Wished we could stay longer.
Everything about this resort is amazing.
Located in a quiet area, far from the traffic and noise of downtown so you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay.
The rooms are spacious, fresh and well decorated
The brunch is quite varied
The rooftop has an ambiance I’m not sure I could find somewhere else. The music is excellent, the cocktails and the food as well.
The staff is extremely caring and professional.
The spa, excellent. Located underground with a heated swimming pool and expert masseuses.
Realized at the end why it’s call “Cesar” resort, because there you are treated with extreme care and you end up feeling like a king.

What a great experience! It was my husband's birthday. All the staff at the reception and the restaurant, thank you so much! The gentleman made my room with proper organization, flowers, decorations, and candles, smiling all the time. Thank you to all for your great service! So grateful.

While the hotel staff are courteous, professional, and welcoming, the overall experience falls short of expectations. The room conditions are below standard, lacking the level of comfort and maintenance one would anticipate, and the location is not particularly convenient or appealing. Despite the positive interactions with the staff, these shortcomings significantly impact the quality of the stay. As a result, I would not recommend this hotel.

We found everything Great !
The room was really cozy, the staff very kind and helpful. An amazing breakfast and a lovely hot swimming pool in the spa.
Not exactly central but taxi are cheap and is fast to get to the medina.

We had such a great stay at Hotel Cesar! The staff were wonderful, especially Imane and Mohssine. Imane was so professional and handled an issue with our room quickly and thoroughly. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. She was an absolute delight to be around.

Mohssine was equally fantastic, friendly, helpful, and made our son’s stay in Marrakesh truly special. Thanks to both of them for making our time at the hotel so enjoyable. Would definitely recommend Hotel Cesar.

This I far from a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was dry sprinrolls and a lot of sweets that nobody eats, this is the wurst breakfast I have ever experienced. They didn’t have enough cups or glasses, so the have to wash as they go. The have only 1 salt & pepper to the hole hotel. Maybe 10 glasses all together. When we arrived we have to pay turist tax a they said there machine don’t work to operate visa. 5 star hotel with no possibility to pay with card. It’s a joke. The terrace is one joke to it self . Stay away from this place

The hotel is very beautiful, with a warm pool inside and a delicious breakfast. However, I cannot trust the staff. They are condescending and do not keep their promises. Initially, they promised a free taxi to the airport, but later they offered a ride for 250 DH, while the inDrive app charges only 60 DH. Please read another’s comments(google review) they don’t lie.

Very beautiful hotel, good service level. Notwithstanding the level is not exactly at a 5 stars level. The room was at a very high level but the bathroom more like a 3 stars then 5. Then the worst part was the SPA, I never saw a 5 stars SPA without sauna or hammam. The hammam was intact "busy", I don't even know how possible to present a SPA with an hammam not available for everybody. At the end there was just a pretty pool, with an extreme quantity of chlore (impossible stay more then 10 minuts) and with walls ruined by humidity and mushrooms. I strongly unsuggest this hotel if the SPA is part of your needs

Have a wonderful long weekend here, everything great. Weather was fabulous, we were very lucky and a balloon trip over the Atlas Mountains was incredible. All the staff were excellent and professional, though special mention but go to Oumalma,Mohcine and Taha who were wonderful. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, would totally recommend. We will be back!!!

It has a nice ambience and pleasant staff, The massage and pool are really nice. I stayed in room 11 and during my stay the light went off multiple times from the first day and I complained about it and they got someone to fix it. This happened multiple times over 3 days, and i got tired and attempted to leave, however they could not refund due to the fact that I booked the place online. The WiFi is also very slow ranging from 2.6mbps to about 25mbps (on a very good day). Also complained about the internet to the staff and they stated that their technician was working on it, still didn’t improve. Honestly a nice place but not worth the money and experience. If you pay so much for an expensive you should get your money’s worth in my opinion.
