Hotels near sea shore in Budva

The people are so friendly and kind. I loved that the rooms were clean and the outside of the house was also clean. They have done an amazing job with this opportunity to let people enjoy the significantly beautiful view

I booked this apartament in Sep 2025 with my partner and we absolutely loved it! Ana Marija was super nice and helpful. Her English is awesome so we had no issues with communication

It was pretty warm for Sep so we used AC which is nice to have. The room was clean; there was everything that we needed to spend a week there without any inconveniences

There is a fairly busy seaside road below, but it's dead at night so it shouldn't keep you up. The view of the sea and local bay is gorgeous, especially combined with the mountains and maybe a sunset

Really friendly place and a good starting point for the nearby beaches or Kotor or Skodersko lake (or Budva, obviously)

The neighborhood was peaceful but I guess in the high season it may depend on who booked the room next to you or in the next building

Bathroom: Hairdryer, toiletries, towels, toilet paper. Balcony: Table and two chairs. I was surprised there was a trash can here and not in the room. The air conditioning was good, and the bed was comfortable

In a quiet place and relatively close to the beach, the owner is extremely friendly, always available. The rooms are clean and spacious with large and comfortable beds. Highly recommended!

I spent six nights here and have very fond memories of my stay. The apartment was very well-equipped, like an apartment. Kitchen: Pots, frying pan, grater, strainer, knives (blunt), cutlery, plates, kettle

Shared hallway: Iron, ironing board, needles and thread, guidebooks. The internet sometimes cut out, and we had to park a little further away because parking was hard to find

Exceptional hosts, exceptional and clean studio, literally has everything, spacious, comfortable beds, good wi-fi, cable TV, nice terrace, fully equipped kitchen

At first want to say big thank you to hosts , they were really good and kind , helped us a lot , with everything, even if u will need transfer to the airport you can ask them, the room was clean, there's a biig balcony , you can sit there have your breakfast if next year we'll plan to go Budva again, we can stay in this guest house for sure

Excellent accomodation, maximum cleanness, close to the sea, a large number of shops, restaurants nearby and the most important owners, we felt at home, we got every help and information from them and every wish came out

Spacious apartment, equipped with everything you need, beautifully landscaped yard, large and well-kept swimming pool. One minus is that there is no cleaning service.

It takes 7 minutes to get to Jaz beach by car, 5 minutes to the supermarket, 20-25 minutes to Kotor (if no traffic jams), 10 minutes to the old town of Budva. Would you stay here again? - yes, definitely!

We stayed in this accommodation for 7 nights, it is good, comfortable, has a large space and is equipped with everything you need. It is clean, there are no unpleasant odors. The water pressure in the bathroom is strong

They made my day 🥰 We are definitely coming back here at least once. Jaz beach is 5 minutes away by car, parking is free. The right part of the beach is ideal for families with small children

The view of the bay is stunning. It's better to have a car to get to the beach or neighboring towns. But if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place

Great apartment with sea views. Helpful staff and the owner in particular. Of the minuses - the wait staff doesn't know either Russian or English, but if you need something - always help, the main gesture to show :)

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the closest beach

great view of the sea and the promenade. located not far from the largest supermarket in Becici where you can buy meat and next to pogorelich it. the room is not very huge, for good and fresh repair

New building with a lot of amenities- sauna, ste am room, great gym, children playroom, reception. Amazing open pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, relaxation zone with amazing views! Totally worth the visit.

Very nice apartment and very clean. The Kitchen is not good equipped. If you want to cook you need at least some good knives. You have everything at your disposal: sauna, fitness room, pool, garage

From the friendly chauffer that picked us up from Tivat airport, to the warm welcome we got at the reception upon our arrival, to the attentive staff at the dinning room and the team at the sauna, everything was amazing

The hotel was clean and beautiful, like it was built not so long ago and it was also very luxurious and cozy. Also the location of the hotel is great. Only 30 minutes (by foot) or 10 minutes (in a car) to the Old City

The best was the pool in this apartment. Never was cowded and its a children magnet. Not so far from the beach and a big IDEA shop is not so far from the apartment. For us the parking was free in the garage

It is a short walk to the beach, down a hill, and less than 10 minutes drive to many restaurants, shopping and other beaches. The staff who helped me were professional as well as pleasant and helpful

This apartment has everything I needed to be comfortable for 3 weeks. I especially liked the large terrace with a big couch and a great view of the mountains and the sea

Great expirience, the internet was abit down due to tech difficulty all around budva but still no need for net when you got an amazing apartment to make up for it!

+ Not very far from the beach, AC, terrace - No WiFi in the room upstairs, bedsheets changed only once (if changed at all), smell in the bathroom

The room on the 3rd floor is not small, there is a comfortable bed, air conditioning, a kettle, a hairdryer, a charming balcony, cleaning is scheduled, all requests are responded to immediately, towels are not allowed, there is internet

It is a bunglow with multiple ensuite rooms. Service: The landlady and her family, son and husband, all of them are really great, kind and helpful. Rooms are not cleaned every day but whenever you ask them to clean

Very nice, hospitable, sympathetic, pleasant hostess. She served her baked goods. Very clean rooms with a romantic balcony. There are all amenities. Not far from the sea. They speak Russian and English.

Guest House Damjana is the best place to stay in Budva especially for budget travelers. Location: Pleasant 15-20 min walk to the city centre. Nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a 5-10 minute walk

They gave us free sweets and beverages whenever we liked. There is also a common kitchen available for guests to cook. Safety: It is a very safe location in a residential area

Super apartments, nice clear room, very hospitable owner, near a lot of not expansive great local restaurants. Enjoy to eat grape right at your balcony.

It is a far away from the city centre but service is the best. Land lady helped us nice and welcoming. Rooms are cheap and has large balcony.

The beach and walk towards the Old town are just across from the roundabout at the bottom of the road. Parking needs to be prearranged as space is limited, but the team will help with arrangements for local spaces

Pool access is restricted to 9am - 8pm, which means there's no outside guest noise beyond these hours

About half an hour to the old town by walking but super close to the beach and other restaurants/bars. little supermarket right outside for snacks and drinks

Modern & quiet apartment with friendly and helpful staff who were always on hand to help. The property is kept incredibly clean
