Nice resort in Marrakech. Not very walkable to the city sights.

Everything about it was amazing! Every staff member a true professional, from the chefs to entertainers to cleaners to bar staff. They honestly couldnt do enough for us!

There was a slight mixup with the room I reserved vs the room the hotel initially placed me in. With provision of visual evidence of the room I had reserved through *******, the mix up was handled.

We’ve been here before as a couple, it was obviously newer then but it has held up. They try and keep everything clean which is nice.

Some rooms may need updates as some mould in showers and toilet smelt like a drain.
The shuttle bus was great to the market, although would be nice if there was more availability



Food was good, quality could be a bit better but still nice


Kids enjoyed themselves although they could have done better activities in kids club to counteract windy conditions.

The restaurant is really nice, shows where the quality is rather than in buffet, but I understand.

I would go again and recommend

Lovely hotel with amazing staff!
Absolutely loved this hotel
It’s quite small which we liked .
We had a duplex room which was lovely- great to have 2 bathrooms - even if it was just the two of us !
Food was really good - lots of veggie options . Would have been good to have a carvery of a joint of meat as there wasn’t a lot of meat options- oats of fish though .
All inclusive was good.
Excellent quality Moroccan wines. Only 3 cocktails to choose from but they were very good.
All the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Friendly hotel, which lived up to expectations. Located outside the center of Marrakech, in an isolated area, but with free daily transfers. Friendly and attentive employees. Nice room. Food with quality and variety, superior to some other all-inclusives. Good drinks with meals, weak cocktails, almost no alcohol. Attentive entertainers, with plenty of activities during the day, but weak entertainment at night.

This is a great hotel to stay at. The rooms and facilities are very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. I loved staying here and will definitely be returning. The staff Smiley and Pitcho made it a really fun place to be. There was a variety of traditional and international food to choose from. The hotel is away from the Medina but there is everything you need here and a regular shuttle service to and from the Medina.

We stayed at this hotel for our girls trip and it was an absolute dream! The staff was always super nice and helpful. They were always dedicated to cater to our needs. A special shout-out to Zakaria from the reception!!
The rooms were spacious and clean. In general the hotel is very high on cleanliness which is such a big plus! The location was also good in my opinion to go anywhere in the city took about roughly 20 minutes.
All in all it was such a pleasant stay we will 1000000% be back at this hotel!!
