This is already my fourth time staying at this all-inclusive hotel. It's a quiet, family-friendly hotel. If you're looking for a party, this isn't the place, but if you want to relax and enjoy an excellent, tranquil beach, it's the best option. And what can I say about the suite rooms? Sooo... good hotel, great food. We stayed for 14 days so food is kinda repeating but it is still good quality. Now... mini bar in room is never ever going to be refilled. The hotel staff is helpful. My only feedback concerns the limited dining hours; most options close by 11 PM, and there are only two restaurants available.

Overall, my stay at this property was positive. The food was very good, and the cocktails were excellent as well. The service was good. However, the rooms are not at all soundproofed, so any noise from outside was easily audible inside the room.

I was with my son there. It was all ok. The room is facing directly the sea. There is a swim up bar and another on the back side . But the buffet food is bit mundane. The whole hotel place is bit small too. But the beach and cabana is very nice.

The resort is in a great location for shopping, however, we didn’t like many things about the resort itself. Our room keeps kept deprogramming so we had to have the front desk reset them, our refrigerator in our room did not work, and the only way to book reservations at their restaurants was down. Everything was great until the day we were leaving. The company “Lomas Travel” attempted to scam their way into some money by not letting us know when departure was supposed to happen. TL;DR : The facility is great. The food is not good at all. Mixed feelings about service being a non-Solaris member. As another reviewer said, it was more like 3.5 star stay for me. Stay on the adult only part of this Hotel and you will have fantastic vacation. I booked sea facing luxary twin room....they are great, but offer no balcony - but windows can be open (sea with its waves can be loud). We stayed at Caribe and at first thought we made a mistake not booking Cancun, but actually both hotels are connected and share activities. There was a bit of a language barrier. However, the facilities were amazing and the location was right next to a big mall with a supermarket, food court, cinema, and a few stores. The breakfast was buffet style with custom omelettes, and the pool was great too.

The hotel is located in the city center, with a large shopping mall within walking distance. There's also a night market nearby, perfect for experiencing local night market culture. It's also easy to get a taxi to the hotel area.

The service is nice, the food is delicious, the facilities are good although they need more maintenance.

The only good thing is that it is right on the beach, but the rest leaves a lot to be desired.

The server (Danny) was super nice to us at the Italian restaurant. He made sure we were content with everything and was very attentive with our orders. We had such a wonderful stay at this family-friendly, budget-friendly resort! The staff were very helpful, but the hotel app wasn't working, which was inconvenient. I wanted to change a restaurant reservation, but when I canceled it, I couldn't make another reservation. It was an all-inclusive resort, but I didn't realize there was a limit to the number of restaurant reservations I could make until I got there. We have been to the GR Solaris Cancun All Inclusive 3 times in the past all excellent this visit the same excellent.

The room is a bit old and not suitable for the elderly. There are too many ups and downs.

The property is immediately annexed to the Galenia Hospital where we went for our annual checkups and so it's extremely convenient to stay there, as a corridor leads straight from the lobby to the hospital. The pool needs a complete retile and was a bit slimy. Bed was comfortable but pillows were old, flat or lumpy. Hotel is clean and quiet and staff were wonderful. Breakfast buffet was quite good and staff were very accommodating. Not a walkable area but Uber is cheap. All in all, a pleasant stay

It was nice to spend a vacation. We stayed in the ocean front view room, so we just stayed in our room the whole day. Some of our room's amenities were not working at all... the scale and stand right.

The hotel's location is decent, close to a commercial area, and getting a taxi is quite convenient. The room's blackout curtains are really good. However, all the water in the room has to be paid for.

We stayed as a part of our vacation club ownership. All the staff was very helpful and friendly, special shoutout to our assigned concierge representative- Brenda, I also enjoyed activities (HIIT, water aerobics) with Geromo. Nice resort to relax and swim. Pools are fun. Main pool is in the sun most of the day but there is a lot of shaded lounge chairs. Food is average and not a lot of options. If you’re on a business trip this is the place. If you’re coming for vacation I would say try getting closer to the beach but if you’re in a budget then this place won’t be the luxurious next to the water place you’re wishing for but it’s not far from the beach area so you could take an uber, and you’ll be surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets so you’ll be alright

When I booked my vacation stay, I didn't realize it was all-inclusive. Imagine my pleasant surprise when the cost of the hotel room included all meals and unlimited drinks, including alcoholic beverages. From existing reviews it may be hard to gather a good overview of this property. Our recent stay was our second in 2 years. We have found this property perfect for families with kids 12 and under. The sugar sand is protected by off shore reefs and somewhat of a natural cove, thusly waved breaking at the beach are non existent. Little ones can wade many meters into the the calm ocean.
