Staff were amazing. Very helpful and proactive. The hotel room we had was awful. It was tatty and lacked any atmosphere. The hotel was extremely noisy, it was like living in a drum. I cant understand when we had paid well over the odds for the room that we only had 2 bottles of water the first day and no water in the room after that. We stayed 4 nights and I would have expected the room to have been...
Spent 4 nights and had a wonderful time here. Staff really lovely and couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. We used the hotel service to pick up and drop off from the airport, which I would recommend as Dar would be difficult to find otherwise. We ate in one of their restaurant one evening which again was wonderful, with the most amazing 17th century architecture. I would highly recommended staying...
We loved our stay at Dar Baraka, a lovely riad in a perfect location in the Medina. Staff is amazing, so hospitable and helpful. Rooms are lovely and very comfortable. An amazing trip to Marrakech, made all the better by our stay at Dar Baraka!
The property is in a perfect location, which made getting around very convenient and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering good recommendations during our stay, which we really appreciated. That said, the property didn’t quite live up to the images advertised and felt less impressive in person. The immediate area when approaching the property felt a bit dodgy and didn’t feel particularly...
There's a great rooftop terrace where breakfast is served.

My family opted to stay in this Riad after seeing it recommended in a travel guide. This was a wise choice as the Riad was beautiful with really welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. We were lucky to stay in the Royal suite which was spacious, had every mod con (including a coffee machine which is hugely important for me!) and felt opulent. Walking a short distance from the roadside square to reach...
clean room, friendly staff, close location to main attractions, nice breakfast
Meticulously renovated riad with lovely, caring staff and a fantastic chef. Be sure to book dinner for your first night.
I just returned from a wonderful 15 day adventure in Morocco. All of our riads were fabulous, but I have to give a special shout out to Riad Azoulay in Marrakech. We arrived as tourists and left as friends. The two of us took a cooking class on our last evening and they asked what recipe we wanted to learn (it was chicken with preserved lemon and olives). The class also included a fun visit that morning...
I can’t rate this riad and the staff highly enough. It’s the best place I have ever stayed. They organised an airport transfer for me and my family. They were there waiting for us when we arrived and we were taken in a lovely clean new people carrier to our destination. You are unable to drive to directly outside the riad so they had one of their staff waiting for us to take us to the riad which was...
Beautiful, boutique riad in the siuthern part of the Marrakech medina. In the heart of the old jewish area and the mellah spice markets and palaces. Only 10 minute walk to the main square. Smallish, but light and airy rooms. Lovely traditional Morrocan breakfast with breads, honey, jam, yoghurt, tea, coffee, juice etc. The roof terrace is peaceful, private and sundrenched. The service is very good...

Very nice hotel, with extremely friendly staff, nice rooftop and tasty breakfast. I can recommed you get in touch with the hotel before travelling by car as Google Maps will not be of help for parking nor getting to the hotel. With the help of Samir we parked our car at the parking at Rue Riad Zitoun el Jdid (North of the entrance to Bahia Palace), for cars this street is a dead end as it turns into...
Beautiful little riad, lovely friendly staff and the best mint tea I had whilst in Marrakesh! If you are looking for a 5 star hotel with all the bells and whistles don’t book, but if you want to be in the heart of Marrakesh and really feel where you are this is perfect! The breakfasts were traditional and lovely! The cooking class we had with the chef was great! A lovely place that is truly charming...
A little gem! Lovely Riad wonderful helpful staff and fantastically situated in easy walking distance of most things! Finding it the first time is a little challenge but once found finding it again is fine. Breakfasts were traditional and lovely! I will be returning.
We had a wonderful stay at Riad Swaka and were warmly welcomed by Mohamed when we arrived. The riad itself is beautiful – our room was clean, cozy, and always well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is perfect: right in the heart of the old Medina, just next to the impressive Ben Youssef Palace. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the atmosphere around the pool was peaceful and...

