Staff hospitality is excellent. Location is the best place to sightseeing in Bishkek.

Restuarant bar was good, very attentive service, wide range of international food on the menu. Nice ambience.

Large clean rooms, excellent restaurant too, but without the capability to adjust the room temperature myself. Dastan, who went above and beyond to send me to the airport and helped with my check-in when I had an illness

The hotel was very accommodating. They let us check in early because we had an early morning flight. Then they gave us a late check-out because we had a late flight out.

If you go to the city center you need to take a taxi. The hotel is located at the end of an alley and please direct the driver to the alley. But their female staffs are really helpful and breakfast is delicious

This hotel is located near the center of Biscay. It is quite convenient to travel. You need a car to travel easily. But surprisingly, there is no parking. But the room I got smelled a bit of cigarette smoke

This was my second stay at the hotel and I would not recommend if you are sensitive to smoke smells. The hotel seems to cater to many Chinese tourists whom seem to smoke quite a bit despite the hotel being non-smoking

My suggestion to the hotel is to put signs in the Chinese language and to organise a breakfast buffet with more simpler dishes instead of complicated baked cheese-topped combinations

Only when pushed they claim they would help, which was only an open window, and it did not make a major difference. Also location is sub optimal, you needed a taxi to go anywhere meaningful

The only drawback was that the hotel was renovating its restaurant during my stay, so breakfast had to be eaten at a designated location outside, which was a bit inconvenient

Hostel in a strategic location about 10 mins walk to Osh Bazaar and you can catch local buses to everywhere in the center with only 20 som It is a worth for value and if I have a chance to be back to here in future, this definitely would be my first choice by heart and strongly recommend to all my friends

Very clean facilities and great breakfast. 24 hours check-in possible. The location is not the best but it doesn't matter much since the taxi goes everywhere and it's very near to Osh bazaar.

Opposite the room was a bathroom and toilet and throughout the building are filtered water tap points and even on the kitchen there's a tap with filtered water so you can wash your fruit and vegetables with filtered water if you want

The location is wonderful - it's just beside Victory Square and the Circus, and it's not a far walk from Ala-Too Square on a mild day. Any destination not walkable from the hotel is a very cheap YandexGo trip away

The only true issue I can think of is that the nighttime staff is haunted by a malcontent male receptionist (he has a large scar on the right side of his head) who wants nothing to do with non-Russian speakers

I cannot say i was impressed of the breakfast but it was ok to just get a cup of tea and something to eat before you start a new day. The bed was good but i was missing a movie channel in english on the tv

Apparently, I asked him too many questions about Kyrgyzstan, so he refused to answer me and instead summoned a female staff member to assist me every time after that

The "junior suite" (at $50 a night) is an incredibly spacious room for one traveler, and the air conditioning and comfort of the bed were wonderful

A really good hotel. Located in a residential neighbourhood with lots of shops nearby. It’s also only a 15 minute walk to the center of Bishkek. My room was very clean, and the pool was a nice feature.

Hotel was Ok, good value for money. Furniture and facilities a bit outdated. It is also difficult to find and location far from transport links and city points of interest.

I stayed in a 2 bedder room and one of the beds had some stains on the pillow, so not sure if it was properly cleaned or not but the other bed was fine. Bookshelf adds a nice vibe to everything
