Beautiful hotel, friendly and kind staff and a relaxing time. This was my third time coming back and I can’t recommend the place more. The food is nice they really do cater for everyone and you will never go hungry. The pools are nice and clean both inside and outside ones. Daily actives are fun and the staff never really not let you to have a good time . The rooms are clean and decent.
They are currently...
Really depends on what you’re looking for in a holiday. The rooms are basic but the room clean was done daily and you get fresh towels each day. There’s was work going on to update the rooms though so I’m sure they’ll be ready for summer season and much better and modernised.
There was no kettle provided and I had a baby with me who needed boiled water for bottles - we had to put a cash deposit to...
About a 20 minute drive from the airport (we paid £25 return for 6 ppl in a taxi). Set in beautiful grounds, with olive and orange trees and views of the Atlas mountains. There's an adult only pool at the far end of the site next to the spa.
Rooms are spacious, set out across 20 riads with small fountains. Aircon worked well, both cold and hot for the odd chilly night. Rooms serviced daily and bottled...
On the whole reasonable value for money. Reception: staff not very friendly, often gave off an air of indifference. Rooms: clean and cleaning staff pleasant; bed very spacious and comfortable; good shower plenty of hot waterproblems with air conditioning/heater - difficult to manage, room often chilly. Food: plenty of variety but usually not very hot, not helped by really cold plates. Bar staff: really...
Do you like your room to be like brand new?
Do you only like to eat western style food when abroad?
Do you want reception staff to greet you like long lost friends?
Do you want speedy WiFi anywhere on site?
If you said yes to any of these questions then this is not the hotel for you
Yes, our room decor was tired but it was spotlessly clean, beds were firm but comfortable.

Hair dryer was not provided even after asking at the reception. There is bit of problem with some staff to communicate in English.
Location is in new city so may need to take taxi if you want to go to medina.
Could have maintained the bathroom cleaner not saying it is really dirty just could have maintained better.
Swimming pool is nice but could have heated water when it is cold.
Staff are nice...
The hotel’s location is excellent as it is walking distance to most of the tourist attractions in Marrakech. Has a huge swimming pool where you can enjoy and relax. However, service is very very poor. On the night that I arrived I requested a slippers by calling the reception, as there were no slippers in the room, but none came. Again the next day I requested again at the front desk and the staff...
This hotel was relatively nice, however we left a pair of shorts in our room, and called a day later to see if they had found them and if we could come pick them up. They told us that they do not have a lost and found and that if their housekeepers find any left items, they usually just keep them, which is extremely odd.
I had a good stay here - the room was clean and comfy, and the location was good to get around easily
We had a wonderful experience at the Novotel. The receptionist Aicha did an excellent job with check-in and restaurant recommendations. She was very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is very nice, clean, and modern. It is near great restaurants and sightseeing. I highly recommend!
My stay was very comfortable and relaxing. The room was clean and spacious, and room service was delivered promptly.
The staff truly are the cherry on top, and I congratulate you on your excellent recruitment. I interacted with Aïcha at the reception—beautiful inside and out, wearing a warm, tireless smile, and handling small talk with great finesse.
I don’t remember the name of the other staff member...

Marrakech, Avenue Hommane Al Fetouaki (in the centre) 🧭 Map
This hotel is perfectly situated, close to the malls and also the famous Jema El Fina square. There is also taxis readily available at reasonable prices. The amenities were slightly lacking as only a shampoo was provided where usually there is soap, conditioner and a body wash. Over all and excellent stay and will be booking again very soon.
Outdated hotel that needs a refurbished. Location is superb
The room was small and the facilities were outdated. The front desk staff's attitude was so-so, and breakfast was truly disappointing.
Love location and quiet for sleeping. Swimming pool and garden was lovely. Bit old but we didn't care much of it. Very friendly staff who gave us an assistance for fixing our day tour from other company.
The state of the bathroom and colour of the tap water were foul. No amenities beyond 2 small bars of cheap soap. Pillows were rock hard and breakfast is best avoided should you not fancy a tour of Marrakech’s public toilets!
Very good value and suitable for Business people, Families, tourists.
Simple but very good breakfast.
Smoking allowed in lobby, by pool, and on balconies of some rooms.
Taxis available nearby [150m walk]

