Hilton Garden Inn Cancun Airport in Cancun

Very close to the airport, and the environment is quite good too.

The hotel has great location if you have an early flight back specially. They have a very convenient free shuttle to the airport.

Everything was extremely clean and well maintained — the restaurant, rooms, pool, dining areas, and gym. The location is also very convenient since it’s close to the airport, which made transportation really easy.

I would highly recommend this place for business travelers or anyone who needs a comfortable and clean stay near the airport.

The hotel is very convenient for the airport terminals and car rentals. The communal areas such as the restaurant and rooftop bar were very nice.
The overall experience is not to the same standard as other Hilton hotels.  The rooms were big, nicely decorated and clean but there was a distinct smell of cigarettes from previous guests which was not pleasant. We asked for a coffee and pastry for breakfast but were only allowed to have these if we paid for the expensive buffet which was not great value( USD20 /person). The shuttle was very disappointing..I  booked it a week in advance and had to chase for a confirmation.   I received a message to WhatsApp the driver when I arrived in the terminal which I did from the baggage hall. I was given directions to find the shuttle bus ( in a pickup area of more then 50 minibuses!). It left before I could find it and I then had to wait 30 minutes for it to return, for what is essentially a 5 minute journey. It would be much more professional if the driver held up a sign with the guests name, as other hotels of a similar Hotel standard did.
If the Hilton were to rectify the issues above, then I believe it would be good value for money.

Always a decent stay when coming in late or leaving early out of Cancun airport. We enjoy walking to and from airport terminal.

To avoid the common Cancun scams, I booked a hotel right by the airport, within walking distance. Sure enough, no one answered the phone, so I just walked over with my suitcase, which only took about fifteen minutes.

Hotel environment: Just like any other chain hotel.
Service: Free printing was a nice touch.
Airport distance: Within walking distance, which helped avoid all the bothersome touts and scammers that have unfortunately given Cancun a bad name. Even inside the airport, people were still aggressively asking which terminal you were going to.
Environment: Average, suitable for a short, temporary stay. The bedding was clean. There's a bar on the first floor, which was lively with many people watching games.
Overall, it was good. Recommended.

I had enjoyed my stay and Trip.com is also cooperative.

Amazing customer service, the gentleman at the front desk was so accommodating. He was able to read that I was stressed from missing my flight and was just fantastic. The facilities were absolutely wonderful as expected. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

A great hotel to stay in before/after a flight. It was walking distance to terminal 2 or 3, although they also offer a free shuttle service from reception which we used for the very short distance to avoid the rain!
The room was clean and had everything you’d want.
The pool was nice and open 7am-10pm so we even managed a swim the morning before our flight!
We arrived hungry just before 10pm and ate at the hotel restaurant and they adjusted a vegetarian wrap to make it vegan for us which was appreciated. It was very tasty!
Breakfast was nice and also good for vegans, with almond milk and soya milk. A good stay.
