Bare in mind, this was our first trip to Mexico. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The front desk helped us to atrange airport transport and a tour. The room was clean and well cared for. It was wonderful having a small private "yard" and also being steps from the beach. Food on the premises was limited, expensive and the portions were extremely small. Bottled water was not provided.

My family and I really enjoyed our visit to Tulum, the hotel we chose surprised us a lot. It is far from the city and close to the jungle, it is very quiet but we really enjoyed the pool and our terrace with a private pool.

Amaka Calma Tulum is a very nice hotel to spend some time while in Tulum. Located in calm Veletta district with lots of restaurants and kiosks nearby. The 7 nights stay was all in all very good.

Very nice. Small and peaceful cenote. They also had live music at some point. There was a little inlet where there was no seaweed which was nice. For inly 300 pesos you get access to the beach (with day beds) and the cenotes, great value.

The location in the national park is amazing. The facility is stunning and surrounded by coconut trees and a 1 minute walk to the water. The rooms need a bit of work, the hot water didn't work correctly, the shower curtain was moldy, and there are no fidges. The breakfast is decent and included. Our stay was good overall. We loved our treehouse suite but had intermittent issues with the water. We had no water for a day during out our 3 night stay. The issue resolved that evening but the water temperature and pressure was inconsistent for the entire duration of our stay.

Stayed here a few times back when it was Cabanas las Conchitas. Still one of my favorite places to stay ever. The staff were very accommodating. The private beach access with the world's second largest reef within swimming distance is not to be missed. The same could be said for the fresh breakfast each morning.

The staff at Lola Cafe are so nice. We came here 3-4 times during our 10 day stay in Tulum. They have one of the better coffees we’ve had in Tulum and a great tasting inexpensive breakfast as well. They also didn’t mind us sticking around and using their wifi to do some work.

Please go check out “Lola Cafe”, located in the front of Oten Hotel. They have the best affordable breakfast items, plus coffee, tea, and juice. I stayed at this new boutique hotel for 2 nights. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. The place is conveniently located between downtown and the beach.
