The Riad's staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooftop dining/lounging areas were a plus, especially at the end of the day when things cool off. Would recommend to future travelers and will return myself

The indoor pool is pleasant and the space is family-friendly

Away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina which is what we wanted. Easy to catch the 12 bus (4 dirham per trip) close by and takes about 25-30 minutes to the main square but costs 1/20th or less

I stayed for 9 nights over two intervals and had a wonderful stay. The property is on a quiet street convenient to Cadi Ayyad University and a 15 minute taxi ride from the RAK airport

I have a wonderful view of the pool and lounge area from the balcony. There's no shortage of shops lining the street: fresh fruit, fresh grilled food, household goods, etc

Here now and so far the front desk has been very good to us. He changed our room this morning as he promised and this room is wayy better with view to the pool and a clean nice bathroom all in one place

I couldn't have asked for a better experience here. Aziz was very friendly and helpful, always with a smile on his face. When I'm not there, housekeeping puts the room in order. I appreciate everything they offer

Of course the hotel needs updating, but it's really good. I think this is a personal point of view. If you want perfection, you'll pay a lot more

What I discovered at Riad Ta’achchaqa was so much more than a hotel—it was a small, perfect microcosmos. The location is unbeatable, tucked away in the most elegant and vibrant part of the Medina

Breakfast is really good to have on the terrass, cash only, they have shuttle service from/to the airport if you prefer. No taxi (normal cars can reach this area of Medina) the place is so calm and authentic

I arrived in Marrakech on a solo trip, looking for nothing more than a quiet place to unplug and recharge after a long, grueling winter of work

One day, he invited me to join him at a stunning pool where he goes to unwind, and later, he invited me and a few other guests to join his circle of friends for dinner

What can I say about this riad. the welcome was top notch by Malika and Mustapha 👌🏻 who took great care of us, a family atmosphere. I recommend the breakfast and dinner options! We ate very, very well throughout our stay

Then there is the wonderful Hossein and wonderful Youssouf with their gentle humour and care. You can arrange a massage here and a therapeutic scrub with Argan oil. This place is a short walk from the souks and museums

Authentic style with central courtyard set in the cool canopy of four gorgeous orange trees; had 2 magical evening meals here by the fountain amongst scattered rose trees

And the beautiful little birds that once in a while delicately flit from tree to tree. Breakfast served here, too, as the first soft rays of morning sunshine filter through the leaves of the citrus trees

Mimoune was especially helpful, he recommended places to eat and places to visit, whilst also sorting out transport and day trips for us, one of which was an amazing excursion to the atlas mountains, we have made a great friend! Breakfast was 10/10 delicious, and the tagine we had for dinner was the best of the trip! The room was lovely and spotlessly clean

It is clearly an authentic family residence that rises in about three tiers, with a narrow balcony running continuously round the edge of each tier, above the central courtyard

Magnificent traditional Riad without the excess decoration which is beginning to invade the Medina, a real journey through time, perfect staff, kindness, delicacy, and always ready to help, spacious and very quiet rooms, very good breakfast and dishes to order to taste at the riad,,,, Thank you youssef we will come back!

One word of warning, and this isn’t a criticism at all of the riad, but if you struggle to sleep with any noise, maybe a place further away from the main square might be better as the square and surrounding streets only go quiet for 3 or 4 hours

Furthermore, we had mold in our room which smelled quite strong but apparently it wasn't possible to move us to another room despite people checking out/in regularly

Wow! The staff is Amazing, very helpfull and nice. The breakfast was delicious, fresh Orange juice, ice cofce, water. The guy-waiter from Photo was The best, he told us what to do in Marocco and recommended Places

Very nice riad, staff very helpful and friendly. Very close to the famous UNESCO listed Jemaa el-Fnaa square (close like a minute or 2 walk). Beautiful building, and the rooftop restaurant is very nice

The hotel is near the plaza of Marrakesh. Cozy hotel with a cute lobby and a rooftop restaurant. Double bed bedroom has a private bathroom. All the staff are kind and profissional

We did not stay there but found it by chance and ate in the rooftop restaurant. The food was really good, recommend the beef and prune tagine. The Mojitos were excellent and the service was brilliant

Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided

Located in the middle of the Marrakech market area. Authentic Morrocan Riad with amazing staff, great food, comfy bed.

