Love location and quiet for sleeping. Swimming pool and garden was lovely. Bit old but we didn't care much of it. Very friendly staff who gave us an assistance for fixing our day tour from other company.
the hotel was a bit old but it is in a great location, enjoyed the stayed as we used it just a night break before going to my final destination the pool and facilities might require some more improvment the staff are nice and helpful
The pool was beautifully maintained and very spacious. The breakfast and food were excellent
Very good value and suitable for Business people, Families, tourists.
Simple but very good breakfast.
Smoking allowed in lobby, by pool, and on balconies of some rooms.
Taxis available nearby [150m walk]
Everything is OK, expect bathroom. They should be renewed. Hotel stuff very polite and friendly. Water pool very nice, clean.
Hi it's in the centre which is a big advantage.it took us 2.5 hrs too book in , but after that sat round the pool with my son while the wife went shopping.a bit noisy.

it more than offsets with intimacy, class, attention to detail and the feeling that you (and a few others) have the run of your own Villa. Rooms, food, wifi, pool, gym etc
The only quibble I would have was the spa/massage experience was not what it could be (massage fine, but the overall 'experience' from entry to exit is much better at other spas I have been to)
Even when a misunderstanding occurred on our part, the hotel staff handled the situation with the utmost professionalism, empathy, and a client-first attitude that left a deep impression on us
Everything you could ask for in a hotel - excellent service - really first class, nothing was too much and one slight issue with a late room cleaning was sorted out straight away
-The pool space is amazing, beautiful and peaceful. -The fact that there are only 26 rooms makes it really enjoyable as it is not crowded during breakfast / by the pool. -It's very quiet (no children policy)
What this hotel lacks in the grandeur of some of the larger 'palace hotels' like the Oberoi or Mandarin etc

The pool area is a real highlight and a peaceful place to relax after time in the Medina. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with great variety and quality
We also dined in the restaurant and had a fantastic meal, again with service that felt thoughtful and personal rather than formal or forced. What really stood out was how well looked after we felt throughout our stay
The building itself, and the rooms, are absolutely stunning: there is no view or line of sight that is uninteresting or boring, the quality of design is astonishing. Yet it is the little things that make the difference
We had a wonderful stay at La Sultana Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was exceptional, the team were genuinely warm, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed
The riad itself is stunning, with incredible attention to detail throughout the historic setting. Every space feels carefully considered and beautifully maintained, full of character and charm
The most amazing hotel experience we've ever had, from start to finish. Thank you to all of the lovely staff at the hotel, we had an incredible 5 night stay for our wedding anniversary and my husbands birthday.

Staff are very nice, thoughtful, and helpful. Hotel is in the medina, extremely convenient.
Pool just for decoration, nice hotel structure, bathroom smells musty and is unpleasant, the price is quite high for what is offered, we were fortunate enough to stay in 4 hotels and this was the most expensive and the one we honestly liked the least The breakfast was good, and the receptionists were friendly, but I wouldn't book it again
Room was clean and staff would change bed sheets and towels every day. Restaurant upstairs is OK and expensive - you’re better off going elsewhere
There is one bottle of body wash and 1 bottle of shampoo. The next day when the house keeper came, she took away our hand towel AND our floor towel - not sure why she didn’t replace it
We had a lovely persinalised welcome. They put rose petals in the bed with written happy birthday. It was so thoughtful. weldone
The staff was very friendly and the spa was amazing. :)

Fabulous oasis just outside of the bustling city! Wonderful pool, fantastic friendly staff. Rooms are lovely, clean and we were surprised at the size. The main hotel is stunning and very Moroccan lux
Excellent rooms, quiet hotel away from city
Beautiful hotel rooms, lovely pool which was cold so we couldn’t go in.
Very quiet in December, there were only 4 guests in the hotel, no atmosphere at all
Food is tasty and pina coladas are excellent 😬
Tranquil, very spacious grounds, pool rooms. Lots of antique furniture. A real Palace experience
Very fancy hotel, nice and quiet, spotless, lots (and I mean lots) of artwork, big pool in well kept gardens, working gym but let down by two things (1) the welcome was ok but a lot less generous than similar hotels we stayed in (in a dingy, smoke smelling, office with no welcome drinks or nibbles) (2) the breakfast was limited - lots of breads, OJ and eggs but kiri cheese, no yougart or fruit

This was a return visit for me. It's always so wonderful to be at this Riad. The entrie staff are very welcoming and kind! I appreciate them making it feel as if I were a very important guest visiting their home
I am not joking, this is the best hotel I have been in Marrakech.
Patient's staff , nice room , delicious food swimming pool
I love this place
Amazing location right in the busy, main square yet the hotel is quiet and idyllic. Excellent service, a nice welcome with tea and cookies and a brief tour. Good rooftop buffet breakfast
The bed is small and has wheels so it moves with you. I went to the third floor and saw that there was no swimming pool as shown in the pictures, but someone was cleaning it, perhaps changing the water
We stayed at this riad for just one night, as they were fully booked and we had to move to another hotel the next day. Overall, the riad itself was beautiful, the room was clean, and the staff were generally welcoming
Instead, the receptionist insisted it was only a 10-minute walk and offered to arrange a luggage porter instead. Unfortunately, the porter was an elderly man with a hand-pulled cart who did not know the exact address

