Nice place good location, nice little pool!

Room wasn't as expected but was nice, no issues room got cleaned everyday, friendly staff, Receptionist spoke good English which helped. All round it was a pleasant stay

It’s centrally located in front of a mall and grocery. Neighborhood is quiet and safe even at night. Lots of resto all around. Hotel looks new

A hotel that is located in the New town of Marrakech, Guiliz. It is the best location to stay in when you are in Marrakech.

Pleny of cafés, Shopping, food places surrounding the hotel. I would recommend 😊 I will book again 👍

The room was basic but good. The resort itself was quite nice, and it was pleasant to sit outside in the evenings. The receptionist charged us more for the city tax/tourist tax than what Trip.com indicated.

Room service was excellent with towels and shower gel/shampoo provided as required. Breakfast is very good with fresh fruit and pastries each day served in the courtyard alongside the small pool

I would recommend you organise the airport transfer via the hotel as this was perfect otherwise you could get lost. Our room (No 1) was adequate for a couple though the towels were threadbare, thin and well washed (grey)

Riad Zineb is part of the Kemela group and is located in the centre of the Medina, about a 10 minute walk from the central square. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very traditional, clean and quiet

We did this and the hotel arranged for our suitcases to be taken from where the taxi dropped us to the hotel, about a 5 minute walk. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend it

Inside is clean, peaceful and the rooms are pretty and well maintained…but the real treasure here is the staff. Aziz and his team did everything they could to make the stay perfect

Recommend booking a taxi (20 Euros) with hotel prior to arrival in Marrakesh as it is not easy to find the Riad in the narrow streets

In addition, international guests were super interesting to share dinner with. It is important in Marrakech to take cash as many locations do not take credit cards. An authentic Riad with very special hosts

We stayed in Riad Timila for 3 nights. It is was the best choice ! As we found it very hard to choose when we looking for Riads to stay in the heart of the bustle and hassle of the Medina- old town

The location at the riad was excellent, only a few minutes walk from the souks and in close walking distance to the other sights. The hosts, Hansa and Michel were both very friendly and helpful in any way possible

They arranged several outings, where the hot air balloon ride was marvellous. Also the ride to the dessert and the dinner and pool at BE Agafay was excellent

From the outside it is just a wall (as in the rest of the Medina) but beyond a small black door is a little paradise hosted by a very frindly couple that helps you with whatever your problem is

As it was our first time in the city they offered us a small city tour to get basic orientation in place. The rooms are clean and designed with taste

We were lucly enough to get a room upgrade to the Safran room which was beautifully decorated with lots of light , the sounds of birds in the trees and a terrace to enjoy the sunshine

There is nothing I can say to fault this riad, highly recommended if you want a great, peaceful place to escape the chaos of the Medina

Our room was very clean , cleaning staff came by every morning to change the towels and to make our bed. They sometimes folded our clothes and kept everything tidy. I would recommend this Riad to everyone

We had an amazing stay at Riad Charai! Hicham was an exceptional host, friendly, welcoming and attentive

The food was fabulous and the staff were incredible. We want to say a massive thank you to Houssam from Riad Charai who went out of his way to make our stay perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for him

I would recommend this place to anyone and we are so glad we picked it! It is so safe, even if the reviews say its down a scary ally way, Marrakech is one of the safest places I've ever been to, so even if the ally way seems scary, there is nothing to fear, we usually just provided people with a simple 'salam'

The place offers a perfectly calm atmosphere in an authentically decorated riad with a pool (you should not underestimate how amazing this is in the hot afternoons of Marrakesh), a peaceful inner courtyard, a rooftop, library, and plenty of other common spaces to chill in

It may be that we stayed in winter but it wasn’t possible to get the right temperature and at the warmer setting the pressure was way too low! I didn’t complain to them as I only stayed a couple of nights but it’s worth noting if you plan to stay longer and prefer a warm strong shower!

We never got bored of the breakfast and will truly miss it. We had a basic room which was spacious and had space for us to put all our belongings, ac which is amazing in the summer and the pool days are unforgettable

Our room had a direct access to the rooftop which is amazing for lighting and to reach the pool directly through the spiral metal ladder

The location was also great, very peaceful and quiet at night and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the souks but with very close access to all your necessities! My only concern and feedback was the shower pressure and temperature

A real find at the last minute

The rooms are small, the bathroom, the pool even no mini bar in the room need some clearance more but the service af all the employees there was super waw (reception, Coffee and the breakfast) it comes on the middle near to everything

What kind of bicycle do you want for a little more than 200? There should be a nightclub nearby. It will be noisy all night. This surprised me in this Muslim country.

Avoid this hotel. The staff are friendly, but the road noise makes it impossible to sleep. Breakfast is mediocre, and if you arrive after 8:30 am, there's nothing left to eat.

An authentic villa! From the moment you arrive, you're immersed in the Moroccan atmosphere! An unforgettable welcome from Mohamed and the famous mint tea accompanied by delicious Moroccan pastries that I later sought out to bring back home

After a long travel day we were met with Moroccan tea and sweets. Each morning they prepare breakfast. Special shout out to Youssef- he helped us find restaurants, activities, and even walked us to the hamam

Location: short (sometimes extremely short) walking distance from all the key sites with plenty of utilities and cheap food-stops but also far enough that it's quiet

I have high praise to Soufiah who helped me when I arrived in the riad. His hospitality and kindness made a big difference on my stay. Breakfast is okay, they could probably use a better glass for the juice next time

Very clean, nicely located. Kind staff and has a good vibe. Beds are very small though, even the double bed is small. And there can be better amenities overall. Lady at breakfeast is very kind.

However we got lost looking for the Riad when arriving the first day. It would have been helpful if more clear and detailed directions were given (not just a map) with the booking confirmation

We were met by our driver at the Airport and then escorted all the way to the Riad, (which can be hard to find until you get your bearings)a proper guided tour! The Riad is beautiful

But most importantly the hospitality and kindness of all the staff could not be more. So accomodating and always there to help and answer any questions. I cannot recommend the Riad enough

He made early breakfast for me every time I was going on an excursion and even walked me to the meeting point on the first morning so that I got straight there. Breakfast was slightly different each day too

We felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time. Breakfast on the patio was a lovely way to start each day. It’s no surprise this place is often fully booked — we feel very lucky we managed to get a room

Location was convenient and only 10 minutes walk away from the main square, although the path to the main square can be a bit difficult to navigate - luckily Abdul kindly showed us the way so we didn’t get lost

Beautiful riad! Included average breakfast: many types of bread, a yogurt, coffee. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking and the shower had water pressure and hot water but was difficult to regulate

We had no luck getting a taxi to the riad, citing the narrow streets. Upon entering the old town, we were immediately approached by "helpers" who insisted on accompanying us, demanding money for it

We spent 4 days around the Medina and we stayed in a lovely riad, “Clefs d’Orient” that fully recommend: beautiful and characteristic oasis of peace in the beating heart of the medina, very clean, with attention to detail and small enough not let you feel alone as in big hotels

We spent four nights at Riad Clefs d’Orient and loved every moment! Even though we arrived in the middle of the night, everything was perfectly arranged, from the airport pickup to the warm welcome when we stepped inside the riad

The restaurants that they recommended were fantastic, but perhaps even better was the amazing meals that Abdul created for us - salads and tagines and dessert that were so good that we regretted not having two stomachs
