Front Desk was rude at times. I was not allowed guests after midnight. I've never been to a hotel where guests were not allowed, especially when there were parties in other rooms next to mine. I was told I'd be charged if I had company after midnight.

Breakfast was ok, but hard to find. If your visiting for the first time you probably want to eat at your hotel and not walk around tulum looking for another hotel that you are supposed to have your breakfast at.

Room and location is nice, that's about it but there are far better options. I would not recommend this hotel if you're a tourist.

A nightmare… avoid !!!
The attitude of the two girls at the reception of this hotel extremely disappointed me. When I arrived I wanted to go to the bathroom and they sent me to the 3rd floor and the elevator didn't even work. To finally open a WC available a few steps away in reception. Also, on the second day I had a problem with one of their very used bikes…..And they tried to make it look like it was me who broke the bike….I noticed an attitude negative towards them, instead of trying to solve the problem. They practically accused me that I was the one who broke the bike! the room is old and there were women's black hairs on the floor… the TV doesn't work well… A nightmare! avoid!!!

Some areas of The hotel are still in under construction and the streets around are the same and there is no parking lot you have to park on the street

Broken bathroom tap, construction on the hotel side makes a terrible noise. Full of mold throughout the hotel and inside the rooms there are some areas with mold. The location is great for anyone interested in going to the cenotes. Tulum does not have public beaches so if you want to go to the beach it is better to choose a hotel by the sea.

While there, could not shake the feeling the place is dirty. Several dogs walking around, had a few friendly insect bites while waiting for takeaway.

The veggie beet burger was disgusting, plain and simple. The soy hot dog was bound to give you an indigestion and looked horrible. The side of fries, which needed to be ordered separately, was actually soggy potato chips/crisps. The takeaway did not include any napkins or forks. Madre mia, ok, I stop here. (shudder)

Great spot for vegetarian and vegan options. We had the Thai burger and the Chinese wok, both of which were superb. Great prices and a cozy spot. A little far from the main street but easily accessible by bike.

I come here a lot -- the place is so charming (think: Central Perk except veggie + outdoors). There are so many healthy options to choose from, the wi-fi is great, they offer free water, and are super dog-friendly. The rice paper spring rolls are so bomb and filling as a meal. Cons: 1. depending on the day, the mosquitoes can get crazy and you might have to take your meal to go. 2. on occasion, some dishes and drinks I've ordered have been inconsistent in freshness, salt content, and flavor profile. But I think these things are to be expected at bohemian eateries, and they will almost always accommodate any requests if something comes out differently that you expected. Lovely little spot.
