Not at all concerned with customer service.
We stayed there a total of four weeks and couldn’t wait to leave due to the problems that we had and managements unwillingness to fix them
The towels are terrible and the bathroom stalls look like they need better cleaning.
FOUR POINTS by SHERATON, es un Hôtel muy bonito y muy tranquilo. El personal es muy atento y el desayuno buffet es Excelente.
