​We recently stayed here and loved it. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean and ran by an extremely professional and helpful staff

Hotel should fine for these kind of reservations or take some other strict measures, otherwise, that’s not nice toward guests who actually want to swim and sunbath

The hotel is located in the charming town of Petrovac. It's an excellent hotel with friendly staff and wonderful food!

​Modern Accommodations & Room Tips ​The rooms feature contemporary decor, and the bathrooms are huge and modern, complete with a heated towel rack (perfect for drying swimwear)

We stayed during the low season, requested an upgrade, and were generously given a room on the 8th floor for free! ​Exploring Petrovac: Things to Do & See ​Petrovac is a charming small town - you can walk the entire length of the coast in about 10 minutes

​Heading North (Budva/Gardino): There is a bus stop right behind the hotel (opposite the supermarket). ​Heading South (Bar/Stari Bar): You can catch the pink bus from the station located directly in front of the hotel

Beautiful interiors, spacious modern bedroom, delicious breakfast, excellent facilities (gym, spa, pool table) and friendly staff

We had use of the facilities almost to ourselves and a complimentary room upgrade with views of the marina which was very kind. The hotel itself is certainly 5 stars and we had a peaceful and comfortable stay

They really enjoyed the pool and the cinema, and they felt very special thanks to the warm and thoughtful treatment they received as young guests. Overall, it was a great experience and we would happily return

Staff is very kind! We went for a drink and it was great as well as the sunset view. Inside of the hotel has very nice fruity scent and the toilet is very well equipped and arranged, so ladies can feel safe and prepared

Driving here is not for the faint-hearted, but a car is essential to explore nearby attractions such as Kotor, Perast, Budva old town, or Porto Montenegro for a bit evening atmosphere

Luckily there is a nice bakery and supermarket, both of which are reasonably priced. Overall if you want a peaceful break in pristine conditions and don’t mind being a bit isolated then this resort is ideal

If we had some requests those were immediately responded to🙏. The kids loved the pool too and the food was very good

The apartment was in fantastic condition and so clean. The communal small pool was beautifully maintained. The location and views perfect. The customer service is exceptional, best I’ve experienced anywhere.

Is only suggest more pillows and perhaps a mattress topper. But everything else was fantastic. The beaches and Restaurants were great. The semi private pool was crystal clear and so incredibly peaceful

The area has three private beaches (free bath towels provided), a small supermarket and several restaurants on the sea promenade, of which the best is the Spilja

This property was absolutely amazing. I would move in and live here if I could. The customer service team was top notch and so helpful the entire time. Absolutely beautiful place, views were stunning

Generally the lustica bay is stunning, quintessential to say the least but the staff where quiet helpful and helped upgrade us with ease to a two bedroom at the marina which is also stunning

Food in the pool bar is normal price with very good taste. Rated 4/5 because they are saying they have 3 saunas and jacuzzi but none of them were working at the time. The sea was dirty because of the port

Perfect hotel in Bar! I liked high level of services, great SPA and kids playground. I had a test with three kids and enjoyed it very much.

Nice pool area and the scenery was great, even the partial sea view from the room showed the sea and mountains! Lots of free parking around the hotel

I cannot compliment the staff enough. All were very friendly, and made the stay pleasant. Even recommendations on hidden gems, and local culture. For the cost, rooms were very nice

Some of the staff members were not enthusiastic in doing their jobs, but some were helpful. It would have been nice if they provided water bottles in the rooms. Expected better amenities for the price we paid

The breakfast here was so poor that I didn't eat much. Lots of children, but it didn't bother me because I was with my children. On the weekend, there was some noise in the room in the evenings

I didn't have the chance to sleep at Institute Igalo, however I interacted with the person at the reception in order to help me with some matters. I just wanted to say that I received great support and felt very welcomed

Marvelous! It's not enough to say the food is delicious, it's fan-tas-tic! They even prepare wonderful vegetarian and vegan meals. The staff is so willing to please

I haven't tried the massages and therapies, but, considering their tradition, they must be the same quality as the food

Grandioso brutalist architecture is somewhat a reminder of the former glory and wealth of the 80s socialist Yugoslavia. I had room on the 7th floor with beautiful views of the bay

Once marvelous complex,built approximately 40 years ago,still standing proud even though no investment or refurbishment has been done since it was built

Facilities: The hotel is pretty good, quite new Hygiene: Clean and tidy, the bedding is also good, and the overall sleeping quality is very good Environment: The location is not far from the mosque, the surrounding area is quite lively, basically there are food, drink and entertainment Service: The front desk is not particularly friendly, but the overall service is acceptable

The hotel is excellent and in the city centre. The hotel is clean and the rooms are large. There is a parking space for ten euros per night. The breakfast is also good. I will stay at this hotel next time I go there.

