It is my second time in Bishkek and I am choosing this hotel again and again. Very good price and comfortable, clean, simple. Nice hotel. Not very close to attractions but not too much walk. It's OK as you may not find a hotel with private room near attractions with good prices. It's entrance may be tricky for first time as you have to enter through a cafe called La baguette to the hotel. Staff speak very little English. There's no (shattaf) in toilet in our room. No fridge.

The entrance to the hotel is through the coffee shop. It's sometimes cool that you can hold meetings right there. Since the coffee shop is open 24/7 The staff didn't seem friendly to me. The staff is good rooms are bit small in size but comfortable. The biggest problem is of language. It's difficult for the tourists to communicate with the staff. The food standards are not very high

Everything was perfect here, I would totally recommend you staying in Rixon hotel during your visit to Bishkek. The staff are awesome and they speak good English, they will help you with everything you need such as Sim Card, maps, tips, ordering a taxi. Rooms are quite clean, but balcony was dirty. The wifi didn't work very well (occasionally the signal was too weak). The receptionist didn't speak a word of English. Not a bad hotel for one night downtown, but I found it to be overpriced for what you get.

The rooms are ok , washroom was not bad but could improve. Ok for the price. A bit hard to find the hotel they are on the seventh floor of the building and lifts are outdated. Staffs where very friendly

Location is great, walking distance from the sites in the center. Very competitive price compared to the market. The room is old but has all one needs, and for the price tag, I have nothing to complain. The view is great, looks amazing during sunset.

I think for the price paid, though the facilities are of course historic and in need of maintenance in some places - such bookings are a novelty given the buildings Soviet history alongside the balcony views of Victory Square. The hotel itself is the tourist attraction and so I will rate it 5* based on the price-value ratio.

It was a comfortable and pleasant stay in this hotel. The rooms are clean and cosy. You can wash your staff for free. There were a well-equipped kitchen to the guest’s disposal. You can easily reach the city centre by affordable taxi

Very good stay in Bishkek centre, the team who helped us are very friendly and helped with everything. Location is central, we had a nice terrace in front of our room with lovely view of Bishkek! Breakfast was very good as well.

Make sure you have a window before you confirm the room as some rooms have no windows. The terrace is an awesome place to just sit and have drinks. There is an option of only beer, though. Impossible to get in without a key. We called the hotel before coming as requested. When we got there, we couldn't access the hotel, as you can't go up with the lift without a key. We called the reception again but they didn't answer. We waited for over 40 minutes until the receptionist finally came down to let us in. It was shocking that she didnt even apologise, just said the phone wasnt working...

I’ve spent almost 3 weeks in this hotel. Absolutely amazing experience, staff was very attentive and responsive, always been eager to go extra step. Rooms are quite spacious, awesome terrace view, decent brekky. I even was offered spicy ramen on the hangover morning. Definitely the place to come back if visiting Bishkek.

The food differs from other establishments in its excellent, rich taste and at the same time elegant design. Bar, cocktails are straightforward. Service level. The rooms are gorgeous!

Location is perfect, I had a very nice room with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. Staff is great and very accommodating. Breakfast is included and is delicious! They even brought it directly to my room. Will definitely stay here again!

The location is near the mountains, a bit far but the air is clean. There is no elevator and the stairs are inconvenient. The reception staff is inexperienced.

Overall it was ok but we were there in October and at the beginning when we checked in the room it was very cold we had to turn on the heating, the floors were cold (we went to have dinner then came back and it was more or less ok, it was also ok at night. Overall it's not a bad hotel to get closer to the mountains and relax)

The restaurant was elegant and cozy, with a good variety of food to choose from. Asema and Zavlan was very patient and helpful, especially while translating from Russian to English. We truly enjoyed the food and the service.

The place takes care of horses 🐎, ponies, 🐑 sheep and other domestic animals to let city kids know how animals looks like for real, ride horses and ponies, feed them. The infrastructure is well built and kept. We were not allowed to take pictures of horses. Prices to ride a horse vary from 500 KGS per 30 minutes and up. We stayed here with our two motorcycles on a trip through central Asia. The stay was comfortable, convenient and we had fabulous service.

This is a really nice little hotel in the south part of central Bishkek. I stayed in room 101 on two separate stays. It was clean, comfortable and everything expected. There are lots of little restaurants and bars close by within easy walking distance.

Based on the promotional price I paid via Agoda.com I am satisfied with the stay. The location is very good and the interior, though in need of sizable maintenance throughout, was pleasant. The only negatives worth mentioning are that the towels smelt quite bad, and no bathroom tissue was present. Aside from these points, the staff were friendly enough and the atmosphere was relaxed.

An inexpensive hotel, generally clean and tidy, but no secure parking. If you're visiting Bishkek, it's fine for an overnight stay.

The location is a short distance from the city center, allowing you to enjoy a quieter stay at the end of the day. The room is cozy and the staff is attentive and happy to answer any questions.

I stayed here overnight. Everything was clean and pleasant. The sheets were clean, the room didn't smell of anything, and it wasn't smoky. Cons: no towels and a slight moldy smell in the shower. Otherwise, everything was fine. 👍
