A nice hotel with a good breakfast. Parking is limited, but there's a clean beach in front. A restaurant next door offers drinks on the beach. The rooms are very clean, and the prices are reasonable.
Nora and Jesus were wonderful. The area beautiful. Thank you
Incredible views, relaxing experience
The view was STUNNING. The room was beautifully decorated and felt luxurious. Everything was clean and pristine when we arrived and the staff were so helpful throughout the stay (they even gave us a cooler to keep ice in our room to keep the drinks cold!). The included breakfast is simple but delicious and we enjoyed it every morning out in the courtyard with the...
I enjoyed my stay here. I was able to park in designated spots directly across the street from the hotel. The room was right on the beach with our own patio at the door with an outdoor lounging BED! I stayed in the coral room and would definitely stay there again. We ate at the restaurants situated on both sides of the hotel and there is a pizza place across the street, all within a minute of the...
Staff was really nice, good location in front the beach.
Just a lack of privacy with the bathroom / toilets (no wall ahaha).
Plus the breakfast in included :)
Great location and free parking for our rental

Maison Tulum is a magical place where we felt cozy and warm. Flor & Guillermo made us feel heard and were attentive to our needs
Our family has been coming to Maison for many years now and we always cherish this special hidden treasure
We had a great 5 days at Maison Tulum. A funky layout with wandering staircases up to the rooftop garden, with hammocks. Excellent location, lots of restaurants within walking distance.
Good continental breakfast on the rooftop, too!
Guillermo is the best and makes you feel at home in his beautiful place that is just perfect. Location is near everything you need. I would come back anytime. Must try the breakfast in the restaurant downstairs!!!
Very cute hotel, tropical plants, and outdoor rooftop area. The room was nice, good air conditioning, hot water for the shower. 4 sweet cats roam the courtyard areas. The manager was nice and most of the time available if we need anything. The included breakfast is toast, jam, and an apple for each person. Good cleaning services. Good location close to downtown.
We loved our stay at Maison Tulum. Guillermo was very kind and attentive. The hotel was homey, artistic and eclectic. Everywhere you look you will find something quirky and beautiful. It's an experience beyond luxury that will stay with you forever. 10/10 would recommend.
Very nice Accomadation and the Staff was very friendly. A earlier checkin was no Problem and checkout was effortless.
It is very close to the city center and the busterminal which is also big plus.

The property is beautiful and the beach gorgeous. We did not stay in the hotel, but went to the beach club. We loved there was no day booking fee, but planned to have our meals there and make use of the bar for beverages. However, don’t let the fact there is no fee for use let you believe you will save money. The prices for food and drink were very expensive so all in, it would be the same as other...
I spent the day at the beach club only. Took a chance with no reservation and accessed a cabana/palapa no problem. Beautiful property and beach front located in the south end of the hotel zone. Other reviews mentioned no minimum consumption and I cannot speak for that. I enjoyed the margarita pizza $250 peso's/$20 CDN, bottled beer $95 peso's/$7.50 CDN, cocktails (they were good) $180 peso's/$15 CDN...
I only booked a day pass for the beach club so I can’t rate the room. First of all it was really easy to make a reservation for the beachclub because they have to WhatsApp option. I received my QR code and also was able to parc my car here. They have no minimum spend , great aspect comparing to other beach clubs in Tulum. The small walk to the beach is amazing, really nice place. The beach is also...
Nice place to stay, enjoyed it. Staff is friendly
I believe this place is one of the best kept secrets of the beach zone. We stayed just for the day, and no charge to enter or minimum consumption. The service and food was amazing and at a good price, beach fantastic, and enjoyed the Full moon cacao ceremony which was free and you can donate what you want. Parking was a bit tricky, they dont have much room and nearby parking cost 250 mxp. So recommend...
This property is quintessential Tulum—simple, clean, beautiful, and deeply connected to nature. The aesthetic is thoughtfully done, and everything feels calm and intentional. The staff were incredible throughout our stay—kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The restaurant deserves special mention: the food was excellent and, honestly, the best we had during our time in Tulum. For context, we...

Neat place, cheap and right on the Strip of Tulum. A lot of young travelers, so it's a good place to make connections.
I was praying we'd stay another night, but has to go back to Cancun. LOVED Tulum and all the people there.
A must place to go, my style my vibe.🙏🖖👽♾🕉
A hostal with a roof deck, it sometimes has great dj's night. Individual rooms are around $900 mexican pesos per night and the share room is around $180 to $280 depending on season.

This place is tranquil bliss. The most relaxing hotel I've ever stayed at. Excellent food, drinks and service. The rooms were peaceful, clean and well maintained and the little plunge pool was lovely to cool down in after a day in the sun. The pool and lounge areas were calm and relaxed. The staff were very kind and helpful. We actually ended up coming back for an extra 2 nights because we loved it...
Stayed at Hotel Muare and it truly felt like a hidden oasis in Tulum. The entire vibe is calm, aesthetic, and perfectly curated — from the private villa-style rooms to the beautiful jungle surroundings.
The design is modern yet earthy, giving that luxury-meets-nature experience Tulum is known for. The private plunge pool was a highlight — perfect for relaxing after a day out.
Service was warm and...
We stayed here for 10 nights in February with my partner and had an amazing trip.
The hotel is located down some bumpy roads, but we had no issues in a standard sedan as long as we drove slowly. It’s about a 15-minute walk from La Veleta, which has loads of great food options (Burrito Amor is a must). We much preferred staying in Tulum town rather than the beach area, as everything was far more affordable...
This is probably my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s genuinely serene—no party vibe at all. The whole place feels like a quiet oasis away from the busy areas, and even the guests seem to keep it calm (people are literally whispering).
The free breakfast is so good and actually feels like a real breakfast, not just basic continental stuff. It includes fresh bread, a fruit plate, coffee, juice...
We chose Hotel Muare to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and from start to finish the experience was absolutely perfect.
Even before we arrived, Agustina took care of every detail with so much care and attention, making us feel special and excited for our stay. Upon arrival, Claudia at the front desk welcomed us with genuine warmth and was always on top of anything we needed. She was incredibly...