The bed and pillow are comfortable, which I think is the most important point in choosing a hotel. The breakfast is rich and has many choices. The front desk service is very professional and thoughtful

It is the best hotel in the capital Podgorica. The front desk is very polite and the English communication is smooth. There is an underground parking lot downstairs, where you can park for free

It becomes very hot when using the duvet, but too cold without it. I understand this may be for easier cleaning, but unfortunately it makes sleeping quite uncomfortable

Affordable, at very good location at Marina. Walk through the beach, you will find a lot of choices of restaurants. The staff was very courteous and helpful, inexpensive, affordably priced.

Everything was great – the hotel is comfortable, the spa is fantastic, and the location is excellent.

Great location, just a few minutes from Porto Montenegro, and an excellent terrace with magnificent views. The stay was slightly marred by construction noise from a neighboring building early in the morning.

The scenery is beautiful and the facilities are well maintained. The bathroom is also very good. However, there is a waterproof layer under the bedsheet, which makes the mattress not breathable

Excellent location in the heart of Budva. A tall, older gentleman with glasses who works there was incredibly kind and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable for a hotel in the city center. Highly recommended!❣️

The breakfast was fine, and the dining area was pleasant; we ate on the terrace overlooking the sea. The pool was also great and had a nice view. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Budva

The rooms were clean, but we were asked to pay an extra charge of 50 euros per night for an extra bed for our five-year-old son, which we found to be a very unusual policy

In the end, we decided against the extra bed, as the existing one was large enough for the three of us and there wasn't enough space in the room for another one

We stayed at Hotel Budva from the 27th June to 4th July. The hotel location is excellent for access to the beach front and old town

The housekeepers were nice, specially that my baby was sleeping a lot so cleaning the room wasn’t possible in the morning for us but they were coming to clean the room when we were going out which was very nice of them

The General Manager Marko Korac went out of his way to help us. I recommend this hotel highly for its excellent service, professionalism, location and above all kindness of its staff.

The only minus I will say is because of the elevators, the fact that they are a little bit old but they do their work. I really recommend it for business trips mostly but it works for families as well

The views are great, the video added is recorder from our balcony, from the restaurant upstairs you can see the best view

The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom I really like it because it had a bathtub and a shower

It's about an 8-minute walk from the bus terminal. It's a little outside the tourist center, but I didn't find it particularly inconvenient. It seems to be a major chain hotel, but the building looks old

The coffee machine could really use a clean tastes strange and they constantly lack small spoons for some reason. I think if you want a nice pool with nice room go for it but for dinners maybe drive to the center to eat

The room is well-equipped with a kitchen and everything around it. The water pressure is strong and the water is hot. The breakfast is excellent and varied, with a sea view

The cleaning staff didn't change our towls in one of the days, and all we got is a body towl and bathrobe - there is no towel to wipe your hands in the bathroom

The access road is narrow in some parts and requires extra caution. Free parking is available, and there are shuttles to the airport and to the city

Overall we enjoyed it but only for having nice views and sunsets and nice pool. The food quality needs improvement

The hotel is very new looking and equipped well. The gym is good due they have a problem with the treadmill (the only one they got) so if you are not 40 kilo, you can't run because it will shut down during the run

The following morning we opened the balcony door and heard baby bird noises coming from the swallows nest in the corner of our balcony. We tried not to disturb the parent as they swooped in to feed

The restaurant was very large and there was plenty of good hot food. There was also help yourself ice cream - lovely. There was wifi but it was unsecure

We arrived at this hotel for just one night and were put in room 329. Our room was very nice with a balcony

The hotel was on the beach and also there were three pools and one inside pool! We had the best meal of our two week holiday. Pasta with sauce, veal liver, beef mince, rice

The worst for me was that the hot and cold water in the showers of the main bedroom. It becomes hot and cold on its own. The location is good because it is just a good walking distance to the Old Town Budva

Absolutely perfect attentative staff. I have been laid up with flu (caught on aeroplane) even though, the vacation was not ruined, room service at a charge of 5euro. With the beautiful views, it was not a wasted vacation

The hotel does have a swimming pool and it was never overcrowded all the time we were there as well as a roof top bar and smaller pool

Sometimes a queue for coffee machine and needed to ask for knife and forks sometimes. Nice promenade to walk along at night time, few souvenir shops and loads of bars and restaurants. We went half board at the hotel

We enjoyed the hotel so much we didn’t go anywhere else, but I believe it’s easy to get a bus to Kotor or neighbouring towns along the coast. All in all lovely and relaxing break

Very good location 5 to 10 minute walk to centre but in a quiet location. Lovely rooms and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel

The rooms are a good size and very comfortable, though the pillows on our bed were wafer thin. We used the Gym and Wellness centre, a jacuzzi, sauna and pool. Breakfast was good though not extensive