We had a lovely persinalised welcome. They put rose petals in the bed with written happy birthday. It was so thoughtful. weldone
Staff are very nice, thoughtful, and helpful. Hotel is in the medina, extremely convenient.
The staff was very friendly and the spa was amazing. :)
Good stay but not a traditional riad
Not a traditional Riad but didn’t take away from how good the location was. Bed was hard which I enjoyed, but my partner did not. AC was ice cold. Room was clean and staff would change bed sheets and towels every day. Restaurant upstairs is OK and expensive - you’re better off going elsewhere. Spa was fine.
Pool just for decoration, nice hotel structure, bathroom smells musty and is unpleasant, the price is quite high for what is offered, we were fortunate enough to stay in 4 hotels and this was the most expensive and the one we honestly liked the least The breakfast was good, and the receptionists were friendly, but I wouldn't book it again. For service price
The riad was great! It was my first time, but I was able to see the city of Marrakech in Morocco and it was fun!

Very good hotel, better than staying in riad
Nothing to complain , staff was good, food was really nice. Overall its a good stay.
We stayed at the hotel and even extended our stay. The hotel is good, with an excellent breakfast! Our room was an upgraded category. Everything is new, just renovated. The room size is large and has a balcony. There's a refrigerator in the room. One of the advantages is the pool. We recommend it.
Nice hotel, well-located, even if it's a bit old-fashioned. The breakfast and restaurant are good quality. Special mention for the spa, which is really great and pleasant.
I had a fantastic four‑night stay while in town for Marrakech half marathon. The service from the staff stood out — everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. It made the whole experience feel smooth. The hotel is conveniently close to several restaurants and bakeries, which made grabbing meals and snacks incredibly easy, especially on busy race days. Beautiful place . Me and my wife enjoyed every second of staying there.
At la maisonette des Olivier we felt relaxed all the staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very nice even though we had lots of bees joining us at the table , apart from that everything was nice.
I recommend to everyone.
The property is very well maintained. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and well maintained gardens too. I shall add that the staff are very nice, obliging and the property is clean. The one and only downside is that on the same street there is an open rubbish dump. This is not hygienic and one could smell the rubbish from the pavement too. Other than that the hotel is a great place to stay in. I...
Everything was perfect. The room, the bathroom, the garden, foods, vine and waiters were perfect.
This is actually a really great hotel. It's far enough out of the centre to have reasonable air quality (a major problem in central areas of Marrakesh), although this means you need a car/taxi to get into town. Lovely, tranquil landscaped setting. The pool was warm enough for a pleasant swim at the start of December.
Food in the restaurant is really good. Good breakfast, too. Pleasant, friendly staff...
Pros: Excellent pool area and sun loungers, feels like a private retreat as it’s usually quite quiet! The grounds are beautiful! Full of birds singing and the traditional riads were pleasing on the eye. The waiting staff are fantastic and made us feel very welcomed (Mohammed and Abdul Latif!). Stayed here 3 nights, hotel room great with funky ambiance in rooms. Nice large bathroom, double sinks and big shower. Room had large sitting area and small balcony but lighting was a bit dim. I was on business so only stayed 2 nights but was upgraded to the Executive Suite. Massive room with a HUGE bathroom, very clean and comfortable. Had dinner one night in the hotel itself, dining room is quite elegant and there was a DJ playing. Breakfast was very good.
We stayed at Bab Hotel for four days and had a fantastic experience. The breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of traditional Moroccan dishes that were a perfect start to the day. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean, with a sleek design that we really appreciated. One of the best parts is the rooftop, where you can spend the whole day. It’s a great spot for lunch, sunset drinks, and...
Nice staff, quality look to the hotel throughout. Smart deluxe room with decent size bed and bathroom. Nice bar and restaurant area. A small paddle pool with roof that is covered and can be opened in summer also near restaurant. A small shop and masseuse services too. In useful location for restaurants, bars and shops. Walkable 30 mins plus to some tourist sites. Minor downside was the noise at times...
Warm and welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast spread. Spacious room. Close to the airport. Manager Jihane and staff is extremely helpful. The staff members speak English so Jihane was able to identify ingredients and we were able to eat Jain food.
Hello, it is our first time in Morocco and we love ver Marrakesh. Our stay in Bab Hotel was very comfortable, and I would like to especially say that Ouma was very helpful and gracious to us. I took my team to the Riad for two nights to show them the amazing vibrance of the region. As it was their first experience of a riad they were taken aback as to how beautiful, relaxing and hospitable it was. We were also told by a long standing local friend that the restaurant was one of the best in Marrakesh and it certainly was. We look forward to staying again soon.
Location was perfect. The staff took care of us in a perfect way. The rooms are very comfortable, cleaned. The atmosphere was incredibil
I can only give this hotel 5 stars on TripAdvisor but it deserves many more! Even though advertised as a four star, the service is five star plus. Really good hotel room is nice and big. Lobby and roof is amazing provides an amazing view of the mountains and the mosque. Gave us a welcome drink and cookies too which were both lovely. Conveniently located near the main square and the souks.
The hotel's location is very convenient, and the environment has a distinct local feel. On my first night, before even arriving at the hotel, I discovered my backpack had been left in a taxi with an unknown license plate number. All my documents were inside...

