The hostess is very welcoming and kind. She's a warm person, and I was truly grateful for her care. The hostess's daughter speaks English very well, and I love how she tries her best to make communication as comfortable as possible. She also provides a lot of tour information. Not perfect location, but bus not far for the center, you can walk, 30 minutes maybe. Great place, with a great lady owning the place, but she does not speak much English, so... learn Russian! Beautiful language, not so easy..

I'm absolutely delighted with the hostess. A wonderful little room—a desk, a bed, a closet. The mattress didn't sag, so I slept absolutely wonderfully. The shower and toilet were spotless. The hostess is truly a mother you'd want to come back to.

I stayed here 9 months ago last march 2025, the room is cute and wd cute balcony too where i spent morning coffee watching the icy rooptops of neighboring houses, snowcapped. mountains, a great start of the day wifi is good and staff are nice ,,they even gifted me a tulip flower and chocolates on international womens day,, and its happend that its my birthday too...❤️❤️

For that kind of money, you could get a better room. There's no shower curtain. And there's no air freshener in the bathroom, etc.

Clean and quiet place in Bishkek. It is not easy to find it but as soon as you find the correct street, then it's easy. It is close to bus station and taxi station. Just across the street there is Kiwi supermarket (the only sup we've seen in KG). Be aware that there arent any restaurants or pubs arround. You have to go to centre. The hotel itself doesn't have restaurant.

Nice hotel with very clean and spacious rooms, we got a free upgrade. Abundant breakfast options (including sushi and pizza). We where able to check in early which was fantastic as we arrived in Bishkek in the early morning. Only double check when asking to book a taxi to the airport by the hotel, due to some sort of miscommunication we had to wait half an hour.

I stay at Casablanca for a month from 27 July to Aug, it was a very good & exciting experience as it was my first visit to Bishkek also. A unique-noticeable thing was the pictures in my room had the Indian-touch, and so they were special company at Casablanca-home. Clean apartments but overpriced Apartment with two rooms and a hall for 140 dollars. And they gave us the same apartment from the beginning of the morning at 8 until 12 noon for half the price. Breakfast is brought to your apartment and was croissants. This country is very exotic in terms of housing and seems quite recent in terms of tourism.

I would definitely stay here again. Its clean. Reception is very pleasant, the restaurant staff could not speak English but google translate and hand signals help. The mattress was way too soft. The morning buffet was good. My back was killing me after two nights, so I quickly switched hotels.

Just take note that the single rooms do not come with a bathtub, despite the pictures portraying otherwise. Front desk did her best - there was another single room available so she checked but it was a shower, which I appreciated. There was a decent breakfast spread. For nearby restaurants, I recommend checking out the local canteen , Faiza. I did enjoy my stay overall.

The room is nice and the location is close to the airport, but the surrounding area is indeed quite desolate. However, in Bishkek, except for the city center, everywhere is quite desolate.

Stayed a few nights in this hotel before and after a cycling trip through Kyrgyzstan. The staff were very friendly and helpful both on the front desk and the restaurant. Even when they didn't speak English. Room was comfortable and had AC. They looked after our bags for 10 days while we were away. All around a good experience here 👌

Rooms are recently refurbished and very clean, just missing some final touches like towel hooks in the bathroom. The lady at the reception is super helpful and friendly. Good location.
