonderful, it has all the conditions for a comfortable stay!

Gym and pool facilities are top of the mark. Sauna and massage services are excellent

Located on the Volga River, the hotel is quiet and convenient. We were able to check in a few hours early, and due to a delayed flight, we were given a late checkout. The service was very thoughtful and considerate

The staff are absolutely fantastic, it is refreshing to see such a high standard. The cleaner is like a machine, she works so hard and everyday leaves the room like new. Great job by all, Thank you

I have been living there for business. Excellent staff who knows how to cater and maintain the facilities in top notch condition. Flexible and cooperative staff. Restaurant menu can be improved

The hotel is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The breakfast is very rich.

Pretty fine place. Not far from Central Square.

Very clean, excellent health and fitness facilities. Higher standard and price than most other hotels but worth the price

There was no robe, but there were slippers, a set of towels for two, a standard set of gel, shampoo, etc. The air conditioning system winter summer, worked properly

Excellent! Clean and tidy, polite staff! Gym is equipped and the pool is up to par 👍

Excellent service by the great team of the hotel, thanks fir the chef who made indian veg food for us, Special thanks to Mr Askhat Zhumabayev from the Reception front desk for making our life much easier and enjoyable with his fluent english and friendly approach… Delightful and memorable stay at Renaissance Atyrau… See you soon guys💐💐💐

This is probably one of the best hotels in Nur-Sultan, and perhaps in all of Kazakhstan. I couldn't contain my delight on the first day of my stay in the room

The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent.

For me, as a designer, it was an aesthetic pleasure to see how well thought out the lighting and interior were. The spa area and pool are no less beautiful! It was my business trip, but I felt like I was on vacation

The service is good. The room inside is nice. It’s warm enough to stay inside.

I have booked this hotel for my parents and what they did was extended for another day. They did like the hotels amenities, convenience and services. Very reasonable and enjoyable for the price they offer.

Very clean and modern. Good location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Complimentary, high-speed Wi-Fi is available in both public areas and rooms, perfect for streaming videos without interruption. The guest rooms are impeccably clean, with fresh towels and toiletries replenished daily

We stayed for 3 nights and it was a comfortable stay with great rooms and restraunt. The hotel manager Mr. Tamer was very hospitable and gave personal attention to each guest. Thank you so much...Holiday Inn, Almaty.

Rooms are super clean and comfortable, and having an espresso machine is a nice bonus. A shopping mall is nearby, and the city center is just a short taxi ride away, which makes the location really convenient

The front-desk service was excellent, fluent English and smooth communication. On my first day they even helped me sort out small change for a taxi and provided useful sightseeing tips

Breakfast selector amazing to try local dishes and fresh fruits The staff is very friendly and helpful at all time. Storage of our bags for 5 days was possible and free of charge

The hotel is affordable and practical The rooms not big but comfortable and had everything you need. The check in and the checkout is very fast the staff helpful and friendly

Syper four times conducted nonpremium "people's favorite". Only hood!

I've stayed in a cheaper and slightly more expensive hotel and both were much better as an overall experience. The staff are nice but aren't the most hospitable, the food was ok and service therein was meh

Have a wonderful life everyone!) I used to visit the hotel fitness center often. I recommend it, good luck to everyone. I took pictures of the park next to the hotel, I really like walking there

It's not what I expected from the Rixos chain at all and I was not impressed to explore the chain further. Good enough is good enough but there are definitely better options

It is a very nice hotel in every sense. The employees are very friendly and caring. I recommend

Classic Rixos hotel with perfect Turkish hospitality in the capital of Kazakhstan. Spacious rooms, excellent service and yummy abd and fresh breakfast.

Several restaurants for every taste, excellent cuisine. I was pleasantly surprised that such a quality hotel with decent service is here in Kazakhstan. Everything is top notch, just super

Excellent stay in the Kazakh winter. The service was excellent, especially at the Chalet restaurant, with our table waited by Rinat. Kazakh beef is a must have here.

I recently stayed at Rixos Borovoe with my husband who has GOLD ALL status. Everyone is very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Restaurant Chalet has such a beautiful interior as well as nice food and beverage items

The hotel is in a stunning location with amazing views – truly breathtaking. However, the room had an unpleasant sour smell, likely coming from the carpet, which affected the comfort of the stay

I really enjoyed my time in Borovoe — such a beautiful place with amazing nature and fresh air. 🍂 The atmosphere here is calm and relaxing, perfect for a cozy getaway. Both Silk Way and Chalet restaurants were wonderful

And a special mention to Dinara, the bartender, for the warming tea she made for me on a chilly autumn day. Everything here feels welcoming and full of care

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room was excellent, the food 😋good. I will return and make use of the spa and gym facilities as they were not open on my stay due to having work completed

It was an exceptional experience, from the beginning to the end. Amazing staff, spotless room and very good service. Thank you guys!

