It does not have an elevator, but the third floor apartments are not too high considering the wonderful sea view that you can get for a reasonable price. It is very clean, with enough clean towels and bed sheets

The service I found always polite and kind. They treat you like you are part of family. The food is tasty and fresh, beach is 4 minutes away. But you have quite nice swimming pool at the hotel.

One of the best in Budva. Highlight is the pool which is open and warm all day, all night. Great breakfast and lovely staff also.

Wonderful family place with great food and a friendly staff. It is close to the beach Slovenska plaza in Budva, across the main road,but it is in a quiet street parallel with "Jadranska magistrala"

Hotel Aquamarin is a quiet family place. It has a cosy restaurant with a rich variety of meals, where they play pleasant italian music, and a semi-closed restaurant terrace surrounded with flowers

The vacation was excellent! A quiet and cozy apartment with a soft bed and a well-equipped kitchen. There are charging stations for cars. Highly recommend visiting.

Parking inside (garage) is available at 50 euro deposit for remote to open garage doors, otherwise you cannot open it - this was not communicated prior to our stay and during reservation, so you need to count on this cost at reservation; it will be returned at check-out

Great location, close to beach and tourist attractions both ways - Budva on one side and Sveti Stefan on the other. The apartment is new, modern, well equipped, comfortable beds

The private swimming pool was nice and wifi too, open network. I should note that the restaurant is not always buffet, as I understand it's based on the amount of guests

Fabulous hotel with great facilities. We really enjoyed our stay at the Franca Hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were gorgeous and spotlessly clean

The room was of a good size with a double bed, a single bed and a nice sized balcony with views of both the pool and the sea. The bathroom was clean and had a great shower. There was a safe and a minibar

The pool was lovely and pretty empty and quiet. Not right in the center of the city, close to a beach and park. A big Supermarket is 100 meters away. Walking into the center of Tivat takes about 10-15 minutes

While the hotel is new, rooms spacious and comfortable, the service leaves a lot to be desired. We didn't get clean towels for a few days. On the other hand, food is tasty, if not overly varied

Is it on purpose, so that new customers can't see the bad reviews? Let's start with the positives. A big plus are the receptionists. They are kind, polite, proactive and very professional

Then, after she left, I discovered that she still hadn't mopped the floor in the bathroom! I could not believe it! What do you need to do to have your room cleaned in this hotel? So I complained to the receptionist again, the floor was mopped

Until the end of my stay I made sure to keep the floor and the towels clean because I didn't want to go through the same hassle to get someone to do the cleaning

We stayed here just for one night to rest, and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff were trustworthy, kind, and always ready to help. Our room was spacious, warm, and spotless

The breakfast was also very good. A special thanks to the staff member working in the café area — he was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. We truly appreciated his warm conversation and kind attitude

We stayed for 2 nights and I would have to say it is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in

The spa area was also very well maintained and clean. For the indoor pool, there are special times for women and kids only, times for men and also times when both sexes can use the area at the same time

In the room there is enough space for suitcases and large storage options. You can also find a safe, little fridge, kettle, Coffee, Tea, sugar, spoons, cups, small shampoos and enough towels

The hotel has a great location on a hill, top rooms with sea view, everything was really very clean, great healthy breakfast with enough choice, great service (all our wishes were fulfilled)

The apartment was large, with a full modern kitchen, beautiful white Italian furniture and a wrap around balcony with full beach and mountain views. I can’t wait to come back next year!

We had a fantastic stay at Shine Residence in Bečići. Communication with the hosts was excellent, the apartment modern and spotless, and the location perfect and close to the beach

There are two pools one big and one small, for the kids. There's a basketball field also. Overall, a nice cheap hotel, with a market nearby, and isolated from the noises of the city

What a wonderful characteristic building from the 70ies, I appreciate it is still there and honored, room 231 view towards the sea and to see a magnificent sunset, man from reception so friendly, hotel right at the beach, breakfast good to get strength for the day

I’ve stayed at soo many hotels and places , but this was one of the nice ones. The staff very nice and smiling people We came early before check in they gave us the room even early that was very nice of them

Rooms are big and really clean and comfy, with all the things you need. The view from the balcony is amazing and relaxing

The restaurants food was nice maybe 2-5 euros more than local spots The breakfast was a nice spread

