Incredible, world-class service, excellent food and overall high vibes makes Libelula one of my personal favorite destinations in Tulum in my 10+ years of visiting.
Libelula was absolutely everything I had hoped for. The remote location is the absolute best. When you want to go out and connect with Tulum you can do so any time, but when inside Libelula you are in a cocoon of total relaxation. The beach front is lovely. We lay on the comfortable beds and enjoyed the ocean. The staff weren’t just great, they were cool people that you will miss when you leave. The...
This is a lovely spot, removed from all the big resorts in Tulum. The buildings blend nicely into the landscape. The rooms are small but very comfortable and attractive. The beach is beauitful, service is excellent and food is delicious. Be sure to enjoy dinner there!
It was an incredible experience, I’m only sad because que didn’t stay more days, the staff is so nice and the food is amazing.
It’s a beautiful isolated beach front property, boutique service and beautiful staff!
Yes Yes Yes! Libelula is THE hidden gem of Tulum. Staff is incredible, beach is gorgeous, food is TOP. The energy this place has is beautiful and pure. Can't wait to be back!

Bare in mind, this was our first trip to Mexico. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The front desk helped us to atrange airport transport and a tour. The room was clean and well cared for. It was wonderful having a small private "yard" and also being steps from the beach. Food on the premises was limited, expensive and the portions were extremely small. Bottled water was not provided.
A nice little find. Really fun on weekends with Live music and nice mix of people having fun. Good taco restaurant, nice beach house.
the pool was amazing; the staff was super friendly but not too much knowledge or the surrounding areas to grab food or entertainment. the A/C was perfect and the king suite with amazing view.
The rooms are beautiful and just as pictured. The beach was perfect and very quiet.
Disappointed in tulum Rooms were clean and cool, ,beach furniture was unkept, dirty and some items broken all along property. Breakfast was fresh and service was great at their restaurant highly recommend tostadas de pescado al pastor. The bad issue first day of our stay the water for shower/ toilet was out for 4 hours, later restored but it happened again the following day too. Don’t think will come...
Id go back for sure. Unfortunately the sargasso was horrible but thats not their fault. The rooms can’t stay cold tho but id still return

Hotel Era Tulum & Ritual Spa – Best Wellness Retreat in Tulum "My stay at Hotel Era in Tulum was nothing short of amazing! Teresa at the reception was absolutely perfect and accommodating; she definitely adds value to the entire hotel. It's a pleasure to have staff like her.
I had an amazing stay at Era in Tulum! The hotel offers a unique, serene atmosphere that perfectly captures the spirit of Tulum. The design is stunning, with local touches that make the space feel both luxurious and authentically connected to the area. I had a last minute booking and was a little stranded in Tulum for a day. I booked here and as soon as I walked in felt so at ease. Jumped into the refreshing pool. The Argentinian lady at the front desk was so sweet and hospitable. The room was clean & decorated nicely and the shower was excellent! Kukum Tulum Hotel was a dream. The staff was amazing and very attentive to our needs. Staff was very helpful and were always going above and beyond for us. The hotel itself was amazing. Very quiet and serene. I will definitely book again.
Disappointed in the room...what's the point of having a private pool room if I can't enjoy it?!?! It was filthy...like not cleaned or maintained at all They were working on the room next door (I can see pool & talked to the workers) & it was cleaner than ours. The pool & bar upstairs was being repaired...so I had no pool for my birthday vacation. The bottle of wine offered as advertised, was not...
Very good place, I loved spending a weekend with my wife in the place, I hope to be able to return soon because without a doubt I loved the attention too much, I highly recommend it if you want to have a pleasant time.
I highly recommend the hotel. the staff was very attentive in everything, they had a surprise for us in the room since we were celebrating our anniversary. The pool has a great view and is private. I love
Excellent hotel, we really enjoyed the pool which is located in the room. my room was very large which were very cool. We rented some bikes at the front desk to go to the beach and it was great. We enjoyed everything
My family and I really enjoyed our visit to Tulum, the hotel we chose surprised us a lot. It is far from the city and close to the jungle, it is very quiet but we really enjoyed the pool and our terrace with a private pool.