We ate on the 7th floor, and the DJ was watching the Tv, and left the music super loud even though there was no one there. This point really needs to be revisited, especially given the price of the rooms
I really liked it. I recommend it if you are staying for 3-4 nights. So that's how it goes. The staff is up to par. I highly recommend arriving on time when checking in.
A warm welcome and prompt check-in, and a big thank you to the attentive staff. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will return when the opportunity arises.
Well located hotel, pleasant staff, but avoid taking a room on the 6th floor because it is very noisy in the evening, due to the music from the rooftop floor 7
They are very dedicated and went above and beyond! The hotel is very clean, the view is beautiful, and the location is perfect!
I would like to personally thank Ms. Saida, the housekeeper, and the housekeeping department for their wonderful work

At the end there was just a pretty pool, with an extreme quantity of chlore (impossible stay more then 10 minuts) and with walls ruined by humidity and mushrooms
We when to cesar resort last week with my husband, the were impressed that the hotel was like what we saw in the pictures
Very beautiful hotel, good service level. Notwithstanding the level is not exactly at a 5 stars level. The room was at a very high level but the bathroom more like a 3 stars then 5
It has a nice ambience and pleasant staff, The massage and pool are really nice
Then the worst part was the SPA, I never saw a 5 stars SPA without sauna or hammam. The hammam was intact "busy", I don't even know how possible to present a SPA with an hammam not available for everybody
All the staff were excellent and professional, though special mention but go to Oumalma,Mohcine and Taha who were wonderful. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, would totally recommend

Because it was too late, I stayed in this hotel for one night. It was the most cost-effective hotel in Casa. The bed was big and comfortable. Most importantly, the room was well soundproofed and I slept for 10 hours
It's about a 30-minute walk to the old town, and even from this location, it's easily a 30-minute walk. There's not much to do in Marrakech. Facilities: Old
Cleanliness: Acceptable
Environment: Okay
Service: Okay
The room was old, and the air conditioner was quite outdated; it made a buzzing noise when turned on. The location was quite convenient
Most hotels in Casa are very expensive. There is nothing to complain about the price and service
Great time, great price, great stay
Don't expect a lavish treatment. If you want a place to crach after a long day of touring, this is the place for you. Very well placed in one of the most happening place, the Guelize in Marrakech

There's a refrigerator in the room. One of the advantages is the pool
We stayed at the hotel and even extended our stay. The hotel is good, with an excellent breakfast! Our room was an upgraded category. Everything is new, just renovated. The room size is large and has a balcony
Swimming pool was great, hotel room was very clean, the bed was comfy, very retro looking hotel, amazing service from the staff, in walking distance of the main shopping areas and great places to eat or smoke sheesha! Only regret is we didn't stay here longer!
Very good hotel, better than staying in riad
Very beautiful, with the ambiance of grand hotels from the 1950s. It will be even better once the renovations are complete. Despite the ongoing construction in some parts of the hotel, our stay was good and quiet.
Nothing to complain , staff was good, food was really nice. Overall its a good stay.

Lovely, quaint, hotel in an older building in the Medina of Marrakech. Nice breakfast included every morning. Pool is quite small, just for sitting and cooling off, but looks inviting nonetheless
Everything was fine except maybe the quality of the towels
Traditional riad in the center of the old town. The pool is small but in a shaded atrium, which makes it awesome on hot days. The breakfast is the bare minimum of what technically counts as a hotel breakfast (e
The breakfast was amazing! Great selection and good service. This Riad is a 3 min walk to the square. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable with everything we needed. The toiletries were made from the Riad spa
Hotel very well located in the medina.
Typical rooms with authentic decor.
Very good breakfast on the terrace.
Staff at the reception charming and helpful.
We loved it.
The location is close to Jamae le Fna square, it is close to the Bahia Palace a few meters away, the service is great

I loved everything about this hotel, especially the staff! Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The housekeeping staff cleaned our room thoroughly every day, which I greatly appreciated
Me and my wife enjoyed every second of staying there. At la maisonette des Olivier we felt relaxed all the staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful
Lovely, tranquil landscaped setting. The pool was warm enough for a pleasant swim at the start of December. Food in the restaurant is really good. A good choice for Marrakesh!
The breakfast was very nice even though we had lots of bees joining us at the table , apart from that everything was nice
Pros: Excellent pool area and sun loungers, feels like a private retreat as it’s usually quite quiet! The grounds are beautiful! Full of birds singing and the traditional riads were pleasing on the eye

I appreciate the great service received, loved the room booked, and the pool areas were immaculate both the indoor and outdoor

Overall the Nobu is fantastically located for access to the Medina (10-15 min walk), but tucked away in a very nice neighbourhood
Nicely located to walk to all of the sites in the downtown/old city area. Staff was very friendly.
Room and amenities are good however the sauna door didn’t close properly so it wasn’t very hot and the steam room was turned off. Also breakfast is poor. Staff are excellent!