Not far from the parking lot, just a bit deep within an alleyway.
This raid hotel is beautiful landscape, the reception ladies are lovely and helpful. But one of the bar restaurant staff seems only like to talk with Arab or French speaking customers. An amazing stay! The decor was beautiful. The staff were very welcoming, and the welcome tea was delicious! They gave us clear explanations about the local attractions. When we had to leave early the next morning, they even packed some fruit for us to take on our journey!

Stunning colorful traditional decorations, beautiful Riad. We stay only one night and checked in around 9:30pm, staff are nice, room is warm. We booked family suite, the smaller bedroom with 2 twin beds, no other space.
Toilet and shower no ventilation fan, I guess this maybe due to the limit of old house structures. Overall, this is good experience to try local Riad.
This is the best Riad we've ever stayed at. We originally planned to stay in Mansur or LM, but due to time constraints and only one night available, we opted for a Riad instead. We didn't have high expectations, but we absolutely loved it; every detail was impeccable. For example, when we couldn't find our way to the old city, a hotel staff member drove out on a motorcycle to show us the way and even...
It is very difficult to get to. Every time you return to the riad after an excursion you have to spend a lot of time. Breakfast is light, they bring it themselves (that is, there is no buffet).
The location is good, the room is large, the bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is also rich. The downside is that the shower faucet seems to be leaking, the water is very small, the sink faucet is not very convenient to use, and the lighting in the room is dim.
All the staff here are amazing and have great hospitality! Location is great for shopping and walkable to many areas. It can be a little difficult for grabbing a taxi with luggage but if you communicate with the staff they will help you arrange transportation.

Marrakech, 31, derb Sbaia, Kasbah Medina (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It was my first time in Morocco, and my first time staying in a riad. The price was reasonable, and the hospitality was excellent!
The place had a small number of rooms, a simple interior, and a relaxing, homey atmosphere.
The staff greeted me when I got out of the taxi, took me to an ATM when I asked them to, helped me book tours, and were extremely helpful. Dinner and breakfast were also delicious...
Beautiful hotel and fantastic service!
Place is nice and clean, staff was also very helpful.

The area is also very nice and walkable...

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The location couldn’t have been better close to everything yet still quiet and relaxing, making it the perfect spot for both exploring and unwinding.
The amenities exceeded my expectations: modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were...