Riad Amya & Spa is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Marrakech. The hotel itself is beautifully styled, and the team go above and beyond to create a warm, friendly, and attentive atmosphere. Although the rooms are relatively compact, they are thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. Breakfast is fresh and satisfying—an ideal way to begin the day. My wife also enjoyed the full spa experience...
Wow… what a perfect find! This riad, set on the southwest perimeter of the medina, turned out to be an absolute gem. I was initially a little sceptical about the location, as it seemed a bit removed from the main square but fear not! It’s a beautiful 15–20 minute walk into the heart of the medina, and the quiet neighbourhood is a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle. The riad itself is very well...
Our third stay at Riad Amya and Spa and we are still as won over as ever. The entire staff (manager, reception, maintenance and kitchen) is truly perfect and quietly remembers our little habits, it's touching. Once again, in this very clean Riad, tastefully decorated and very well maintained, we had the pleasant feeling of being at home. Thanks also to Sandrine for the direct booking. See you next...
This Riad is beautiful. Well maintained. Conveniently located 10-15 mins to all the major tourist spots. The staff service is excellent. Shout out to Slimane that man is such a hard worker. He is approachable and has outstanding customer service. He is a people person. Our stay was incredible. Thanks to the incredible team.
The Riad is conveniently located near the airport and all the tourist spots. Its about 10-15 min away from all the major tourist spots. I like the location of it. Easily accessible by cab unlike the ones near the Souks where u need to walk in a maze b4 getting to the main st for cabs. The host Mr. Slimane is the BEST. Absolutely amazing!!! Staff are wonderful, breakfast insane (freshly done and different every day) and the Riad is beautiful. Perfect!
We stayed at Riad Bab 54 for four nights in November. The riad is very clean, and the breakfasts are divine. They prepare freshly squeezed juice, freshly cut fruit, fresh eggs, and pancakes that are divine. The traditional Moroccan coffee served with breakfast is also excellent. Breakfast is served on the roof, which means it's cold at the end of November. Breakfast doesn't start until 8:30 a.m. at...
Amazing stay. Staff were lovely and the riad was very pretty.
Fabulous Riad in heart of the souk yet very cool and peaceful, especially after a hard morning haggling! Staff are all wonderful, kind and helpful and so polite. The staff was SUPERB, so kind and attentive. Even saved us when we got lost. My only negative is the location, which is nobody’s fault. But definitely be weary when walking back late at night - can be difficult to find on google maps so make sure you find the right location.
Stayed as a family of four for 3 nights. Loved the room and the Riad was a real haven from the hustle and bustle of the medina. Brilliant location as just able to walk out to all the souks and further around the medina. Had some sick family members and staff were friendly and accommodating with this. The rooms and the total atmosphere was just great. The breakfast was very nice and the staff just gorgeous and privided the best service you can ever expect.
This was a very nice hotel, excellent location and staff were very helpful and polite. Located close to suks, walking distance.

We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Fleur d’Orient! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, giving us tips and recommendations for our stay. The breakfast each morning on the rooftop was wonderful, with coffee, juice, bread, eggs, pastries and more. The location is wonderful and peaceful, yet we were just minutes away from the hustle and bustle. Couldn’t recommend this Riad more!
Getting to the hotel through the dirty alleys with cat poop was not nice. The distance from the main transport was far, we had concerns about safety but it turned out to be quite safe. The staff were very helpful, courteous, and willing to do what was necessary to make our stay a pleasurable one.

Beautiful Riad, perfectly located for exploring Marrakech Medina. They arranged transport to and from the airport included in our stay and kindly agreed to change our room when we mentioned that the bathroom drains in our first room smelt bad and made the entire room smell. This was our first trip to Morocco and it didn’t disappoint. The Riad 58 Blu is a charming Riad in the Medina, perfectly placed for access to all the attractions. The hotel is supposed to be 4 stars, I would like to know who decided it, what was looked at to give it 4 stars. I have never been to a hotel that doesn't offer a bottle of water free. Couldn’t have been happier with our Riad. They were warm and welcoming and made sure to take care of us when we had to get up early that would have missed the terrific breakfast buffet.
Our experience there was wonderful; they were very attentive to our needs. We had a fabulous breakfast in an orange grove, and the hammam and massage services were absolutely gorgeous. We recomand this place. The rooms was very beautiful in the arabic style. This riad is located in the heart of Medina, but înșine is silence and it has a google vibes.
What an amazing place!!! The staff were the best ever- nothing to much trouble and went out of their way to make our holiday. The Riad has just changed ownership so some amenities were not available but it didnt matter. Would love to go back!
I travelled to Marrakesh with another female friend and arrived late in the evening; the Riad is located in the old town and due to the narrow roads our driver could not drop us off in front of the Riad so we were met by a staff member on our arrival at the closest drop of point. As a family we had an exceptional 3 days. Children loved the swimming pool and their rooms were outstanding, staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was most attractively decorated and very comfortable. Food was very tasty, beautifully presented and overall atmosphere was very homely.
We took the whole 4 bedroom Riad, even though there were only 4 of us. Still great value. We got a cab from the airport and were dropped off a short walk from the Riad (through the busiest and craziest little alleyways - but it all added to the experience!) Beautiful and tranquille. Hidden gem in the middle of the Medina. We were welcomed into their beautiful courtyard and were served mint tea and biscuits while we checked in. We could not recommend this Riad more. Omar was the most welcoming host and was so helpful. It really made a big difference to our stay, making us feel really safe and really comfortable. Nothing seemed too much to ask and our experience really would not have been the same without Omar. The property is really well located, within walking distance to the main square. The food and rooms were lovely and...

