We loved this place. A quiet area with an old fashioned quirky feel about it. Excellent food and all of the staff were great especially the girls in the restaurant and Youssef at Reception. Yousseff went out of his way to help us by arranging early and late meals and helping us with bookings and the printing of boarding passes. Hotel Nassim is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the front-of-house staff were absolutely fantastic—friendly, helpful, and professional.

Conveniently located, easy accesible and in near vicinity all possible options - restaurants, banks, shopping centres. About 40 min walk from Medina. The worst hotel visited in the recent tour of Morocco. The carpet in the room was stain end most of the TV channels were really grainy, unwatchable. I will start my review by highlighting the positives; perfect location and my room was so huge and the cleaner came in everyday for the house keeping but, the hotel has no lift and the Tv didn't work. The breakfast was below average and dinner was pricy. The staff was very helpful.

Water flow from showers basically unusable, 60min to fill bath 20%. On top floor people on roof at night can clearly be loudly heard. Far better value for money can be found elsewhere (on tour so no choice)

The hotel is beautiful, central and spacious. As others said the only letdown is the breakfast. For people with difficulty sleeping the rooms facing the street can be loud (even with double pane windows) The pool "exists" but it's tiny, dirty and not in use

We stayed in this Riad at the start of our holiday. It is well placed and you can walk to the centre where the souks are. The Riad is traditional with old furnishings. I booked a family room at Riad Karmela and they sent me to riad Karmela princess instead which is their sister property across the alleyway. They didn’t explain why and it was out last day in Marrakesh so we didn’t have time to deal with it and accepted the room. Villa des 3 golfs is an incredible place to stay in Marrakech: very clean rooms, wide activities offer (e.g., tennis, pool, ...), quite surroundings and a professional staff always at your service. The location is only 15 minutes from the city center however ensuring a relaxing atmosphere after a full day in the suk. Looking forward coming back soon!

This place was amazing much better than any expectation! Lhousseine was the best host, he helped us with everything. We visited the Villa 3 times during Morocco tours and were always well received. Quiet relaxing hotel away from noisy hot Marrakesh, with quick access by car to the city and the airport. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious. Rooms and terrace have beautiful views.

This was our first stop in our first trip to Morocco and oh la la this started strong. Everything about this Riad was perfect Location, host, food, room, view, scent when you come in You have to go there!

The Riad was under construction when I stayed . Quite noisy and I couldn’t use the terrace. The room’s quite small and very simple , very few decoration and art. No facilities on the day I arrived . I, at first, thought that all the RIADs in Morrocco like that, but they’re not 😅 The owner and staffs are very friendly as most of the owners in Morrocco.

Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Room was also very clean, with excellent A/C. Great breakfasts. It's a little hard to locate the entrance at first (there's only a tiny street sign on the corner which is impossible to see at night and the actual front door is unmarked) but once you figure it out once, it's easy to navigate.

Such a lovely experience. The Riad is beautifully designed, the staff are welcoming and friendly and the whole ambiance is delightful. The location and having breakfast at the rooftop table was very amazing. We could walk around all day visiting the popular attractions. But Google.map.was not so helpful in routing as much as in the capital Urban areas cause the old city is just complex.

What a delightful little gem hidden in Marrakech. Ignore the weird streets to get there and go, since by entering you leave all the chaos of the city behind for such a nice stay experience. I wanna mention Zacarias who went beyond his way, made us breakfast early so we could get our tour, very helpful with everything and such a lovely guy. I recommend this place for sure.

Didn’t know much about the Riad’s in Morocco but after the stay I understood the culture more. I only stayed one night but wish I stayed longer. Nice, quiet and friendly riad. Well located once you get your bearings of the city. The breakfast and the shared space exceeded my expectations. Will be recommending to anyone I know coming to Marrakesh and would stay there again.
