I have been to Marrakech so many times but this place really was outstanding. Staying in the annex with the pool that we had to ourselves nearly the entire time was the icing on top! From arranging with the lovely owners to the ladies in the kitchen but most impressive was Mouhcine! the decor is lovely and modern moroccan/boho. the sink and vanity in the entry way was a unique and welcome touch!

The Riad Ayni is a lovely hideaway very close to the heart of the Marrakech Medina. The team at the riad is so welcoming, extremely helpful and very nice. The rooms are very clean and modern, the AC works well and the roof top terrace with a small pool is very nice. The location just outside of the medina makes the riad a perfect place for exploring the Red City. Finding the place is a bit tricky...

the hotel was great in price / performance. The only thing I can complain about is that people do not get to the hotel with the key to the front door during their stay. it is necessary to constantly ring and the bedding on the sofas on the roof did not come to me clean.

Hi, me & partner stayed here at hotel riad ayni, staff were great, food lovely, room fab, roof terrace & pool fab, my only downside is the steps on outside/inside the pool & main step to the pool they were open needs coverage so you don't fall through for me especially. I would definitely give this hotel a thumbs up 🙂

This is a lovely traditional Riad. The rooms were authentic but still comfortable and modern and very clean. The rooms face the courtyard where we had breakfast each morning. Lovely riad with excellent service, helpful staff and beautiful accomodations. I enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop, with sunshine, and was close to excellent restaurants. I felt very safe walking around at night.

This riad was so cute and so very private. Only 6 rooms in the riad and breakfast is served whenever you want till 11am on the terrace or downstairs. Lovely comfortable riad. Very well located within easy walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go but also just around the corner from a road where taxi could drop us off. They were very helpful, organised a taxi from the airport and cooked dinner for us on our first night which was excellent!

Friendly service, great communication prior to our stay, fantastic homemade breakfast and dinner, great location. The staff also set us up with a couple tours -- including an early morning balloon ride -- ensuring we were picked up at the correct location. The room was simple but comfortable.
