Great location close to the beaches and old city. The host was very helpful and they provided a great breakfast. Unfortunately, it is on the main road thru town and noisy all day and evening.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The location was perfect and the hotel was very clean and everything was in working order

Located inbetween larger hotels but retained its own character offering a quieter atmosphere.2 mins from beach and beach bars/cafes. 10 from Budva fortress. Staff are helpful and rooms were comfortable.

Misleading Description This hotel is not beachfront (maybe 10 or more years ago before the big Hotel Budva was built in front of it. It does have a restaurant and bar area but they are not operational

Once at Tivat Airport, there was a queue at the departure gate, but thankfully, it moved reasonably fast. The hotel offers a pleasant breakfast service between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM for an affordable price of €8

The girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic and cute, the room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is very good. The shower water is very hot, but there is a problem with the shower head

I can say in all my time, I have never felt so welcomed in any hotel or country - Maria is a credit to her father and the hotel and thank you so much for having us

It was low season so we were previladged with parking. We stayed at the back room that was silent. Though I do not know the main street facing rooms

I may have one small suggestion, tiles in bathroom were gorgeous, except the floor tile of shower; unfortunately they were so slippery with a bit water and soap

The only downside was the staff leaves at 6pm and you cant ask for any services. Also there is no breakfast facilities at the hotel, something to keep in mind

The taxi driver kept asking questions, and even those passing by didn't know what kind of hotel it was! After half an hour of wandering around in the dark, in the rain, with a suitcase, walking down a passageway between a construction fence and the building, and entering a door, I found myself in the entryway

We have just returned from a 10day holiday with Alexander, and can only say a very big thank you our room was lovely 2531, was helped by a very nice man with our cases to our room when we arrived, room was cleaned towels changed everyday say thank to housekeeping 👍 generally hotel is great nice pool areas, clean lots of beds and umbrellas, guys at pool area not so helpful but that maybe just a language...

There was always something that you could find to eat but it was lukewarm at best. Great location in Budva and the walkway to old town was nice

Had bus stops outside to get to Sveti Stefan and the bus station was only a 10min walk

We were all inclusive guests and we could not get a drink at the bar as the bar team had to help in the restaurant. If I'm paying for all inclusive, I expect to be able to get a drink at any time

The room we were in was a superior and had a nice lounge, 2 bathrooms and a little balcony. The staff were grumpy but compliant and yiu never had to ask twice for anything

I did use the roof top pool to relax ater a day of walking and discovering Budva. The only suggestion would be if they had lounge chairs instead of just chairs on the roof top

Hotel Fagus was within a 10-15min walk to the beach, marina and the Old Town. The breakfas it was exceptional and the room was always clean

Some passive aggressive notes in the rooms stating that consumption of food and alcohol purchased outside the premises is ‘forbidden’ I would potentially understand this if they had a bar

We arrived very early and were allowed to check in pleasingly. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a little underwhelming, hit and miss with what comes out each day

Even then, I am a fully grown adult, if I fancy a drink on the balcony of an evening then I should be able to have one

All very modern and well finished. Offering a mix of 5 1 bed apartments and 5 1 bed rooms (which can be combined into 2 bed apartments). Includes breakfast during the tourist season (May-Sept)

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, perfect cleanliness and plus there is a good track on the roof. The hotel is well located, about 5 minutes walk to the old town

We just arrived, but we were very satisfied. The rooms and the bathroom are very clean. 5 minutes walking distance to the center. The hotel owners are very friendly and helpful

I unfortunately punctured my tire very close to the hotel, the owner came and helped me with everything, finding a jack, finding another tire and even putting it on

I didn't stay there, so I'm not rating the rooms, but the gardens and the style the hotel is built in. It's very green & unpretentious but gorgeous. It reminds me of a beautiful hacienda. The terrace with music is nice

We had a wonderful time with our family at the hotel. Our stay lasted a couple of days in August, and we were accommodated in the Vila Cempresa apartment

The location is excellent, within walking distance of the beaches and the swimming pools. The pools are filled with salt water, which was a great plus

On the other hand, if you are looking for: • a top-tier 4/5 star hotel with pristine consistent service, ultra-modern rooms, very gourmet dining, and don’t want to deal with any service variability → then you may want to look at options with stronger reviews in those areas

Very nice hotel with great infrastructure, awesome interiors and exteriors! Cheap and delicious food in close restaurants.

Hotel is a bit older but our room was very nice, we had a view to the sea and park in front of the hotel. Service is so so, not very clean, for example we got towels that were questionably washed.. Location is great

The location is amazing though, it is by the beach, there's a few stores, restaurants, cafes and clubs nearby and it has a pretty yard

Very pleasant staff, available, attentive. Superb room, King bed, balcony with view of the Adriatic, in the unique Mediterranean fjord. Possibility of buses for neighboring towns or suggestions for outings with guides

In some rooms the beds are comfy and in others they aren't and some rooms have bigger balconies with chairs and a table, while other rooms have the smallest balcony ever. Thankfully, rooms have ACs which work

I stayed there for a week and honestly it's not a bad hotel but the rooms have some broken furniture and you can't drink the water in the hotel

This small hotell really made our stay i Budva relaxing. It is such a lovely place, A bit withdrawn from the bigger streets, quiet surroundings and still just ten, fifteen minutes walk to the sea and Old Town

The only thing you should bear in mind is that the private parking lot, which is in a small garage of the hotel, has more spaces than the number of rooms, so some guests had nowhere to park or blocked other cars, and then there was a problem with leaving the parking lot

Fantastic hotel located in a residential street in Budva close to the front and not to far from the old town. The room was great with a large balcony. The price was very reasonable and the food was also good

The hotel informed us in advance via email that there was a problem with the room arrangement, and they temporarily changed us to another hotel under the same group

We visited the restaurant on the 15th floor of the hotel. It was incredibly delicious!!!!! The service is good. I recommend it for a romantic dinner or a special event. The view of night Budva is mesmerizing

Not a bad town, good restaurants, many beaches, but the promenade is mediocre, reminiscent of Sudak.

