It was my first experience and was very calm and relaxing. Layla was incredible as she did my pedicure and i was very impressed. She took her time to deliver the best service and everyone complimented me

The service is good but could be better as the bathroom light did not get fixed and towel rail came off despite reporting to receptionist. The hotel is good but could improve in many ways

Hotel not very clean, rooms are not cleaned every day, swimming pool not heated. The breakfast service is not extraordinary.

Stayed here 5 nights and it was nice and clean. The bathrooms need updating as shower is rusty and the sink keeps clogging. SPA I did a hamam at this hotel and it was amazing

Faulty towers in the sun .Staff very friendlybeing central and cheap who could ask for any more breakfast cakes excellent. Door keys little faulty on occassions

they print my boarding passes with a smile. all shop and restaurant is very near. I fully recommend this place

The hotel reception girl unhelpful. when I booked hotel I did special request early check in 10 days ago the hotel didn't reply me any messages,this is unreasonable service

​Excellent winter stay! The food was fresh and delicious with a great variety, including a tasty Moroccan option every day. A huge plus was the heated pools, which were perfect for the winter weather

Okay hotel. Entertainment and engagement was lacking severely for the price I paid and the pool could be heated. The drinks were barely there

I didn’t find one that wasn’t helpful and friendly. A big thankyou yo the two ladies in the restaurant at lunchtime. Always busy, welcoming and smiling. I think one was called Fatima. The hotel facilities were very good

The room with hot tub was very clean and well maintained. The food selection was always amazing. How lucky were we to be there for Halloween night. Everybody had made such a massive effort

Absolutely exceptional stay We had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech. The resort is set in a beautifully landscaped, park-like garden with immaculate grounds and spacious pool areas

One of the best hotels in Marrakesh the rooms are stunning with large private plunge pools and ling ling restaurant is excellent. A haven within the city. We are returning again

While there, my son and I did the Moroccan cookery lesson which I highly recommend. The chefs there were so pleasant and made sure we had a memorable time. The spa was well worth a visit too

Heated pool wasn’t up to temperature which was a bit disappointing, however were offered to use the spa all day since the weather wasn’t too great which was a nice touch

One last mention to the goat keeper-the hotel has some pet goats and the gentleman who looks after them was so charming. Visiting the goats was one of our favourite activities

In fact we did not meet one person who wasn't lovely. It was my son's birthday while we were there and the staff made such an effort to make him feel spoilt

Conveniently located near the train station and bus station Supratours. The hotel has a nice swimming pool. The hotel is cleaner than other hotels of the Ibis group in Morocco.

One of our favourite Ibis hotels in Morocco. Great breakfast with nice views. Room was OK but didn't have foot towel.

The hotel swimming pool is also very wide. I can't believe that this hotel is only 40 pounds

The hotel’s staff are friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for taking a train since it’s 5 minute’s walk from the train station. The breakfast is the best that we have had among the hotels we stayed in Morocco

Very friendly and welcoming staff, the room is spacious. The hotel is near the city center train station, McDonald's, KFC and Starbucks. It is very cheap to take a taxi to the attractions

However sunbeds are limited to 7/8 per day and you need to be down for 930am to secure one. We never had a problem and usually had the pool to ourselves until mid afternoon

The lovely lady cooking fresh omelettes and pancakes was brilliant and her omelettes were beautiful. Pool is clean and well kept area

Great hotel with a great location in the city, rooms cleaned every day, we stayed B&B and breakfast had a great choice of food on offer, freshly made omelettes to fruit, yoghurt, pastries and cereals tea coffee machines with fresh juices too, reception staff are super friendly and helpful, speak very good English, concierge service is great too, as it’s a city on the up they are building everywhere...

Their breakfast menu is nice and everything is fresh and topped up instantly when there were many patrons on busy days. The only thing they might work on is changing the pool water more frequently

Very accommodating and friendly hotel from the reception staff to the room maids. Bed and breakfast was exceptional value for money, fresh and plentiful. The staff cleared plates quickly and never any mess left around

I appreciated the high level of welcoming and the staff very customer satisfaction oriented. I recommend this hotel for quiet time, easiness of the city discovery since it’s a walking distance from many attractions

Not a lot to do here if it rains but the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was kept spotless as were the outside spaces. They would benefit from new towels in the rooms but overall a pleasant stay.

We loved the family room which gave us some space. The warm welcoming staff who looked after us well. The nice touches like iced coffee at the pool and fresh pizza ovens in the restaurant

Plenty of good food options and choice of cocktails. The Moroccan sunshine did its thing and we had a great easy week relaxing as a family by the pool

Do not book here if you have young children or want to swim. The hotel would be a better place if they even heated the baby pool! Mini disco and kids club was no existent

Such an easy holiday with kids (6 & 8). This is our second visit after a successful trip last year. The kids loved the pool, ice cream and the kids mini disco in the evening

I stayed at the aqua mirage and they had a heated pool and food was amazing! The sol Marrakesh next door food isn’t too bad

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the Marrakesh main train station super convenient location. The service was excellent from start to finish

Breakfast was amazing with plenty of fresh options, and the dinner buffet offered an incredible variety of delicious dishes. The swimming pool was a great place to relax, and the staff were always friendly and attentive

Good hotel with friendly staff and good amenities, the only letdown is its a slightly further walk to the center but this does also mean its a bit quieter which is nice.

