Hotels near sea shore in Budva

We asked if we could move room for a better view and the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating in facilitating this. All the staff are very friendly and helpful

It is well decorated and very clean everywhere. We could not fault this hotel and would definitely book to stay here again

Rooms cramped. Too tight around wardrobe area. No full length hanging for dresses. Poor breakfast. Breakfast buffet poor layout. Staff not very friendly except housekeeping staff who always greeted us.

We stayed at Hotel Budva from the 27th June to 4th July. The hotel location is excellent for access to the beach front and old town

Breakfast was very similar and not much variety. We complained to the manager and the same night there was an improvement, we were also told we could choose off of the main menu at no extra cost

Staff were very helpful and pleasant , the hotel was 5 star quality and a great location near to the old town. The biggest draw back was the food which was certainly not 5star quality

The location is good, it takes about 10 minutes to go to the sea, the road is gentle, it does not exhaust (even a child). On the way to the beach cafes and shops, very convenient

The rooms need a more recent renovation, the bed linen is also not very new, small towels, the TV did not work, but we came to the sea, so we did not pay attention to these shortcomings

Half an hour before the appointed time, the cleaning lady came, turned off the water to the room and started to kick us out, so don't count on a late check-out and a shower after the sea

The furniture corresponds to the photo: bed, sofa wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, kitchenette. There are few dishes: a 3-liter saucepan with a lid, a frying pan, a cezve, 3 spoons, forks and plates, 5 cups

Refrigerator, stove, air conditioning, TV working. The hair dryer in the bathroom is not very powerful, but there is a working one. There is an iron and ironing board on each floor in the hallway

From the means: dishwashing detergent and liquid soap in the bathroom. Minuses: Poorly organized settlement; The shower lacks a shelf for accessories; Balcony light not working

It can be seen that the house is "young", everywhere everything is well-groomed and chosen with taste. The entire staff is very friendly and attentive. In general, everything is just fine

For everyone who is going on vacation, I recommend paying attention to the Nika guest house. Who loves comfort, hospitable hosts and at the same time tranquility, you are here

We had a group of young people next door, but it did NOT cause any discomfort. Many thanks to all the staff, everything was great. !!! We will definitely come back to you!

Good hotel - very poor breakfast but then I was the only one in the hotel, they basically opened for me only and the receptionist came only for me..

I bruised my arm a few times on the sharp edges of the shower tap, bending down to pick up the shower head! Also, there was still water dribbling out of the large square shower head, even after switching to the hand held and it was so big that you could not really move it out of the way

Lastly, they bring food onsite for breakfast, although there does seem to be a kitchen, so I’m not sure why this is. The bread and pastries were stale and everything else looked pretty sad, so I didn’t even bother

There was also nowhere to hang your items in the bathroom and the towels were ridiculously small. The fridge in the room was barely cool, and I would be concerned of storing perishables in there

One star takes away the lack of wifi from the third floor, the router at the reception just doesn't finish higher. And on the roof there are sunbeds and a small pool, if too lazy to go to the sea ))

The pool was way smaller than we thought, and we were sure we paid for breakfast but apperently they didnt serve food or drinks at all. But besides from that everything was nice

Excellent apartment that we got, great and big balcony. Great restorants near by (Kuzina, Parma. ), drink store, couple of big grocery stores. Pleasant hosts at the reception. Excellent value for the money

We only stayed for one night, but absolutely loved our accommodation. Very clean, close to a restaurants and overall very nice room.

Good hotel, rooms clear and not so old. 10 minutes to the sea, that normal for Budva. Double extra room has little kitchen, it's suitable

The location is excellent, you are a 15-minute walk from all important places and beaches, the people are cultured and hospitable, and the room is more than sufficient for its function of sleeping and showering

We spent here for a week during summer. It was our first time in Montenegro and we are really suprised how crowded can it be. The accomodation was nice and affortable. The beach and the old town was close too

Amazing place in the heart of Budva close to everything- location and property couldn’t have been better ! Metzo the host and the housekeeper were delightful and extremely helpful with everything ! Couldn’t recommend more :)

Nice place to stay, and close to everything. The owner is very polite and helpful. The place is a bit noisy because of the road near by and the doors fail to isolate noises.

The grocery store was nearby too. The owner was generous and let us to park our car front of the appartment

We were able to choose our breakfast, and they even put it in a takeaway container for us to eat in our room. The room was clean and comfortable.

Located a short walk from the bus station and a further 15 minutes walk will take you to the beach. Dalia and her staff are lovely. Bedroom was well maintained and comfortable. Location was quiet and convenient

The hotel's location is very convenient. It's cozy and clean inside, and the room feels like staying at grandma's house in the countryside—we really enjoyed it.