Amazing riad tucked away in the old medina of Marrakech. Ideally located, it lets you experience authentic medina life while still being just a 10-minute walk from the more touristy areas (so evenings & nights remain wonderfully peaceful) A big plus: taxis can drop you less than 50 meters from the entrance, and the team will come meet you and carry your luggage (super convenient in the medina!) ...
(In English et en Francais ci-dessous) We stayed with good friends in Riad Ayni, taking over this beautiful 5 bedroom riad for a weekend. It was the perfect hideaway, located within the medina and about 10 minute walk from the souks. WELCOMING - From the moment we stepped through the door (down a quiet cul de sac) a warm smile and welcome awaited us. Both Simohammad and Abdessamad were super lovely...
Overall decent place to stay if you want to be close To the Médina.
The Riad Ayni is a lovely hideaway very close to the heart of the Marrakech Medina. The team at the riad is so welcoming, extremely helpful and very nice. The rooms are very clean and modern, the AC works well and the roof top terrace with a small pool is very nice. The location just outside of the medina makes the riad a perfect place for exploring the Red City. Finding the place is a bit tricky...
the hotel was great in price / performance. The only thing I can complain about is that people do not get to the hotel with the key to the front door during their stay. it is necessary to constantly ring and the bedding on the sofas on the roof did not come to me clean.
Hi, me & partner stayed here at hotel riad ayni, staff were great, food lovely, room fab, roof terrace & pool fab, my only downside is the steps on outside/inside the pool & main step to the pool they were open needs coverage so you don't fall through for me especially. I would definitely give this hotel a thumbs up 🙂

This is a lovely traditional Riad. The rooms were authentic but still comfortable and modern and very clean. The rooms face the courtyard where we had breakfast each morning. The breakfast was really substantial with something different every day. It’s in a good area. It felt safe and although not far from the Medina, it is lovely and quiet once you are through the door. Everywhere is walking distance...
Good location, everywhere in easy walking distance while still managing to be quiet at night. Great shower and stylish traditional room. Friendly and attentive hosts. Substantial authentic Moroccan breakfast with the option to have on the roof terrace. Overall would highly recommend.
Lovely riad with excellent service, helpful staff and beautiful accomodations. I enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop, with sunshine, and was close to excellent restaurants. I felt very safe walking around at night.
This riad was so cute and so very private. Only 6 rooms in the riad and breakfast is served whenever you want till 11am on the terrace or downstairs. So peaceful and not busy at all like traditional hotels. Super clean. The shower is amazing no issues with water. The staff were amazing the cooks the cleaners all of them!! The location is perfect too walking distance to all the main attractions. Thank...
Lovely comfortable riad. Very well located within easy walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go but also just around the corner from a road where taxi could drop us off. They were very helpful, organised a taxi from the airport and cooked dinner for us on our first night which was excellent!
Friendly service, great communication prior to our stay, fantastic homemade breakfast and dinner, great location. The staff also set us up with a couple tours -- including an early morning balloon ride -- ensuring we were picked up at the correct location. The room was simple but comfortable.

Based on my experience at other riads in the same price range, I don't feel comfortable sharing the rave reviews I've read. Let's start with the positives: the riad is well-located, right next to the walls of the Bahia Palace and about a kilometer from Jamal el-Fnaa Square. The property has a tiny internal courtyard; the upper floors are accessed via a staircase made of small terracotta bricks. These...
The Riad is clean, comfortable, and located on a quiet street. Dinners were not included in the bill (though TripAdvisor stated they were, so we had to pay extra on site, but it wasn't worth the price, even though it was tasty, just like in most street cafes, but three times more expensive). See photo below. 300 dirhams. The staff were friendly and seemed to try and resolve the issue. 👍 There were...
This riad is located in the Medina near Place Mellah (a good pickup point for tours) and Place des Ferblantiers (cafes and restaurants – our favorite is Cafe Malah). It's a two-minute walk from Place Mellah down a narrow, well-lit alley. We stayed at this riad twice. The welcome was warm, and the first time, while we waited for our room, we received immediate explanations about everything there is...
Stayed here for one night with my husband and young son. Room was perfectly spacious with a lovely ensuite bathroom. The riad itself is well kept and a good choice for if you want to be inside the old city but not quite in the thick of the souk. There is some construction happening next door so could be noisy during the day. Breakfast was a little small but considering the price still good value for...
Clean, comfortable, Riad very well located for visiting important sites. a good breakfast and above all a very warm welcome. We had a very good stay as a family. Thanks to Mohamed and Imane for their availability and kindness.
A very charming riad in a quiet area yet just steps from Jamaa el-Fnaa Square. It's located away from the bustle of the souk, yet the square and other attractions are just a few minutes' walk away. The staff is friendly; Fatima will make you feel at home right away and will give you excellent tips for visiting the city. Our triple room was on the second floor, very spacious and clean, with air conditioning...
