Do not book here if you have young children or want to swim.
The pools are very deep 1.8m and are freezing cold. The hotel would be a better place if they even heated the baby pool!
Mini disco and kids club was no existent. Well my children the only ones at an empty stage so they just didn’t bother doing the mini disco until I asked why. The lady had no uniform form on. She did baby hark and four other songs and started at 8:37 pm it was over by 9pm
Then at kids club the two people there were just on their phones my children said and the register is just scribbled and a scrap piece of A4.
The room was infested with ants and I had to walk to reception several times as the phone was broken which was not safe with young children. I checked out the next day. Stayed next door which was a million miles better food entertainment drinks and a heated pool.
Positives- staff are friendly, bar is quick service and the reception and views are nice and rooms spacious so ideal for some I guess, but the cons are just too much.
The food is not great either. I stayed at the aqua mirage and they had a heated pool and food was amazing! The sol Marrakesh next door food isn’t too bad.

It was an ok all inclusive resort. The food wasn’t great, the location was quite poor and the service wasn’t the best.

Rooms were very clean and well looked after. Staff were great and the hotel is a great place to stay with great fascilities and food. Downside is the bars all close at 11 o'clock for all inclusive and the only option hten is to use a bar where you have to pay for drinks etc.

Such an easy holiday with kids (6 & 8). This is our second visit after a successful trip last year. The kids loved the pool, ice cream and the kids mini disco in the evening. We loved the family room which gave us some space. The warm welcoming staff who looked after us well. The nice touches like iced coffee at the pool and fresh pizza ovens in the restaurant. Plenty of good food options and choice of cocktails. The Moroccan sunshine did its thing and we had a great easy week relaxing as a family by the pool.

Not a lot to do here if it rains but the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was kept spotless as were the outside spaces. They would benefit from new towels in the rooms but overall a pleasant stay.

I was looking for an all-inclusive hotel with a bathtub and found this one.
It cost 80 MAD to take a taxi from the city center, which took about 20 minutes.
A taxi from the hotel to the city center costs 150 MAD.
There is a hotel shuttle bus to the city center, but it costs 15 MAD per person one way, has a set time, and is fully booked on the day, so I recommend taking a taxi.
The staff at the bar and restaurant were all very friendly and worked efficiently.
There were no amenities such as slippers, toothbrushes, or bathrobes.
Also, the power supply was European, so I purchased a transformer for 80 MAD at the shop in the hotel.
The restaurant venue was buffet style for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there was all-you-can-drink white, rosé, and red wine.
From a Japanese perspective, this facility and service is unbelievable for this price, so if you have the time, I highly recommend staying here at least once.

It was beautiful, staff were helpful and polite, great customer services. The food was Ahhh-mazing, great variety and tasted yummy, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Only negative was issues with AC in the room, it was on and cold, we tried turning on the heating function but didn’t work, it took us complaining twice before they were able to sort it. The first night sleep was really bad because of the cold, aside from that it was a great experience.

Most unhelpful staff, the description of the resort on ******* is exaggerated and not true. I wouldn’t recommend this resort, as there are many available which are far superior at this price.

Accommodation was spacious and clean. However, there was no functioning telephone line, no wi-fi and AC was not working. The staff were most unhelpful and most couldn't communicate in English. The al-a-carte restaurants and bars (as advertised) were permanently closed. There was only one dining option in the restaurant which was abysmal. The swimming pool was nice and the evening entertainment was of average quality. I wouldn’t recommend this resort as there are many available which are definitely superior, at this exaggerated price. Not going back.
