Club Paradisio Hotel

A terrible experience with this hotel. Very cold treatment from staff. No Ac at all. In the corridors, reception area and worst of all in the rooms ( although one of the features is to have AC). Therefore it was much warmer in the bedroom than outside. Towel and toilet paper not provided. Had to wait all day to receive this. And that too after asking constantly from the reception area. The rooms with AC are broken and don't work. I spoke to reception desk several times about the AC, in which eventually one of the staff mentioned they have problems with the AC and they don't work. Lights in bathroom did not work. Food was horrendous. Mostly made up of vegetables. No labels on any food, which is not useful for people with allergies. Got food poisoning from the all inclusive. Ill for 2 days and then avoided using the hotels meals. The hotel does not allow for you to bring your own food and drink, so could not order any food and no options on any apps like uber eats to have delivery to the hotel. Hotel is not close to amenities. Closest is a 10 min walk to a mall which is where we ended up eating. Otherwise nothing else near by, lots of construction still going on. The guys at the bar were nice and friendly. And refillable drinks provided for all inclusive. Rooms not sound proof, could hear club music up till midnight and not able to sleep. This hotel was the reason why we left Marrakech earlier than expected. And even then they were refusing to let us check out.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had going to Marrakech, I’ve been 3 times and this hotel no AC very hot in all 4 rooms we had family of 10 people, WiFi was down and with temperatures of 40 plus degrees a AC is minimum even in there lobby area no AC system staff was rude and kept saying it’s hotel issue we can’t help, honestly don’t book this hotel also it’s slightly far for the centre always need to get taxis into the centre of Marrakech so you rather stay more central

Hotel that does not deserve 4 stars
In addition it is very far from the busy square it is out of the way the rooms are very old dirty wall everything is old
The breakfast is good I don't understand why they say club because no entertainment or show etc. I don't recommend I won't go back there again
The price is too much for the service, location and comfort etc…

It was my a worst hotel I’ve been booked. No complimentary water & the room was so dirty & smelly. The staff was not approachable.