We had a later flight so they stored our luggage for us and there is a place to shower and change although it was very hot in there

Perfect location for exploring, close to the Medina. Check in is at 2pm and check out at 12pm

Had lot of issues paying for the stay as the machine the owner used only accepted up to 3,000 dh (about 300 euros) in a card transaction and so I had to obtain cash in a bank in the street to pay the difference, so be aware of this issue and bring cash on hand to pay for the stay

Breakfast was small and simple, and one morning the young man preparing it served the crepes, coffee and milk cold so it was thoroughly disappointing even if it is a complimentary breakfast

Two parents and a teenage girl with her grown up sister arriving just before midnight we warmly greeted by the one man in charge of the Riad nearby, as rhe way to the place is complicated when you are the first time in Marrakech

Very clean and spacious room that is cleaned every day. Breakfast is fresh and super tasty. Is in a top location, everything was within walking distance from the riad. The staff is super friendly and help with everything

The riad is very clean and the people are very friendly. It is simple and beautiful, not same decoration as other riads, it is more modern. Close to the souks and Jem el Fna, 15min walking

Early start in the day; the master of the house presented a lovely set breakfast with all you need for the day, detail to attention, fresh and delicious. what a change! The streets at 07

30hrs are meticulously cleaned, not a piece of trash anywhere, roads washed and the medina is waking up for a bustling business day. All in all, a great two night start in Marrakech!

The rooms are keeping with the traditions of the Riad, be it that Riad First has kept it simple and clutter free. Very quiet in the midst of the working part of the medina

It has S good bar in front of a swimming pool where u can enjoy your beer in it

Hotel is about 30mins from the famous markets but there are bus stops very close. It also has few restaurants very close to the hotel. Hotel staff were really friendly and professional. Cleanliness was 5/5.

The hotel has a swiming pool and a car park (and they are for free) and also I can report that they are next to pizza hut, a coffee shop and a shopping centre) Breakfast is for free, it comes with your booking so please check if breakfast is included (otherwise you will need to pay 6€

Not blazing fast but could video call and stream no problem. I only paid the honest and correct amount of city tax compared to other places in Morocco. I would actually come back - decent value for money

I like the location being next to a hypermarket and public transport. The bed was decent and there was actually a fridge in the room. The internet was good for one person

I booked a family room at Riad Karmela and they sent me to riad Karmela princess instead which is their sister property across the alleyway

The staff was extremely accessable and helpful. Amine, Jemela, Majid, Bushra, Fatima, Hakim, just to name a few. Fresh fruits to your room daily, ask and its yours. Couldnt ask for a better service.

Budget hotel for solo traveler My room is a single with a Shared Bathroom, no bath towel provided. If you are prepared to sleep only. This hotel may be good, very close to Medina.

The hotel room was a bit small but very clean and well maintained. It was a little difficult to find our way around the hotel, but the reception staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay

Really good location close to many attractions; good value for money and spacious rooms for good stay. Would rebook again for the next time in the city.

The room was clean, small but comfortable and with all the basic needs. Staff was nice. Place just a steps from Jameel Ef Na centre, shopping boulevard, food and beverages stands, music. I would stay again in a future.

We had a fantastic stay at Riad Jaaneman. The staff was so lovely and helpful. Our room was great and the AC worked amazingly. Perfect location and we loved seeing the turtles each day. We would love to stay here again.