Pros: the hotel is perfectly located, in the very center of Budva, at least 8 minutes to the beach, nearby there are several large stores, a grocery market and many cafes

There was long hair everywhere. The bubble function in the whirlpool didn't work, so it was basically just a large bathtub. The windows are noisy, and the main road is right next to the house

This place makes you feel like a real guest. I can't rave enough about the linens,fresh,Adriatica colors,clean and crisp. The apartment is a large one bedroom,with terrace and kitchen

Room is really big and clean , I like it! And balcony is super! But reception works so so , you will never find a receptionist.

Ideal location for Budva. Everything was very good, we liked it. It is very good to have parking and it is free.

The beach and walk towards the Old town are just across from the roundabout at the bottom of the road. Parking needs to be prearranged as space is limited, but the team will help with arrangements for local spaces

Pool access is restricted to 9am - 8pm, which means there's no outside guest noise beyond these hours

About half an hour to the old town by walking but super close to the beach and other restaurants/bars. little supermarket right outside for snacks and drinks

Modern & quiet apartment with friendly and helpful staff who were always on hand to help. The property is kept incredibly clean

The hotel is well placed, close to beach, stores and restaurants. We did not notice any trafic noice when trying to sleep. Staff was very polite and helpfull when we needed something

Decent accomodation if you're on a tighter budget. Floor was not clean and many surfaces had not been dusted in a long time. Very hard to find the place, no sign or anything to tell you where to go

They have very poor sound insulation and don't help with noisy guests.

Parking for 10€ a day, not too bad. Overall, not great, not terrible

The hotel is very clean, and modern. All rooms offer beautiful sea and mountain views. The rooms are spacious and have a small kitchenette. It is located near supermarkets, shops and the best beach in town

Staying at this hotel as we are staying there. Extremely friendly and highly professional staff. The hotel is located very close to the stores, Old Town and to the beach

The location is great, slightly out of town so quieter and only a 15 min walk from the Old Town/Mogren Beach, although a slightly up hill walk up to the doors of the hotel but I think you'll get that with all hotels in this area

We stayed in a studio apart on the first floor with a 'sea view', although I would say it's more partial sea view, for 3 nights

We stayed at this hotel from June 27 till July 7, 2023. We arrived way early from check in time. The hotel manager Damjan provided us with a free full breakfast and a room till our other room was being ready

Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were big and comfy. You can see that this is not the newest modern hotel, but it really has everything what you can need

One unusual aspect, which wasn’t mentioned before booking, was a note in the room stating that it’s "forbidden to bring alcohol. " In over 20 years of traveling, I’ve never encountered a rule like this

M Palace is a boutique-style hotel, ideally located right next to Budva's Old Town. The room was spacious with a lovely terrace, but it felt a bit dated and lacked a mirror outside of the bathroom

The lighting could also be improved. A major advantage is the on-site parking, which is a big plus considering how hard it is to find parking in the area. Communication with the host was fine

Attention to detail, in every respect. Valentina, the manager was exceptionally helpful, very professional and went beyond call of duty to take care of us and make our stay perfect

Why would I give a 5 star review to a hotel that cost more, at €80 per night if a four night stay, more than I paid for an apartment with a sea view, separate bedroom with king sized bed and sea views from the kitchen and the bedroom, a 30 minute walk from here in the Crna Gora mountains? There was also a little issue with my room door which took all my strength to shut and no response from maintenance...

Viktor by day and Ervin by night provided service that was beyond professional. And this is especially important to a person travelling on one's own while doing business

What does a sticky door matter in an apartment with full kitchen including oven, large living room, in a hotel with premier chef and the best service at any hotel in Budva, even better than Merit which is wonderful, however the personal care of the Crna Gorski staff at WoW will make you feel right at home

Also Jovanna, the elegantly beautiful blonde bar manager helped me sort out some issues several times with her excellent English and her personal attention. So, unreservedly, I give WoW 5 stars

Excellent overnight stay in a good location. Room was spacious and had a kitchen area which was quite a nice touch. Views on higher floors are better. Service was good and great breakfast offering

we have hot water not very hot and cigarettes smell in non smoking room on first floor, I guess it comes from bar / restaurant at floor 0, it is really difficult

Beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. To the sea - 8 minutes of leisurely walking in a straight line. The apartments are large, bright and spacious, furniture and appliances at a high level

Close to everything - bars, restaurants, beaches - a trip to Mogren Beach II is a must

Probably one of the most expensive hotels in the area, but you know exactly what you’re paying for: super clean new cozy stylish rooms overlooking marina, well protected from the street noise and commotion, great professional staff, nice breakfast included

On day 2 the weather was better and we saw a lot more of the city. If you want to see more of the area around the city a car will be needed. We did not have one and we could not travel easly outside of the city

We stayed at La Villa Boutique Hotel in Budva Old Town for five nights, and we really enjoyed our visit. We initially had trouble finding the hotel, as the instructions were a little vague

The best place to stay, wonderful view, rooms super cute and clean. The staff goes extra miles to help you, particularly Nadja (the receptionist) is amazing making you feel at home