Amaka Calma Tulum is a very nice hotel to spend some time while in Tulum. Located in calm Veletta district with lots of restaurants and kiosks nearby. The 7 nights stay was all in all very good.
I absolutely loved staying here. I am already planning when I’ll come back and I think I will make this
Beautifully designed boutique hotel. Had a lovely large and clean room. Swimming pool is gorgeous but could use a few scoops to remove the fallen leaves. Staff shined bright by their absence, breakfast at 8.00 didn't happen but much later... Beach club offer is not really free, and needs a self paid taxi service. I ended up going to the beach on own regards. The seaweed was huge, so all this together...
We stayed at the Luxury Apartment (Deck Garden Apartment w/ Private Pool), the room looked good at first but it actually is a little rundown and needs some maintenance or updates. The downside was that it seems to connect to the room next door with a wood sliding door, you could hear and smell everything happening next door, it didn’t feel private. The hotel staff is really good and responsive. The...
The staff and this hotel are truly wonderful. Canadlero is especially very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and have stayed here twice for over 2 weeks each time. Nice price, 15 minutes away from the beach and 5 minutes away from the ruins... As close as you can stay from Tulum and with electricity all day and night
For how inexpensive the hotel is and close to the Tulum Mayan site, it was definitely worth it. What you'd expect out of a 500 peso (about $30 US) room.

A large hotel with great rooms that each have their own bathroom and a common area for group dinners. Served us extremely well. Capped off the vacation with a fire show from Fire Fly productions! The roads next to the hotel are rough in case that matters.
Our stay at Casa Ambre Tulum was truly unforgettable, and the first thing that stands out is the staff. Special thank you to Arnold. He is super friendly, attentive! Will definitely come back here again in the future!
Very nice. Small and peaceful cenote. They also had live music at some point. There was a little inlet where there was no seaweed which was nice. For inly 300 pesos you get access to the beach (with day beds) and the cenotes, great value.
Great time at Caleta Tankah. The little cove is so pleasant and the cenote is cozy and so enjoyable. Thank you to Giovanni for taking care of us and our family. We’ll come back
Amazing day at Caleta Tankah! Staff if really friendly and our waiter Arnold was the best! Go there if you are looking for a chill beach day and good vibes.
Arnold was wonderful! And the gentle cenote was a great way to get some snorkeling in.

Amazing stay in the national park. Beautiful, peaceful location on the beach. Very attentive staff. Simple, included breakfast was perfect. Walking distance to the Mayan ruins. We loved our stay. The front desk Manager, David, was especially helpful! What a great guy! The shower in our bingalo was a bit tricky. No hot water, then, too hot, but they were attentive and tried to fix it.
The location in the national park is amazing. The facility is stunning and surrounded by coconut trees and a 1 minute walk to the water. The rooms need a bit of work, the hot water didn't work correctly, the shower curtain was moldy, and there are no fidges. The breakfast is decent and included. Also would be nice if they could get the beer prices under 100 pesos, I think I paid 120 each.
There is a lot to like about Alito Hotel. The location is fantastic; you really can’t get too much closer to the ruins, if that’s on your bucket list. The beautiful beach is right there, and they have a pretty darn good breakfast that’s included. Rooms are a bit dated, but that also adds to the charm. Staff are very pleasant, as long as you don’t go to the water cooler too many times. But therein...
Love this place!!!! It’s really beautiful. So many places you can take pictures. Even out side of it offers like a long pathway you can walk around to and from of places. They have bikes you can ride and it’s about 10 ish minutes from town. I really recommend this place. Only con is just no TV or fridge in the rooms but it’s extremely great for the price!
The hotel is beautifully situated on a very quiet beach. The rooms are quite spacious and decent. Everything is a bit simple, but that adds to its charm. It’s located right by the sea, but a good distance from the town center. You have to pay an entrance fee for the park. There is a one-time fee for the car, which covers the entire stay. Absolutely beautiful and relaxing hotel, especially for a simple place to rest your head after a day of adventuring Tulum! Beautiful rooms, beautiful property with kind staff, especially Dennis. Gorgeous, but the hotel’s amenities i found were significantly pricier than surrounding hotels, for example a bike rentak here would by $850 mxd conpared to next door where it was $350, their restaurant was gorgeous and loved the food quality, but again significantly higher prices than neighboring spots.