And the views amazing , you can’t see the sunset but can see a little bit And the beach just downstairs but it’s of rocks so hard to swim Plus it isn’t very far from budva old town , you could save some money and have amazing visws for the price

We visited the restaurant on the 15th floor of the hotel. It was incredibly delicious!!!!! The service is good. I recommend it for a romantic dinner or a special event. The view of night Budva is mesmerizing

Sometimes we had no electricity in the morning, but staff solved it very quickly, also sometimes we didn't have water around noon (we lived on the 5th floor), it was for a out an hour, which is kind of bothering

Location for the hotel was perfect for quiete winter holiday, relaxing place, meters away from the beautiful Sutomore beach. Very good quality breakfast and many choices of food

Outside tgere was very loud music from the restraunts until 1 am, but it's not a hotel fault, thier windows are quite soundproof, it's just the music was very loud

Old hotel, kept its authenticity, wonderful view

At the back of the hotel, there’s a hillside densely covered with trees, it’s not an area you can walk through or explore, but the view from inside the hotel is beautiful and calming, like looking out onto a quiet forest

This hotel was built in the 1960s, carries a vintage charm that gives it a unique character you don’t often find anymore. While it’s clearly aged, that’s part of what makes it so special

Hotel has an awesome swimming pool, one of the best looking small scale hotel pools that you can find in Becici so afternoon or evening swimming was a massive plus for us! Hotel parking is available just under the hotel ( limited spaces available) or in nearby caravan park where you can park your car in shade away from the sun

This hotel is a nice one with a pool and a good location. Though the road to the beach and beach boulevards is quite run-down at places, it is a short way

The only minuses were the breakfast and the sleeping quality with people making noises in the corridors and pool in the middle of the night (thank goodness not every night)

I was staying in that hotel for summer vacation in summer 2022. Hotel is pretty clean, rooms are spacios and facilities can be used, we had a room with view to the beach. Staff is young but really polite and profesional

Marina the landlord is very kind, we also understood each other with very poor language skills. I can only recommend to everyone. The beach is a bit far from the accommodation, but you can be there in 20 minutes

Breakfast is plentiful and all our wishes have been fulfilled. Thank you for a delicious farewell dinner. We will go back again as soon as we have the opportunity

Lovely hotel right next to the sea in beautiful Kotor Bay, rooms clean and bed super comfy. Pool area and pier loungers both clean and well appointed. Staff helpful and happy to help with any questions you have

The views are stunning, waking up in the morning and sitting with a coffee waiting for the sun to appear over the mountains and Kotor Bay was a delight! The hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful and willing to assist with taxis, restaurant bookings and local information, nothing was too much trouble

Capasanta is a beautiful seafood restaurant within easy walking distance of the hotel. We would really recommend Galion restaurant in Kotor which overlooks the Bay where you can choose your fresh fish

The hotel serves a delicious breakfast but nothing for lunch or dinner, this wasn’t a problem as we enjoyed going out to explore the bay and eating in different locations

At checkout, thanks to the airline missing my bag, the woman on reception suggested they deliver the bag to them and they would arrange to have it forwarded to the ship I was getting on or arrange for it to be collected

this is a wonderful hotel mainly because the staff are fantastic. m and the man at the desk was fast efficient and gave me a sandwich as my delayed plane meant I missed dinner! the room was clean and comfortable

Breakfast was fresh and there were many options. Again the man behind the counter offered a range of options to tempt me

There was no benefit in them providing this service other than pure kindness. Based on the treatment I received from the staff I would definitely visit Montenegro for a longer vacation

Big and modern rooms, everything clean and delicious breakfast. It is 4 star hotel and definitely deserves it. It is close to the Old town, just 10 minutes walking distance. There is huge supermarket few metres away

Location was right near the castle area, great food options right nearby, easy walk to the major bus station even with a heavy roller bag, room was very clean and spacious, bathroom was very nice

Some minor issues with room, washroom was a bit smelly as you have to keep vent working all the time when in the room, some lights off but other than this really minor things, amazing stay

The main issue is with Kotor itself, traffic is horrible, and the hotel is located at the main square, expect major delays anytime. As all traffic from everywhere must cross this square

Our little villa was very new, spotless, charmingly decorated and we loved sitting outside in the evening with a glass of Cerminiza wine! Our children loved the pool

Stayed for two nights but honestly wish it was longer! Host was welcoming and overall gave off a homely feel. Loved personal hot tub and shared pool was well kept
