This hotel was relatively nice, however we left a pair of shorts in our room, and called a day later to see if they had found them and if we could come pick them up. They told us that they do not have a lost and found and that if their housekeepers find any left items, they usually just keep them, which is extremely odd.

This hotel is perfectly situated, close to the malls and also the famous Jema El Fina square. There is also taxis readily available at reasonable prices. The amenities were slightly lacking as only a shampoo was provided where usually there is soap, conditioner and a body wash. Over all and excellent stay and will be booking again very soon.

I took my team to the Riad for two nights to show them the amazing vibrance of the region. As it was their first experience of a riad they were taken aback as to how beautiful, relaxing and hospitable it was. It is very difficult to get to. Every time you return to the riad after an excursion you have to spend a lot of time. Breakfast is light, they bring it themselves (that is, there is no buffet).

I am travelling alone, and only booked this riad because it was right beside where my friends are staying. I only found out when I arrive that it is a 4-5mins walk from the actual address stated on trip.com. Which was very misleading and they should update the correct address...