500m from the beach and the boulevard leading towards Budva, free parking in the streets, peaceful area where the hotel is situated and just very lovely and warm staff

Super quiet place to relax have good breakfast friendly stuff can order coffee any time in restaurant I find very good waterfall near by walking 10 minutes and 5 minutes to beach you can find parking in hotel and around for night you can order beer and cocktail I recommended

Best Hotel and staff in Montenegro Becici. Never saw just a frienbly and organized staff. Rooms are modern and very clean. Its for sure a place we will come again and for sure in this hotel

Everything was great, we had a great time. The location is very good, the environment is very beautiful, the staff is very kind and helpful.

I therefore only had 4 breakfasts out of 7 I paid for but that was my choice (maybe the hotel could offer some breakfast packages for earlier risers). There is also a small pool on the roof, next to the small restaurant

In the evening, the water is quite warm there. You cannot truly swim in the pool, it is too small for that but it is pleasant to spend some time there anyway. The staff at the hotel is nice

There is a poor view from the balconies, but it makes up for that by the beautiful roof terrace with a swimming pool

There is a small shop nearby, a gas station close by, the beach and promenade are 20 minutes away on foot

There are shops and restaurants around and a lot of more of them in the centre of the town. I had a very nice and spacious room on the 5th floor (4th by the European counting)

It had a fridge and a kettle, which was very appreciated. I had a view of the mountains from my balcony, which got dark by the evening, so I truly felt like being in Montenegro (which means Black Mountain)

On the downside, there was no shower gel (just shampoo and a soap bar), shower cabin was leaking, making the whole bathroom uncomfortably wet. WiFi was waaaay too slow (5 Mbps)

But the reason to stay in Hermes is simply brilliant staff, who made this stay unforgettable. Everyone from the receptionists, cleaning ladies and lady who prepared breakfast is genuinely nice and always had time for us

I was able to check-in at noon, which was great since I arrived to Budva early. The guy at reception was nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, A/C worked well

The stay in Hermes was simply exceptional! The location is perfect - it is just a little bit outside of the beaches (which most will appreciate), but still within a walking distance to the sea, old town, shopping center etc

If you visit Budva, you might have doubts which beach is the best one, or where to eat, but it is a no-brainer where to stay - it is Hermes

There's a construction site in front of the hotel, but I had no issues with noise since my room was facing the opposite site of the building

Cute, cozy, clean hotel (not counting the Palace). Very friendly staff, great Breakfast. Provide free sunbeds on the beach, Samsara (5 minutes walking from the hotel) and sauna, but you need to ask about it.

This hotel has a very good view and almost everything you need surrounding it. We had the best host(Slađa ) she made our stay really seamless and very much enjoyable. She’s very professional and hospitable

Cute boutique hotel right in front of the sea. The breakfast was tasty and generous, but what made the difference was the staff at the reception, restaurant; beach, security. They made us feel at home with friends

The hotel has the best view especially the rooms with the beach front view. If I visit Montenegro again I’ll definitely stay here. Lots of local shops like supermarkets and street food vendors close by

The hotel provides free towels for the beach. In front of the hotel beach are paid, but they gave us a card for free entrance to another beach - Deluxe Samsara, which is much better than all the rest

The area is beautiful and there is parking available. I recommend checking with the administration in advance about the availability of parking spaces, as there may be issues during the vacation season

The room has a safe, free refrigerator, TV. We have a view from the balcony: mountains to the right, city to the right, sea to the left! Sumptuously!! From the sea 10-15 minutes walk

The rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every other day, they are given everything: shampoo, soap, towels, slippers, if you wish, you can take dishes (mugs, plates, forks, spoons, knives)

The hotel is small, clean, comfortable! Friendly staff, many speak Russian! A variety of delicious breakfasts, the cook explains everything from what the dish is cooked

Finding good coffee on the beach is impossible, but Fahri and Murat make amazing coffee and cocktails. It didn't feel like a hotel; it felt like home. I've never had such a wonderful vacation experience in my life

When we opened the door, we found luggage inside – horrifying!! Luckily, the guest wasn't in the room, or it would have been embarrassing! We went to the front desk and got a room key for room 402

Very nice hotel, with nice rooms, great pool area and a yummy buffet breakfast. The manager Ogi was very helpful, and all staff were friendly. Definitely recommend, easy stroll into the main area of town.

There is a bakery at the intersection where you turn from the main road to the hotel. A little bit beyond the beach, there are many restaurants to eat, all within walking distance

The window overlooked the hotel pool, so the view was quite open and okay; however, we only had two superior rooms with balconies, one on the 1st floor and one on the 4th floor

Right opposite the hotel there is a minimarket where you can buy water, snacks and wine (open until 00:00) The hotel has clean, cozy, but small rooms. 2 sets of pillows and a fairly comfortable mattress are offered

It happened to rain when I went out, so I borrowed an umbrella from the hotel. The overall variety and taste of breakfast are OK. After all, Western breakfast is not as rich as domestic hotels

You do not have any view of the sea and its directly next to a big street, so that it is very difficult to give to the beach. The hotel is very new, so that there are not many people. Its okej, but not for a long period