Staff were very helpful, kind, caring, professional and supportive. Definitely recommend to others, positive experience.

Overall a very pleasant stay with staff who go out of their way to make your stay worthwhile- 👍🙂🙂

Amazing hotel, great customer service, good food, excellent all round, highly recommended

From check-in to check-out the process was swift and courteous. Musa, and wonderful ladies at front desk Guliza, Aida, Mariam and Dilnoza. They were very kind and helpful

Amazing hotel! We came for a conference for 30 people! From the organizational viewpoint, everything was at a top notch level! Staff very helpful and professional

The accommodation is top notch! The rooms are quite cool. There is a buffet and there is also karaoke bar, bar, several shops and a SPA. And there's a pool, steam room, Jacuzzi and snow room

Rixos Khadisha Shymkent place combines the charme of a vintage hotel with state-of-the-art amenities. Very friendly and professional staff. Quiet environment.

They helped us with everything and gave us recommendations for amazing restaurants in Shymkent. Would definitely stay here again

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the services fully met my expectations also the food was amazing. I would like to give special thanks to Mr

Been hereany times. Relatively cheap. Breakfasts are OK. Clean, the rooms are quite small, which is compensated by the balcony with wonderful views of the mountains. Ask for the room looking on the mountains.

The hotel environment is clean and quiet, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is spotless. The service is warm and efficient

Its excellent location makes getting around easy, and the amenities are complete. It offers great value for money and is perfect for business travelers

This was my first time staying at your hotel, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! The front desk service was warm and efficient, the room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on clouds

The breakfast offered a rich variety of choices, and despite being in a bustling area, it was incredibly quiet. You can see the thoughtful touches everywhere. Whether for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice

It was a very hotel with good staff. My room felt a bit aged but was clean. Was impressed with the hotel overall and would definitely recommend to others.

Overall is good, I stay with my family. Everything was good, except internet. It is interrupted frequently.

Fantastic, very friendly and professional staff, very good breakfast, nice rooms. Worth of money to stay there.

Old, but good location and service.

Cafe, coffee-break, a little uncomfortable. In the lobby you can sit, talk , 2 computers, which is very convenient for visitors and guests. The only drawback - a terrible draft!!! This is incredible

Room is nice and clean, location is ok, shower can be improved, overall good value!

Very good property at good location

Besides the housekeeper's assistance with cleanliness, the front desk even checked our passports during check-in and arranged a room with Chinese standard electrical outlets. It was incredibly convenient and touching

Environment: Constant temperature and humidity, very friendly in cold Astana. Located right on the central axis and just a 5-minute walk from the Tree of Life Monument, it's a great place for a trip

Although it opened in 2017, the interior is excellent and doesn't feel dated. Cleanliness: Excellent, with a housekeeper to help maintain cleanliness

Beautiful hotel with incredible facilities and excellent attentive service, would definitely visit again.

The hotel deserves its five stars. There were some minor downsides, but overall the stay at the hotel left a pleasant impression. The hotel has a good spa center

Great hotel! Great service, everything is clean! Thank you so much!

Overall, it's a good 4-star hotel, and it even has a pool (though I didn't use it). The breakfast was just okay, but that might be typical for the local area. It's also very close to the subway

Breakfast was a little crowded and understaffed (some empty breakfast options and lots of dirty plates etc), so I recommend going to breakfast earlier. However, this didn't affect my stay, and I would stay here again

Set in the heart of Almaty City, a few hundred feet from the iconic Soviet era Khazakstan Hotel and 20 to 30 minutes from Almaty Airport, this Novotel is modern, clean and with all the usual, essential amenities

Located right next door to the Kok-Tobe cablecar station, and in walking distance to lots of good cafes and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable and the service was friendly and professional

The hotel’s location is highly strategic—within easy reach of key government offices, cultural sites, and business districts, while offering direct views of the mountains

Novotel Almaty City Center offers a strong blend of international standards and local hospitality, well-suited for both business and short-term leisure stays in Almaty
