Across the street from the hotel is a wonderful sandy beach with sunbeds. Food prices in the restaurant opposite the hotel (on the beach) are not high

If you need something extra, you can get it at the reception. The room had a side view of the sea from a large balcony. The breakfast for a 4-star hotel could be richer. More precisely, the choice of dishes is modest

The hotel is situated in a quiet place, just in front of the beach. The place is peaceful, chilled, not fancy but simple and honest. My room had a beautiful view of the bay

Everything was very good: the room with a wonderful view of Kotor Bay, the beach, the restaurant on the beach, the staff.

The room was not big, but it had the necessary facilities (small fridge, kettle, TV, air conditioner and radiator). The bed and pillows are comfortable. It has toiletries and a hair dryer

The prices at this restaurant are higher than average. However, in return, you get friendlier and better service than elsewhere. The food matches the price and does not disappoint in any way

The meal i ate was probably one of the best I've ever tried. You can tell they pay attention to detail, both in how the food is prepared and how it's presented

Each floor has a bathroom with a shower. Each floor has a huge terrace with a simply stunning view! In the courtyard there is a swimming pool and a small garden with live turtles. You can barbecue in the garden

The sea is about 200 meters away, but it's an uphill walk from the sea, so be prepared

The staff is friendly and helpful. the location is easy to find if you follow Google Maps instructions. only problem is that it says mostly flat. Breath taking view from the pool

Villa is separated with the main house and a guest house. only problem with this place is that it needs reconstruction and an upgrade. And the Toilets are a bit too small

Pretty nice sea/city view. Casual continental breakfast. Receptionist was pretty annoyed when we arrived at 2 a.m. But it was pretty cool for the price.

I only gave this place three stars, because my entire family went sick of the egg, and it has huge problems with the eletricity and water. The food except the egg was pretty good, but the soup was always the same

The person at the service desk was very helpful and attentive! Breakfast was good, we were there at the end of summer season so we were almost alone in the Hotel

Nice place, good views over the ocean, good rooms, food good price-quality. Noise from the city until 1am, but that is a problem for all hotels around the city. Be aware it is in a medieval town, so no cars allowed.

Nice place with maybe the best view in Ulcinj. Stay at this hotel is a mix of history and romantic feeling. Hotel is not a 5 star hotel but the feeling you get walking around this special place is fantastic

Views and breakfast are legendary!!! They went out of their way to take care of us -- our 2 year old got sick while we were there and their concern and care was amazing. Wonderful people and place to stay

Starting from the little things, this hotel is one of the bests in Ulcinj. The views, the staff, the food, the accomodation and a lot of other services make this hotel a worth visiting one

There was a kitchenette in the room, but no appliances to cook or eat. This is not a problem as there are mant great restaurants close to the hotel. The location and view was fantastic!

Nice hotel with beach across the street. Rooms are clean and staff is very kind. We had a half board service, and food was really good, dinner especially. We had a free parking, so we did’nt use our car at all

She kindly upgraded me to a side sea view room with a balcony which was fantastic and had the comfiest bed I’ve slept in for a long time. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean

The beach is really close, which for Herceg Novi is quite an achievement -- it's pretty much a city of stairs :). We had a wonderful time and we are definitely coming back!

We loved everything about our stay! The ladies at the hotel were incredibly kind and welcoming, the room was really clean and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was amazing! The location is perfect, central enough that you can get everywhere walking, and also quiet enough at night to have a restful sleep

The view is worth a million, if you take a room for two with a balcony, the bay is super visible. Very nice service, a nice girl Maya is always ready to help. The room for two is cramped, there are some disadvantages

A nice baratságos csaladias 3 star staying at the best hotel directly on the beach. The owners speak English and Italian. The breakfast could be more varied, but the quantity is appropriate

Did not like that thermostat in room did not adjust temperature just made you think it was. With thermostat on temperature was too hot and could not be adjusted

Would have liked to know turning on instead of cooling room would heat it up. Visited in winter on warm day

Really nice, clean and comfortable room. Unfortunately there wasn't actual balcony as it was advertised but we only stay one night before flying back home so it wasn't a problem.

This place definitely exceeded our expectations. Apartments are super nice and clean, balconies big with nice view. To the beach there is only 3 mins walk, and also there is a private beach for hotel guests

A lovely hotel very clean and the rooftop terrace amazing! Check it out any time of day and you’ll get an amazing view. The beach access is good free sun beds and nice cafe on the water

I want to come back again and again

I was given instructions to leave my car in a neighbouring car space (which I was also directed to the day before) when a very rude manager came out and aggressively and disrespectfully yelled at me about leaving my car there

Property is very near the beach, which is very convenient for families with small children. Property is next to local seaman's mosque, which makes you fell like you are at home

Clean, private and the only negative was loud mosque just beside the building woke us up at 4.

I told him the young man in the office gave us directions to leave it there. He then questioned the young man who was witnessing the attack on us and out of obvious fear, he denied he had told us to park next door

The manager then accused me of being an arrogant tourist and a liar! Of course I did move the car as directed by the manager but was quite shocked by his rude and unjustified attack and outright disrespect

Overall my experience was very good and any requests were attended to quickly though it is very expensive compared to other locations in the same area. However, I will not stay there again

We had a great time at Hotel Lion, a family of five. Room cleanness, breakfast, pool, young, resourceful and dedicated staff… we will sure be back. Strongly recommended to stay and relax.

Be sure to ask for pool water temperature if you are staying in the suite with pool, for some it might be hot for some it might be cold so its best to ask upfront :) I hope we will have the chance to visit AM Palace again

An unforgettable stay at AM Palace. Beautiful ambience, friendly staff and especially Mrs. Enisa, delicious food and hygiene at the highest level. I would especially recommend rooms with their own pool to all hedonists.