As a family of 5, we had 2 adjoining rooms, both with en-suites. There were plenty of terraces and outdoors seating as well as seating downstairs by the pool
As some have mentioned the breakfast was pretty generic and similar each day but that did not detract from a wonderful stay here
The housekeeping staff were always polite, friendly, and respectful, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. Breakfasts were absolutely delicious – fresh, varied, and full of local flavors
We had a wonderful stay in this riad. It is right in the middle of the centre but completely silent at night
Starting each day with such a wonderful meal in a serene setting was a real highlight of our trip. The pool was always clean and inviting, providing the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring Marrakesh
The rooms were spotlessly clean every single day – fresh towels, beautifully made beds, and attention to every little detail made us feel incredibly comfortable and well cared for

Nice rooftop terrace but not much seating and pool is quite small but we did come at the beginning of the country being opened up after lockdown
Very happy here. Huge clean room, friendly service and a good location. Only stayed overnight as part of a package so didn't see it all but would happily return.
I have really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The service is excellent and very friendly staff whom always welcoming me with a warm smile and a polite manner

Stayed here 3 nights, hotel room great with funky ambiance in rooms. Nice large bathroom, double sinks and big shower. Room had large sitting area and small balcony but lighting was a bit dim
Nice staff, quality look to the hotel throughout. Smart deluxe room with decent size bed and bathroom. A small paddle pool with roof that is covered and can be opened in summer also near restaurant
The restaurant food was amazingly good for lunch and dinner as well as the breakfast buffet. Table service was slightly slow, but good trade off for meal quality. All staff friendly and helpful
We stayed at Bab Hotel for four days and had a fantastic experience. The breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of traditional Moroccan dishes that were a perfect start to the day
After four days, we can highly recommend Bab Hotel for anyone who wants a blend of Moroccan hospitality and modern, urban luxury. It felt like a true "home away from home" in the trendiest part of the city

Always kept clean, tidy and immaculate. The view from the roof top is amazing. You may need to walk to the car park if you want a taxi. The ‘Big Square’ is a 10 minute walk away. The lota bal fry is exceptional!
Very good Place to stay. Staff is very kind and the Place is beautifull and clean. Many thanks to Tarik for your hospitality.

The grounds and design we tranquil, it's like a secret hidden behind the Marrakesh walls. Great for inspiration, writing and of course pictures. They have Moroccan villas available for four and day rooms for a experience
We then had the option to use the facilities of the bar or the piano area. Having decided to move on we were then helped by golf cart to the gate. What an amazing experience and to perfect way to celebrate a special day
We had cakes to share between us and that was more than enough for us. Our tea was topped up continually. The ice cream came with a toppings cart which they gave you options to choose to have on your ice cream
So happy with the flavours I had for open sandwiches, cakes and drinks. We opted for Moroccan tea and fruits of the garden juice, ending with chocolate and vanilla ice cream. The scones were lovely and light
Just three minute walk from Nobu where we stayed, it was recommended to visit here for atmosphere, cultured history of Marrakesh. Well we had the most enjoyable afternoon having a light lunch and tea

We did not stay at this hotel but visited it for lunch. with outdoor seating under a canopy with a miser for the heat. The food and service was excellent
An exceptional stay at Selman Marrakech! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The welcome was warm, the service was outstanding, and the attention to detail was impressive
We were given a tour and decided to book our board meeting here which we host in Marrakech every year. This was our first time at Selman and it will not be our last
The entire team delivered a high level of service in a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended – we will definitely be back!

We were taken upstairs by Youssef to our room, had a spacious, traditional room, very traditional and comfortable , bed was large and very comfy, plenty save fit clothes etc, huge walk in shower, also had a fridge as well
I took my team to the Riad for two nights to show them the amazing vibrance of the region. As it was their first experience of a riad they were taken aback as to how beautiful, relaxing and hospitable it was
We also enjoyed the pool - a great place to relax, drink service and good lunch menu, the staff were very attentive and provided towels, and brought blankets and sunhats as the weather required
We were advised to book but never had a problem getting a reservation (it was always busy though!) The food was amazing, suitable for vegetarians, authentic Moroccan food and good selection of Moroccan wine
We were also told by a long standing local friend that the restaurant was one of the best in Marrakesh and it certainly was. We look forward to staying again soon
The included breakfast was lovely, and the staff made an effort to remember our tea/coffee preferences etc each day. The attached restaurant was great
