El Dorado Seaside Palms, All & More Inclusive - Adults Only in Cancun

My husband and I stayed at El Dorado Seaside Suites for one week for our honeymoon, and the experience was absolutely marvelous. We booked the Honeymoon Oceanfront Suite, and it exceeded all our expectations.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. Israel from Lomas Hospitality Transportation picked us up at the airport and was amazing—professional, friendly, and made us feel welcomed right away.
A special thank you to Cesar, who truly made our stay unforgettable. He helped us book our activities, including a romantic candlelight dinner and a romantic breakfast in bed. Our room was beautifully decorated for our honeymoon, and he also assisted us with restaurant reservations at Mia Casa and the Asian restaurant. Cesar was incredibly attentive, kind, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
The hotel itself is beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for couples. Every detail made our honeymoon memorable, and we are already looking forward to returning in the future.
Highly recommend this resort for honeymooners or anyone looking for a romantic and luxurious getaway.

In all honesty, the resort in entirety made up a wonderful vacation. From the point of pick up from Lomas at the airport, to each staff interaction, to the unfortunate proceeding of the end of our trip. Each and everything about our stay was wonderfully executed. We are very big about food and this resort did not disappoint. There are so many options for everyone’s taste; from little snacks of tacos and nachos to full gourmet restaurants. The chefs did not disappoint, and the service and bar staff were able to up the tier that much more. Antonio and Alfonso were our favourites! They always went above and beyond for us. There are so many notes that help to make the stay at the resort homie and comfortable - providing the name of our specific room cleaner and rooms bar staff were nice touches to make it more comfy.
We loved that despite being a job, the staff in each and every department seem genuinely happy to be there and to see each guest. No matter where you go you’re greeted along the way.
We just wanted to say thank you genuinely to all of the dedicated staff at El Dorado Seaside for truly making and inviting us to a welcoming and potential second home.

The staff was amazing! Loved Riccardo Renteria, he was amazing!! We couldnt be happier with the choice of staying at the El Dorado, the entire staff was beyond amazing!!

The staff was amazing they accommodate our stay so to a medical emergency . They did whatever they could to help and once we checked out they asked for my family member and made sure we are ok, that meant a lot . I would definitely come back !

I had an amazing time. The room was clean every single day, mopped and smelled so good! The bed was always very nice and after a long day it is so nice to come back to a spotless room!

Everything was great until the day we were leaving. The company “Lomas Travel” attempted to scam their way into some money by not letting us know when departure was supposed to happen. Then tried to pull the old “You’ll have to pay more if you want a private ride to the airport”. For that- 4 stars -but everything else? Amazing!

Great staff, seemed limited in numbers generally though so . Great landscaping , well kept, easy to get around with shuttle if needed

Room service was impeccable and everything from beginning to end was impressive and worth every bit of trust you put in them. Our transport was in a very luxurious van and every employee we had the chance to talk with or do business with was extremely nice, warm and polite. I would recommend anyone to try this hotel and experience the hospitality they provide. Cannot wait to come back someday and stay even longer next time!
