Hotels near sea shore in Budva

Good location. Beautiful balcony and garden, view of the mountains from the window. The owners treat you to fruit from their own garden. Pleasant homely atmosphere. Opposite there is a mesarnya, a bakery with low prices.

I really enjoyed staying there in room no. 21, so much so that I extended my stay. It's close to the city center and a megamarket, just 5 minutes away. The conditions are very pleasant, clean, and tidy

Very friendly the staff. Flexibility arrive and leave. Free parking at the address. Very nice view. The terrace is practically. The garden very nice give some shade. I did a bit longer holiday there.

Very nice garden with olive trees, kind staff and everything what you need in the room. Free parking in the yard. Some of the rooms are with windows at the street and is a little bit noisy.

Amazing place to stay at just 15min from the city center. The couple who os responsible is very kind and made everything to improve out stay.

Not far from the sea, 200m. Nice view from the fifth floor. Of the minuses is the lack of an elevator and a noisy road.

Great 2night stay in Budva! Friendly owner, clean room, great breakfast. There is also parking available onsite for 10euros per night

The staff gave us a free upgrade upon check in, as it was relatively low season. We were on the third floor and had nice views of the surrounding mountains

I like it that the old town is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel, where you can access many shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was exceptional too, from freshly made pancakes to local food items

The room has a yacht marina, and the view from the hotel is quite nice, perfect for a relaxing vacation.

They explain everything and help with everything. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. A large supermarket is 5 minutes away. Breakfast is quite decent; you won't go hungry

Receptionists, restaurant workers and cleaning ladies were a blast, they made our holidays so special, helped with everything what we needed and set a perfect “holiday mood” from the day we arrived and until we left

I was with my spouse in February 2020. The location is excellent for city walks, close to the beach, with shops and cafes nearby. The room is great, with a city and sea view from the balcony.

Good value for money. Not far from the sea, but quiet. Shops, restaurants - everything is nearby. Nice garden.

Nice family hotel with rooms, where you’ll find everything you need. Also a small garden with olive trees and other greenery adjoins the villa, which creates an oasis in the middle of the tourist town

My family and I recently stayed at Anastasia and were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful experience we had. Despite being friendly-budget, the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way

Everything was great. Simple and understandable communication. Everything is within walking distance, bars, shops, the beach, there is parking! Good bathroom, there were shower gels and shampoo.

Everything was amazing! The owner is so helpful! He was ready to give us advice on where to go. Whenever we asked for something, no matter the time, he was ready to help us

The apartment itself was well-suited for two people, offering a cozy and comfortable space to relax and unwind. The interior had a contemporary look, which added a touch of modernity to the ambiance

While our overall experience was positive, the only downside was the limited kitchen facilities. It would have been more convenient to have a wider range of cooking equipment and utensils available

On the spacious balcony - a coffee table with a pair of pseudo-rattan chairs. In the morning there is a good buffet, you can have breakfast outdoors, in the shade of a vine

Timely replacement of towels and linen. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: boiler, air conditioning, hairdryer, equipped mini kitchen

The people are so friendly and kind. I loved that the rooms were clean and the outside of the house was also clean. They have done an amazing job with this opportunity to let people enjoy the significantly beautiful view

I booked this apartament in Sep 2025 with my partner and we absolutely loved it! Ana Marija was super nice and helpful. Her English is awesome so we had no issues with communication

It was pretty warm for Sep so we used AC which is nice to have. The room was clean; there was everything that we needed to spend a week there without any inconveniences

There is a fairly busy seaside road below, but it's dead at night so it shouldn't keep you up. The view of the sea and local bay is gorgeous, especially combined with the mountains and maybe a sunset

Really friendly place and a good starting point for the nearby beaches or Kotor or Skodersko lake (or Budva, obviously)

The neighborhood was peaceful but I guess in the high season it may depend on who booked the room next to you or in the next building

At first want to say big thank you to hosts , they were really good and kind , helped us a lot , with everything, even if u will need transfer to the airport you can ask them, the room was clean, there's a biig balcony , you can sit there have your breakfast if next year we'll plan to go Budva again, we can stay in this guest house for sure

The perfect location, everything you need is within 50 meters (restaurant, market, discount pizza, fast food, various gift shops)

It takes 7 minutes to get to Jaz beach by car, 5 minutes to the supermarket, 20-25 minutes to Kotor (if no traffic jams), 10 minutes to the old town of Budva. Would you stay here again? - yes, definitely!

We stayed in this accommodation for 7 nights, it is good, comfortable, has a large space and is equipped with everything you need. It is clean, there are no unpleasant odors. The water pressure in the bathroom is strong

They made my day 🥰 We are definitely coming back here at least once. Jaz beach is 5 minutes away by car, parking is free. The right part of the beach is ideal for families with small children

From the friendly chauffer that picked us up from Tivat airport, to the warm welcome we got at the reception upon our arrival, to the attentive staff at the dinning room and the team at the sauna, everything was amazing

The hotel was clean and beautiful, like it was built not so long ago and it was also very luxurious and cozy. Also the location of the hotel is great. Only 30 minutes (by foot) or 10 minutes (in a car) to the Old City

I have to recommend this place,because I come there every year since summer 2015. The prices are really low, the staff is more than kind and helpful, it has 2 beautiful pools, the famous Becici beach is 2 minutes walking

A choice of two pools to swim in and a local shop nearby. It was 10min walk down the hill to the beach. The walk back took longer because of the steepness - having an ice cream for energy mid way up certainly helped

Lovely room with great views from a spacious balcony. There was a good-sized kitchen and bathroom and a great pool that was heated when the days turned cooler

Becici apartment Nice apartments set up the hill in Becici so be prepared for an uphill climb from the beach. It’s not that bad and we were pleased to get the exercise! Good view from balcony

The main problem was the extremely steep hill which when it was hot was a killer to walk up but was fine when cooler at night. I would return to this lovely place

I was attracted by the burgers on the sign outside but then had a pizza. The pizza was brilliant and big. I really wanted to try the desserts, but I was stuffed. Probably be back at some point

Huge Pizzas and Great Pastas! Although we ordered a small pizza, we still struggled finishing it! Really good chesse and the crust of the pizza was on point! The waiter attended us nicely although he couldn't speak much English

Not all employees speak English well, but everyone does their best. The highlight is the pizza for dinner. This is not only huge, but also very tasty. I always looking forward to the food

I was at the Disney Apartments. So it was a good idea to eat at the Pizzeria and I was not disappointed. The breakfast was quite filling and the service was always friendly

Fantastic and tasty meals, Disney pizza is great and everything else taste very delicious! Staff is very very pleasant! Fully recommend!