Great view, fantastic breakfast
The staff were all amazing, so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was great with very comfy beds, cleaned daily. Food at both restaurants was excellent and the location on the beach was perfect for a relaxing beach holiday but you do need transport to go into town.
Everything was amazing for our girls weekend. It is perfect oasis to retreat from the busy and bustling beach restaurants and bars. We loved it! The service was amazing and every little detail was considered. And the breakfast! Wow, the best!!
Everything was great, the staff treatment, room service, great breakfast.
Sargaso was a shame.....but, it is what it is.
We had such an amazing stay at this boutique hotel! Super cute vibe, super clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though the ocean wasn’t great because of the sargassum, we still had a wonderful time in Tulum. I’d definitely recommend visiting between October and March for better beach conditions. This is a lovely spot, removed from all the big resorts in Tulum. The buildings blend nicely into the landscape. The rooms are small but very comfortable and attractive. The beach is beauitful, service is excellent and food is delicious. Be sure to enjoy dinner there!

This hotel resort is like staying in a botanical garden jungle. Truly amazing the natural environment with the lush foliage, natural walking paths, nightly fire pit, and much more. We absolutely loved our time in Tulum and the boutique Hotel (Sueños Tulum) was wonderful beyond any expectation we had. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sueños Tulum this past February, it truly felt like a healing escape. We had the most AMAZING time at Suenos Tulum! We stayed in the clubhouse room and were there to celebrate a big birthday. A lush, beautiful place with a serene relaxed vibe. Friendly staff; impeccably maintained. Perfect setting to restore and rebalance.
From the minute the wooden door opens before you until it closes behind you life is good. When a getaway is in order Suenos offers the perfect solution. Positive points: The location is magnificent, the beach is very well maintained and very clean despite some sargassum seaweed which the staff works to clean every day, the staff is lovely and very helpful, and the buffet is very good, clean, and varied. Negative points: The sewage smell in the rooms, the outdated bathroom, problems with hot water and pressure, insufficient and very worn beach furniture
I'm updating this page for those who, like me, might be trying to identify the hotel on the map. After searching for a human-scale resort in the Tulum area, and wanting to avoid the "mega-resort nightclubs" that are so prevalent there, we opted for this club without much information. It turns out the hotel changed management sometime in 2023 and was recently taken over by Fram to become a new Framissima...
Excelent service, excelent food!
We where there Nov.23 /17 . We loved it good value, good food ,good beach, verry friendly stuff. And great massage by Ignacio. Simple but very clean rooms
Quirky and welcoming resort with good all inclusive options. The two bars close early, (one at 10pm and one at midnight) so if you're looking for a late night party place, this isn't it. The food is all very good & the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall we've had a great experience and would recommend to our friends and family!

Noisy however, you are in the party area of the city, so tjis should be expected
The hotel itself is pretty good—the room is clean and has basically everything you need. However, the music from the rooftop is VERY loud and goes on until midnight, making it impossible to sleep. The hotel does provide earplugs, but with that volume, they’re basically useless. If you’re a light sleeper, I would not recommend this place. Also, I think the owner should consider including this information...

Special thank you to Arnold. He is super friendly, attentive! Will definitely come back here again in the future!
Very nice. Small and peaceful cenote. They also had live music at some point. There was a little inlet where there was no seaweed which was nice. For inly 300 pesos you get access to the beach (with day beds) and the cenotes, great value.
Great time at Caleta Tankah. The little cove is so pleasant and the cenote is cozy and so enjoyable. Thank you to Giovanni for taking care of us and our family. We’ll come back

Amazing stay in the national park. Beautiful, peaceful location on the beach. Very attentive staff. Simple, included breakfast was perfect. Walking distance to the Mayan ruins. We loved our stay. The front desk Manager, David, was especially helpful! What a great guy! The shower in our bingalo was a bit tricky. No hot water, then, too hot, but they were attentive and tried to fix it.
The location in the national park is amazing. The facility is stunning and surrounded by coconut trees and a 1 minute walk to the water. The rooms need a bit of work, the hot water didn't work correctly, the shower curtain was moldy, and there are no fidges. The breakfast is decent and included.
Also would be nice if they could get the beer prices under 100 pesos, I think I paid 120 each.
There is a lot to like about Alito Hotel. The location is fantastic; you really can’t get too much closer to the ruins, if that’s on your bucket list. The beautiful beach is right there, and they have a pretty darn good breakfast that’s included. Rooms are a bit dated, but that also adds to the charm. Staff are very pleasant, as long as you don’t go to the water cooler too many times.

Love this place!!!! It’s really beautiful. So many places you can take pictures. Even out side of it offers like a long pathway you can walk around to and from of places.