They have a hairdresser also who does a really good job and can save you the hair wash day problem ladies while on holiday. Thank you as always ! I’ll come back when the renevations are done to see ❤️

Really depends on what you’re looking for in a holiday. The rooms are basic but the room clean was done daily and you get fresh towels each day

They are currently having a renovation and can see they are really trying to get ready for the season. I would come here as a solo traveller , family , couple as thy really do cater for everyone

There is a spa which is amazing with really kind and friendly staff. They also do henna on site so it’s worth getting one while you’re there. The lady who does it is also super cute

They have a sister hotel next door and also camel riding facilities and quad biking right next door too outside of the other hotel

There’s was work going on to update the rooms though so I’m sure they’ll be ready for summer season and much better and modernised

Staff are amazing. Location is great. This is my hotel when I am in Marakech. Beautiful pool . Nice breakfast. Ayoub the manager does everything he can to answer my requests.

This is my hotel when I am in Marakech. Clean , nice , staff are kind and helpful. Price is reasonable

We also didn’t make enough use of the lovely rooftop! We didn’t use the little pool, still unsure if we could’ve, but we didn’t really have time to! If you do any excursions, the pick up point is usually & conveniently a 2 min walk away

It was spotlessly clean everywhere, beautiful decor, comfortable and cosy, the AC worked well, and the breakfast was simple but delicious each day - lots of breaded goods and cakes and amazing coffee! All of the staff were so friendly and lovely - thank you Samir for facilitating a wonderful stay

I will note that it’s a 20-30 min walk into the centre of the city from the riad, so coming back at night as 3 girls, we were always wary but never felt in danger

Uniqe hidden riad Near to medina No worries even you arrived at midnight But you have to walk little to get the riad Not in the main road

I loved the Riad, the best one we stayed in for 1 week. The people who are there are very good and generous. In our case we were leaving in the afternoon and they let us stay longer than normal

The hotel’s location is excellent as it is walking distance to most of the tourist attractions in Marrakech. Has a huge swimming pool where you can enjoy and relax. However, service is very very poor

We had a wonderful experience at the Novotel. The receptionist Aicha did an excellent job with check-in and restaurant recommendations. She was very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is very nice, clean, and modern

Hair dryer was not provided even after asking at the reception. There is bit of problem with some staff to communicate in English. Location is in new city so may need to take taxi if you want to go to medina

Could have maintained the bathroom cleaner not saying it is really dirty just could have maintained better. Swimming pool is nice but could have heated water when it is cold. Staff are nice, breakfast is nice

Three different personnel at the front desk promised to send the slippers to my room but never keep their promise. Another issue with the hotel is the aircon system, it was not functioning during my stay

I tried to open the window and door to the balcony to let cold air inside but unfortunately the road noise was terrible, so I have to close it. Had a really bad experience with Novotel Marrakech

The complimentary breakfast was a nice add on, and the pool restaurant and main restaurant were also lovely

The Jadali Hotel is at an excellent location within easy wqlking distance of the Medina, the Cyber Gardens, and nearby sites. The rooms are clean, comfortable and roomy, and the staff is friendly and helpful

I stayed here after travelling from Fez to Marrakech through the Sahara. It was a welcome change of pace. My room had a wrap around porch which was nice to sit and watch the sunset

Not many sunbeds so you have to resort to sitting on the sofas to take in some sun

One thing is that the pool was under construction/renovation which was an unfortunate inconvenience (especially since we were not notified beforehand) but nonetheless I would return to this hotel

It is a unique hotel with so much history. Winston Churchill used to stay there! Dining by the pool with live local musicians was a very special experience and the food was fabulous

The hotel’s pool and country club spaces are beautiful. If you want a magical stay in Marrakech, this is the hotel. I would give 10 stars if I could

It was a wonderfully relaxing stay, and great recommendations for activities; our highlights were the cooking school, a trip into the Atlas Mountains, and the convenience of being able to leave the city behind for a chill out at their country club

My only complaint is that my room was very small. I booked a “king room” and it was very small so if I stayed here again I would upgrade to a larger room. However I would totally recommend this hotel

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location close to all the markets and to some great restaurants. The spa and the cooking class were top notch

I stayed in the cheapest room (all suites), but the room was much larger than other Aman hotels, and welcome champagne was included. Pick-up and drop-off services were also provided, and the service was excellent

The hotel room facilities are basically a bit old, but the atmosphere is very good. It is really a relaxing place. The price is a bit high for the facilities, but the design and atmosphere are really amazing

Except for the average food, the environment can be said to be impeccable. Marrakech is actually quite dirty and messy as a whole. The inside and outside of the hotel can be said to be two different worlds

The design is great. The sanitation encountered a sandstorm, so it was a little dirty, but the service staff came to clean it quickly. The service was very good and I was very happy. Remember to tip.

This is a very worthwhile hotel. It can be said to be the highlight of the entire trip to Morocco. Each room is an independent Riad courtyard. The service is friendly but not overly enthusiastic

It's the perfect place to stay if you want to mix a poolside holiday with some excursions or trips into the medina. This time we brought our young baby (4 months) with us, and the staff were incredible with him

My husband played tennis with the fabulous tennis coach Dryce (sorry about the spelling!) We also had massages which were so relaxing and perfect for the aching muscles (too much tennis?!) The gym was well equipped, although a little short on heavy weights for serious gym rats

The villa itself was impressively spacious, featuring a generously sized private pool. Room service lunch was good, though it's important to note that the property does not serve alcohol

The stay was amazing! Even after complaining the manager Mehdi and Hajar did everything they can to give us a great stay! The people are so kind and the villa’s are very specious especially if you have a large family.

The Mandarin Pool Villa is beautifully furnished, relaxing and huge - over 3000 sq ft inc your own heated pool and hot jacuzzi
