Staff is nice. The property is dated but a great price and comfortable. Very close to ADO bus

There are no dining options on the property, but there are plenty of local food options nearby. there is no microwave or refrigerator

We arrived at 11:30pm in Cancun airport and reached the hotel front door by 12:10am. No one at front desk. We can see thru the locked door. We called 2-3 times, no one pick up phone. But there was someone behind us doing a midnight delivery. He was able to text front desk and 10 minutes later a lady came to open door and check us in. If there was no delivery guy there, we would have not got in. The delivery guy had the lady cellphone #. We have front desk number. We can hear the phone rings when we call hotel.

The location is very good, right next to the ADO terminal, and it's only 200 meters away by R1. The hotel facilities are old and there is no elevator. There are OXXO supermarkets and Subway around the hotel, which are convenient for eating and shopping.

There are many small cockroaches in the room. The room smelled of cigarettes, the equipment was old, and the only toiletries were soap. The only good thing is the location, which is right next to the ADO bus terminal.

We stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions due to the location close to the ado and easy way to get to the hotel zone or the shopping area (close to market 28, market 23, ado, bus stop hotel zone).

Noisey but great location.
Very noisey. we expected some noise but this was over the top. Location is great though. Absolutely no english spoken!

Late arrival from Cancun airport,
A little lady was there to welcome us and make us feel comfortable.
The room is spacious
Bathroom with WC
Air conditioning and TV
Small street restaurants opposite where you eat deliciously well.

This is an older outdated hotel that could become from some upgrades. It was clean and the bed was okay but the linens were worn. I booked through ******* however had to pay cash at check in. Strong smell of cleaning products. It’s close to the bus station which is why people stay here for a night.

Older property which needs updating. No amenities, and the furnishings are old. Took a long time for the water to heat up in the shower. Air conditioning works but not well. Strong smell of cleaning products. Had to pay in cash. Only positive thing is that it is near the bus station and will do for overnight.

Was really disappointed with Church's, for what should have been really good. Chicken burger had processed meat and not solid breast. Although this isn't a massive issue, KFC across the road is slightly cheaper and doesn't use processed chicken in there burgers. Service was good and staff were pleasant.

Yeah MacDonalds, it seems standard fare wherever you are. I've eaten at The Mac in Holland Germany Italy Belgium France and Mexico all the same. You know what to expect.

I was actually surprise by the quality of the pizza. I was honestly expecting it to be horrible, but it was very well made. Only 4 stars because I asked for dipping sauce and they gave me ketchup, but hey if that's your thing then this would have been a 5 star experience
