The hotel is very old needs a major renovations. My heat barely worked and when it did work it was extremely loud I couldn't sleep. The room was infested with ants and roaches. The food options are limited. The buffet sucks food had no flavor and was cold. No shows and activities for the children. I will NEVER recommend or stay there again.

The hotel is stunning with a massive garden ground and a big outdoor swimming pool , an indoor pool too. Room is very spacious with good tropical shower . All places are kept well and clean . Staff is very nice and helpful . A big plus is a free shuttle bus to the city 5 times a day . Food is plentiful and a good selection .
Will love to go back .

Top staff, top lifeguards, but the entertainment team is very poor, needs to be reviewed. The all-inclusive formula is not great at all, the buffets need to be reviewed.

The hotel was really perfect. The welcome, the cleanliness, the friendliness, the food was great. Nothing to say. It is a family hotel and perfectly adapted to people with reduced mobility. The shuttle that takes you back to Jama El Fna is a great service. It is one less worry to get around. The hotel also has a very useful application.

Very good. The restaurant is delicious. But it is too dirty. There are a lot of flies in the lobby and it smells bad.

The resort itself was beautiful and the people were all lovely and so kind. Couldn’t fault a single member of staff. Only thing that’s slightly an inconvenience is the location but they make up for that by providing a free shuttle bus service so it’s still good nonetheless. Food was amazing and has an excellent variety.

All is good but make sure to have your own sim and internet. The WIFI is bad and they aren’t doing anything to fix it. They’d probably tell you it your phone like the did me. So just buy a SIM card and have data. A SIM card is just 3 euro and you can get about 4gb for 2 euro.
