Friendly and warm treatment, comfortable, safe and quiet premises! They put a lot of detail into everything, in every corner you will find a nice detail! Its location is central but without the noise of the main street, if you want to relax and at the same time close to the center, this is the best option.

Small, almost no furniture, no fridge in room, only a shared one for all the rooms. No hairdrier, but you can borrow one from the staff. Not very clean. Low water pressure in the showers.
The continental breakfast is totally useless, bread with very high sugar quantity, low quality butter and some fruits. Coffee is drip in and also very low quality. We stayed for 4 nights and not once were our towels changed. Staff was friendly. It was our 2nd stay here in 2 years and there was an obvious decrease in quality. The price was still decent.

The hotel was very cute and in a great location - close to the main street but far enough to avoid the crowds and the noise.
The service was so so nice and friendly, the lady at the reception was the sweetest person and just felt like home.
The room was perfect - big, clean and with a nice decor. The patio inside was also super nice and peaceful - good spot for a swim or for breakfast.
The only con was the very weak water pressure in the shower and the tap and occasionally a very light smell of sewage in the bathroom but these issues are pretty much everywhere in this region so it’s a part of a bigger problem.
Overall, a super pleasant experience.

Macarena, the receptionist is extremely rude no manners what so ever, no customer service skills at all!!! She was yelling at a customer on the phone, had a nasty attitude with me and another guest at the hotel. I don’t know how they can have someone like working in customer service.
The night time receptionist is a very nice women very respectful and helpful.
The rooms are small and the pool is big enough for 2 people. Breakfast is toast, fruit, juice.

Overall a nice place to stay. Price was reasonable, our room was very good (2nd floor with street view, comfortable and spacious). The pool area was chill and nice, location close to shops, bars and the main street of the town. Wifi was good and worked in most areas very well.

Also we didn't need cleaning every day and even put the "do not disturb" out, while we were out, but still they were in our room. Despite this, we only got new towels maybe once or twice, when we asked for them... Also the staff was friendly, but seemed to be getting less friendly as the time passed. The pool was also ... not the cleanest, sadly, so it didn't invite to swim and not the best for sunbathing, as not much sun in the garden.
Generally would recommend this place, just don't plan on the breakfast and go to the beach instead for swimming and sunbathing.

This hotel was perfect. It was cheap for the area, it had a pool, and it has air conditioning. It's about two blocks from the main street and it's so easy to get a cab. It's a quick walk to the gas station so you can get cheap water and alcohol. It's also about a three-block walk to the main downtown area. Lots of good restaurants and party life all night. If you want to go to the beach you can get a taxi and don't spend more than two hundred pesos. The taxi is like to rip people off. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was very clean and spacious. The only thing I didn't like was that they had a physical key. I don't like keys in case I lose them. Oh and there was no elevator.

This place is amazing!!! The owner Nelly is so friendly and helpful! Not only is the food amazing. I mean the meat just melted in your mouth, and they have vegetarian options. Also try his maragaritas!! ???
Nelly also helped us in finding some things to do around Tulum that only locals would know. I lover tgis place, and I hope you enjoy it as well.

Super disappointed in this spot. The "Mexican" food was super bland, gringo-style, small portions, over-priced and no real hot sauce or proper salsa. The service was inattentive until you were paying; the server wanted input into the tip!

Although horribly touristy, catering mainly to the US crowd, this was our second favorite meal in Tulum. The restaurant is on a street that is closed to cars in the evening, and becomes one of the nicer walking-streets in the town. The food was great. The staff was wonderful and helpful.

This is a great place for people watching. The food is good and the prices are great. A mariachi quartet comes by to serenade songs for about $5 dollars or 100 pesos each song. The waiters are attentive and full of personality. My family and I really enjoyed our time there.

Stopped in for food and drinks. Great happy hour prices on beers and cocktails. The food was awesome, and the service was great. I'm happy that they listened when I asked for no straw (plastic pollution revolution and all that).