Riad Jaaneman is nothing short of perfect! The staff make you feel so at home, they’re kind and helpful and it really feels like you are part of the family. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and I keep coming back

What an incredible place!! The entire stay was faultless, from our seamless arrival and lovely welcome from the team, to our departure which was effortless with our arrange car to the airport

We honestly could not have managed to get around without the map and the help. The team helped make restaurant reservations, book taxis, anything we needed was handled and advice given on places to eat each day

Lots of advice on places to eat - they even advised us of an app to use so we would never get lost while wondering around the souks! The location of the riad is excellent, walking distance of the souks but far enough so it's not noisy

On our first day, we chose to eat at the Riad and had the Lamb Tagine, it was the best meal we had all stay, the chef is an excellent cook

Haggling for goods was fun and not at all intimidating, would recommend Hammam Nilo for a Hammam Beldi, I’m a new man!… We stayed for breakfast and dinner and it was our little haven after busy days out…The quality of the food was delicious and ate the lot…Due to only 5 rooms and some guests on breakfast only options it is a set menu which changes daily

- A trip to Ourika and Imlil valleys which, while it was nice to get out of Marrakech, we really wanted to get some views of the Atlas mountains, which you don't really need to leave the outskirts of the city for

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would echo previous comments. What a cultural experience we have had in this wonderful Riad, with excellent facilities and faultless service from all staff

Beds super comfy, fantastic rooftop area with lovely seating, loungers, complimentary straw hats and towel a classy touch. A cheeky vino (pretty hard to come by outside as expected) a right touch in the sun

As others have noted, the walk takes you past all manner of local shops, so be prepared for the true, unadulterated, full-on, Marrakech experience right from the word go! We had a couple of minor issues with the room, but everything was sorted out swiftly and with good grace by the staff, so there is nothing to complain about

We stayed at Riad les yeux bleus for 6 nights and could not recommend more. The hotel is in a great location, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great and the rooms and pool area etc were beautiful

The riad is beautiful inside, with a rooftop pool and restaurant / bar (with beer, wine and cocktails) available) and downstairs pool, all decorated beautifully. Our rooms were lovely - beds were incredibly comfortable

It’s quaint but feels large with a lovely bar and multiple lounge spots including a great suntrap roof terrace with a plunge pool and chefs which serve a very minimal yet strong menu with GOOD, great value, food (you won’t believe how hit and miss the food is in Marrakesh we were so glad to eat well after we went to a couple terrible tourist traps such as Le Fenn)

However my experience with the local (and official) tour guide that the riad arranged for the private city tour, was not great at all. I was just following the guide, walking around half the time in silence

This Moroccan courtyard-style building is very popular. I liked it when I booked it, and it exceeded my expectations when I saw it in person. The staff are warm and humorous, and they feel like friends

But when I got back to the hotel, I found that mine smelled very fruity and had a clear colour unlike the yellowish oil with a nutty smell. Shame on me for not checking and trusting strangers

5 hours tour that cost me €60, we walked through Jemma el Fnaa, circled around Koutoubia Mosque, a quick stop at Bacha Cafe and visited Bahia Palace and Medrasa Ben Youssef

I cannot fault the fine people running the riad. They are friendly and eager to please. 5 star service, good food, rooms are clean and the vibe is great

I mentioned that I wanted to buy dried figs but instead was brought into an apothecary peddling argan oil, creams and so on

Stepping through the brass doors into the Riad Laurence Oliver you immediately step back in time to when this was a beautiful home for an affluent family of Marrakech

A riad courtyard with decent decoration. The waiters are enthusiastic and helpful, but it is difficult to find and you need to pay attention to the route. The facilities and hygiene are okay, but a little old.

The reviews for the “Riad El Grably” on TA are consistently very good but would the description and pictures be anything like the real thing Having recently returned from a 5 night stay here, the answer is most definitely yes and it deserves this in depth review

The roof terraces were amazing and the pool and hot tub a welcome relief from the sun !! They even helped me find a florist a band and fire dancers for my party much cheaper than a party planner had quoted me all in all fantastic and highly reccomend !!

They have their own Hammam and Layla was wonderful. The room was spacious and spotless and we had our own terraced area. Thoroughly recommend staying here
