Hotel Nassim in Marrakech

I requested to book this hotel while I was staying in Casablanca and my next destination was to be marrakech on my journey. I noticed in my email confirmation that was sent the incorrect dates were reserved via the booking app I immediately contacted the hotel the reception answered and because I didnt speak the language they hung up on me. I tried to call them back and have the current hotel that i am staying at speak to them and explain that I wasnt even in marrakech and the incorrect dates are/ have been booked and I need to change them to the correct dates as im not even in the city!they've charged my credit card the full amount immediately. They told us to contact them via the app or send an email and hung up. I sent them multiple emails via the app I sent them multiple emails via their website I tried to contact them numerous times via phone when I reached casablanca the hotel management there even tried to call them and speak to the front desk at nassim hotel they spoke to the manger on duty and the spoke to the booking reception-they just gave us the run around no one was of assistance nor did anyone try to be. It is now november 4 this booking was back in october 2025 no one has connected with me or replied to any email etc they just literally stole my money. I did everything in my power and knowledge that i could to reach out. I never had the opportunity to even stay at this hotel, its poor communication unethical business practice and a waste of time and complete unprofessionalism. I recommend staying elsewhere- this wasnt even my error its the hotels booking platform used to reserve a room.

Maybe I have over expectations towards 4-star hotels generally, compared with other 4-star hotel in Tangier, definitely not knowing how they have the stars.

Perhaps they are classic, I stayed 3 nights with them (2 nights double room, 1 night suite), my wife commented “the most trapped accommodation in our trip”

Except they have lifts, classical hairdryer, bathtub and spacious room, there was no fridge for double room, no cup sets for both rooms, LCD screen televisions for both rooms (definitely not able for Netflix as mentioned in suite at Agoda).
We found a broken lamp in our double room and reception reply was “it’s a decor” which made the room too dim and the toilet seat was unable to stand, I had to hold it to pee(?!) And once I bought takeaway for dinner and supplies from supermarket, receptionist warned me and said they got room services, I would like to say, I didn’t even seen a hotline note to reception and a menu of room services in either room.

But they have a quite convenient location. Definitely similar price could consider better ones than this for the young generation tourists!

Awful place. We were moved here on arrival as our originally booked hotel was overbooked ! The best thing about this hotel is the security guard on the door. The rest leave a lot to be desired. Rude staff, dirty restaurant with grim food and an awful room. The room was in dire need of a refurb, although we didn't expect the same quality as the UK in any way, shape or form, we also didn't expect broken tables, plug sockets and warm air con. The window was a sliding glass sheet and there was a door leading to the nextdoor room in the wall which we had to lock. The toilet seat was wonky and slipped every time we used it. The carpets has cigarette burns and stains and the pillows were lumpy and old and smelled a little musty. Breakfast was a joke. Dirty table cloths, miserable staff and grim food. The only saving grace was the Chesterfield Pub attached to the hotel which was a little gem with lovely local beers but don't sit inside or you'll choke on the cigarette smoke! It totally spoiled our holiday being put here and the evening receptionist didn't care one jot and was more concerned about swaggering about in his tight suit with his slicked back hair.

The waiters are extremely rude and watch you eat your breakfast. You feel like you’re a nuisance to them and hurry you out by taking away plates and cutlery when you’re still eating at the table. They treat guests differently too, one guest ordered a omelette which was served. I too ordered but was laughed in my face and the waiters were speaking in their language about me. The other guest was white French lady speaking Arabic/morrocan and I am south Asian, could that be why? I felt humiliated and Embarrassed.

My name is Chrissy. I was staying at the Nassim Hotel in Marrakech with my boyfriend. We had a very unpleasant experience at the hotel. We made our reservation through the "Love Holidays" website. The room we were given is nothing like the one in the pictures. It is not clean at all. Additionally, the website stated that we would have access to all the facilities, such as the sauna, Turkish bath, gym, spa, beauty salon,massage and more. However, none of these facilities are in the hotel, they are all OUTSIDE, and you have to PAY for them, even though it was stated that they were included. Our first dinner was awful, although the breakfast was okay. We are extremely disappointed with the service and I want Love Holidays to give us a full refund.

It's a shame about the hotel, more or less, but they charged us fees of 60 euros for 2 days, which they invented. My girlfriend didn't know how to speak English and she thought they would return the money but that wasn't the case. A total scam. The hotel is not bad, but in the end I was disappointed
