Close to the center - nice staff - simple rooms - takes a long time to get hot water but it comes eventually. Wifi was hit and miss.

The location was the only good thing.

They will charge 300MXN in cash and call it a government tax. You can not claim that back with ******* since they don't provide a recept. The

The beds were itchy and the sheets weren't clean, had stains on them. No hot water so you'd have to take your showers during the daytime when the temperature is hot.

For £20 a night you can not complain it has clean rooms, hot running water, breakfast and a pool the wifi wasn’t great but worked well in reception and for £20 i wasn’t going to complain. we all slept well and the children enjoyed the food & breakfast. The staff was friendly enough and showed us where the close atm was (right next door) and a good food place just down the road. Good area overall with shops and food close by. Enjoyed our stay and will be back. thanks for a pleasant stay. You are getting what you pay for and in my opinion it is worth it.

We booked a room with Booking.com, we had a confirmation. But on our arrival the receptionist said the hotel is full. She did not help us, she ignored us completely. Crazy experience. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Do not go.

A hotel with a good location, restaurants, and Mercado 23 are very close.

Terrible. It's not clean. Creepy guy at front counter speaks no English. No food or booze allowed up to the rooms.
I pre-paid for a week, but didn't even stay one night and they wouldn't refund me even a portion of my payment.

Don't go here! I prepaid through Expedia and when I checked in the place was a disaster. Not very clean. No one speaks any English. They don't allow you to take food or booze up to the rooms.
I left. I didn't even stay one night.
But they wouldn't give back any of the money I had prepaid. I thought at least I'd get half of it back, but Expedia couldn't even get it from them.

We found the food to be of poor quality. My friend had to pick out all the grizzle and fat from her turkey. I can't even describe the dish i ordered. I can't imagine it is a delicacy or a traditional dish by anyone's standards. It was black in colour, was a mixture of sour and bland and left a gritty after taste. I cannot understand how this place has such a high rating. I politely told the waiter the dish wasnt to my taste and from that point on, we are ignored by the staff except when my friends food was taken away whilst she was still attempting to eat it. We are not picky eaters, we just have functional taste buds and therfore could not find any redeeming qualities in this meal.

Really bad service would not recommend we waited to get one large two topping pizza for about 1 hour when they told us 10 min we saw people get there after us and they were given their food before us it wasent untill I went and told them what’s going on with my pizza that they actually started making it they totally forgot about my order the manager was there and he dirent even give us an explanation or at least a sorry because they forgot about our order one of the servers did come to apologize but by that point I was so mad all I wanted was to get my food I will never go back!!!
