Jashita Hotel in Tulum

A simply amazing hotel in a quiet, relaxing location. You can walk to the pool or beach within a minute from your room. It's incredibly quiet and peaceful with it's own little cove. Sunbeds are easy to get either by the pool or on the beach with towels always readily available. The food in the restaurant is delicious, with a good range of options - The pasta dishes are superb. Breakfast is excellent too, with the fruit platter and bread basket a wonderful starter. The front desk team are very attentive and helpful. You get a tour of the facility on arrival, as well as welcome drinks. They're always contactable on WhatsApp and will book any taxis you require (the taxi's aren't cheap, but this isn't their fault). All of the restaurant staff are incredibly friendly too and are very impressive at remembering your room number - special shout out to Juan, Gilberto and Ulises. This was the first stop on our Honeymoon to Mexico and they couldn't have made us feel more welcome, starting with a heart shape in petals on our bed when we arrived. Would highly recommend anybody thinking about booking Jashita to do so!

I must admit that I am reluctant to tell you how much I liked this hotel. I am concerned that it will become too crowded and popular. That being said, I think it is a perfect place to escape and enjoy. Great service, great resturant, great location. Tranquil (not a scene), beautiful, and relaxing. Wonderful and caring staff. A resort away from the party scene. No crowds a the pool, beach or.. anywhere. Bring a friend, a good book, a bathing suit and an appetite.

Gem in riviera Maya If you need a Place to relax, this is the place to go. Walk out of your room and you are on the beach. Either walk to the beach and lay down on the mattress or stay in the garden adjoining your room. After watching the sun rise you walk for 30 meters to enjoy a filling and tasteful breakfast! It feels like being at the beautiful home, cosy, charming with beautiful fauna and flora Hotel stuff incredibly friendly and engaged, front desk, restaurant, bar and cleaning team. We would like to express our gratitude to Cecil from the front desk, who made us feel very special. We enjoyed very nice bar, delicious drinks and very good food.

Jashita is a beautiful jewel of a hotel, nestled in palm trees and right on its own beach. The rooms are gorgeous and huge. Likewise the lovely pool. The staff, from Brenda managing to Juan, Raul, Alam and others at the restaurant and bar are all so helpful and friendly. It s a really special place. Relaxing comes easy.

Jashita Hotel is one of those places you fall in love with immediately and makes you want to come back even before you leave. The hotel is beautiful. Is clean and perfectly integrated into the surrounding nature of Soliman Bay. The rooms are exceptional and the perfect private beach and stunning pools complete an already magical setting. Every detail is super curated, from the welcome drink to the goodnight cookies, making the stay unforgettable. The service is exceptional — always present, but never intrusive. You clearly feel this is a place managed with love by Tommaso and his family. The sea experience is incredible: kayaks, SUPs, and snorkel equipment allow you to explore the beautiful reef of Soliman Bay, spotting lobsters, stingrays, barracudas, parrotfish, and more. Breakfast is excellent, with high-quality ingredients and many options, from fresh yogurt with granola and honey to perfectly prepared eggs and delicious Mexican-style breakfasts. The restaurant is awesome, blending Italian and Mexican flavors. Special dinners, such as barbecue nights, are unforgettable, with super fresh fish and lobsters. This is not just a hotel — it’s a place you can’t wait to return to.

This amazing hotel is the picture perfect of Baia of Soliman! It's one of those hotel that you drive up to and say “Wow"! I'm so happy that I got to stay here!Our suite Cleopatra was with a direct view of the sea. The suite was large, nice and comfortable. The beach was fantastic, shorkeling also. The food and the service room was amazing, the customer service was great and meticulous was very professional and always available to help us! This is a paradise place to stay and forget all your troubles.

We've been going here since 2015 and I was worried that it wouldn't be the same, as we haven't been here since the pandemic. It was even better than we remembered it and exceeded our expectations. The staff are exceptional. Every single one of them, from housekeeping, beach cleaning, restaurant to the wonderful reception people. (thank you Cecilio for all your help organizing taxis and restaurants). I was beyond delighted that Brenda was still the manager there. The most efficient, friendly and genuinely warm person you could wish to run a hotel. A big thank you to her. She truly cares about your stay. The owner Tomaso was there with all his family and they all make you feel welcome and want you to have the best holiday. The rooms are spotless. The beach cleaned every morning. Sun beds and pools constantly and discreetly being cleaned. The restaurant serves the most delicious breakfasts. The dinners have fresh pasta and barbecue nights and Alejandra the new Maitre D is a delight to chat too and keeps an eye on everything running smoothly. We had the perfect stay and our friends, whose first time it was, and they loved the tranquility of the hotel and enjoyed the free yoga classes every morning. There's also a little gym for those who want to keep up their fitness on holiday. Massages were high quality. I had aromatherapy twice and my husband said the Swedish was the best he's ever had. I stayed at Jashita Hotel Tulum for a week over Christmas, and the experience was exceptional. The location is stunning—surrounded by nature, between jungle and sea, in a protected and peaceful bay that offers total relaxation while still being close to everything Tulum has to offer. The service is excellent: warm, discreet, and always attentive without ever being intrusive. Privacy is absolute, making the stay feel both relaxed and exclusive. The food was consistently outstanding, with a refined and well-balanced culinary offering that perfectly suits the setting. A hotel that embodies tranquility, authenticity, and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and high-quality escape.

Beautiful calm place which was a tonic to our soul after some dodgy Mexican hotels! The rooms were very nice and they very kindly upgraded us. The food was very very nice although the service a little slow for my (personal) taste. The beach was gorgeous and we loved watching the pelicans fishing. We enjoyed using the kayaks and SUPS and did some decent snorkelling. The pools were very nice and the kids pool is very close to the adults pool which I hadn’t understood from the website and I liked. Still very quiet though and not a lot of noise. Lovely owners, good service, good food, good rooms. We’d go back!
