Eterna Tulum in Tulum

Hi, I actually live in the same street and I felt like I needed a change of frequency in my inner self because of some challenging days. This hotel has everything to have a tranquile and good time. All is in place. Close to whatever u might need and the staff is top notch. Congrats tu this project.

I had an excellent stay at Bacab in August 2025! Bacab is located in a most beautiful location in Tulum and very close to the city, shops, and food places. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The highlight of my experience was meeting Paula and Oscar at the reception— they both were absolutely amazing. Polite, professional, and always ready to help, they made the check-in process smooth and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed. My room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself is well-kept with everything you could ask for. The combination of great facilities and outstanding pool facilities on roof really made my stay memorable. Thank you to Paula and the rest of the team for making my visit so enjoyable. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to coming back!

Love this place a lot, part of my favorite places in Tulum. A space of community, very kind staff. Appreciate Paula a lot. Also great architecture, esthetics. I truly enjoy the Wellness program!

Bacab is the better Hotel I visit in Tulum, is very Cozy and quiet, is 100% advisable, if you travel to Tulum go to Bacab you will enjoy a good experience and the Team will help you to have a extraordinary vacations!

Really nice place in a good area of Tulum. There's plenty of restaurants and cafe's all walkable around the corner.
The room was amazing with a roomy shower and comfy bed. And an amazing pool on the rooftop!

It is hard to convey in words just how fantastic this place is! Just off the main road in Tulum, you find paradise. At Bacab, you get all the benefits of a hotel and then some. The rooms have kitchens, allowing for the benefits of a condo but with the customer service and pampering of a hotel. The hotel has different room styles. I stayed in a Zac unit, and loved the layout. It was spacious and had a beautiful balcony. The art is very unique, and I loved all the plants inside and outside the hotel. Really honoured the jungle experience. The rooftop pool is gorgeous, with lots of comfortable seating, and great views of Tulum. They even have a stargazing deck! This hotel offers many events, and they added so much to the experience. I especially enjoyed the outdoor movie night and the fitness (wellness) classes. Each room has its own WIFI, with a very good Internet connection. There is also Internet in the common areas, so if you need strong Internet service, you will get it at this hotel. Bacab is so well located. Very close to the main road in Tulum, there are so many restaurants, stores, etc, just a close walk away. The hotel is small enough to feel cozy and comfortable. Also, VERY clean. I was impressed by the little added touches, such as toiletries from local artisans. There is a restaurant below the hotel which was also very convenient. I will absolutely be returning to Bacab Tulum, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a 5-star experience!
