What a delightful little gem hidden in Marrakech. Ignore the weird streets to get there and go, since by entering you leave all the chaos of the city behind for such a nice stay experience

I breathed a sigh of relief after I got in. Haha, the interior was generally good, the service was friendly, and the breakfast was also good. It was also close to Medina, but don't take the small road after dark

We went at off peak season and some repairs were taking place on the rooftop which is the only reason i have rated it slightky below 5 stars. The breakfast is also nice although it could be made fresher

The floor plan is very well done. The finishing is luscious and luxurious. Lots of hand-cut zellij tile work. Amazing hand-carved plasterwork and natural woodwork. Gorgeous tan colored marble on the floors throughout

Two towels for showering but no hand towels or wash clothes. The whole area is under construction and everything was dusty

I stayed 2 night and I was very happy with their rooms and services. Highlights to Ali ! He was so nice and helpful would definitely recommend! If I ever come back I’d definitely stay there again! Thank you guys !

The Riad Viva is one of the “grande dames” of Sidi Mimoun. A lovely place in a great area of Marrakech. I suspect it was built in the early years of the 20th century. It has a very elegant 1920’s vibe

Stay for 5 nights in August 2022. Myself my husband, 3 daughters and my mother. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning was gorgeous. Temperatures outside were up to 46°c

Breakfast was bread based and abundant. It was so hot we hardly ate in the evening but did order Tagine on our penultimate night. The meat was tender and tasty

When you approach the Riad you go straight from some chaotic streets into some small alleys and at the end of an alley there is a big iron door

A shirt but bustling walk to to Jamaa alfna which came alive at night and also the souk which led back to Jamaa alfna

Nice sweet small place to stay in old town. These homes turned into hotels are very quaint. For US customers, you can think of them almost like a B&B. The rooms lacked a desk or chair

We spend a wonderful 10 days in this little hotel at the edge of the medina. We loved the room, firm bed, good hygiene and the very friendly and welcoming staff.

The front desk lady was the sweetest trying so hard to get us a proper traditional spa to go to and arranging us a ride to the train. The room was comfortable and super clean. The bedding was so comfortable

The Riad was ideally located for accessing the old City and a short walk from everything whilst also by Marrakech standards being tranquil. With a fantastic roof terrace

The breakfast was varied and well prepared and simple and a great start to the day. I cannot recommend Dar Charkia enough my wife and I were delighted with our stay

The rooftop pool and chill out area really is an eden amongst the chaos of Marrakech. You also can't beat the location - a 5 min walk from the main square and souks

We cannot find a thing to fault this hotel, it was beautiful. I'd love to visit again in the summer. The outside seating areas as clean and bright, the breakfast was homemade and some of the best I've had in a hotel

Traditional and staff were lovely

I'll note one major drawback: the room smelled strongly of cat urine. And another small drawback: they didn't show you where everything was in the riad; they usually give you a tour

The door is a bit hard to open and close with the lock, but it's authentic! The room itself was nice, even had a bathtub. I was lucky, I had a room with a balcony

The hosts of Riad Eden were so wonderful! Breakfast was a 10/10. The bedrooms were amazing quality, housekeeping cleaned every day and the showers were nice

This wonderful hotel is a hidden treasure amongst the streets of the Medina. A beautiful place to stay with the most lovely staff. The lamb Tanjia and Tagine dinners were exceptional

They stayed in constant contact with us, guided us whenever needed, and if we returned late at night, one of the staff members would meet us at the taxi and walk with us through the small alleyways all the way to the hotel

The people at reception are very nice but are completely lost. Be careful of the swimming pool which is very dirty

The only problem was that upon arrival the air conditioning was faulty and despite all the comments from tourists, the technical service took 4 days to repair it

Honestly I don't recommend the bed, the pillows are as hard as bricks... sorry but luckily the porters and the ladies at reception raised my rating

Location next to the convention center but a little far from the tourist area. Very basic breakfast, I find it almost catastrophic for a 3 or 4 *

The rooms were big and very comfortable. Roberto organised a fantastic trip into the 3 Valleys of the Atlas Mountains with Arib Voyages. I would definitely recommend the Riad Azahar for a mad amazing visit to Marrakesh

I have just returned from 5 fabulous night at Riad Azahar. I have visited Marrakech a few times , always stayed in hotels BUT Riad Azahar has changed me

The Riad Azahar has on site massage salon & Hamman and it’s a MUST , the lady is Inda I think she dose amazing Hamman and massage, this is a place you can totally unwind , what more important is the HOSPATALITY is unique in many ways , you will see for yourself

Such a comfortable and welcoming riad located in the heart of the medina by the Bahia Palace. Owner (Roberto) and all the team were super kind and helpful. We mostly saw Simon, who was excellent

What made our time at Riad Azahar special were the people. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and deeply caring, making us feel looked after from the moment we arrived

Riad has been beautifully restored and they can also arrange for a hammam and massage. Breakfast was great too and very tranquil place to sleep after busy days in the city

The riad truly felt like a home away from home. It is perfectly situated within the Medina and about a 10 mins walk to Jemaa el -Fnaa (provided you don't get lost- lol)

I also arranged airport pick-up and drop-off through Nathalie, and the process was seamless (highly recommend adding this when booking). What made this stay five-star, though, was the staff—especially Mohammed

We had a fabulous time at this wonderful Riad in Marrakech. The location is great as it's walking distance to most attractions in the town centre. The riad is clean and lovingly furnished and decorated

Breakfast is really tasty too and takes place on the rooftop terrace. The managers, Nathalie and Clement, are so helpful, attentive and kind. You can tell that they love what they do

i highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in spending their holiday so close to the main places of the medina but don't want to spend it in a noisy place. few minutes to the famous square Jamae El-fna

First stop for my friends n I in Morocco was this traditional Riad. It was clean comfortable and right in the middle of the old city. Rooms were smallish but totally adequate with own bathroom

Two single beds with not much space for anything else is not cosy it’s squashed! There is no bathroom privacy as the wall does not go from the floor to the ceiling, so if one wanted to use the bathroom/shower the other had to leave and with no communal space you had the stairs to sit on or wait in the cold on the roof top

Amazing place to stay in the middle of La Medina. The service was amazing and so helpful all the time, always with a smile

The Riad it's self is amazing, from the epic breakfast on the roof terrace, to dipping in the lovely pool to cool off, It is in a perfect location, very quiet for being so close to the city and it's perfect for exploring Marrakech

This Riad was very comfortable and the upper terrace was lovely to enjoy breakfast. What makes this Riad so special are the team there, they just could not do enough for you to make your stay memorable

Breakfast was very delicious and brought up to the terrace instantly , eggs freshly cooked with breads, juice, coffee, yogurts, jams etc. can’t wait to return to enjoy such great hospitality

This Riad is a wonderful place to stay in Marrakech, it feels like an oasis of calm in the middle of a very busy and bustling city! All the staff are super friendly and the food is delicious! The main square, Jmaa El Fna is a very short walk awat from the location and well worth a visit!

Fatima kept an amazing variety of food coming from the kitchen each day. Each morning started with a breakfast that changed slightly with each day. One evening we had dinner on site and it was great

We stayed in this Riad for three nights. The location is excellent for exploring the city, the room we stayed in was beautiful, the cleanliness was good, and the breakfast was excellent

They are charging tourists tax in (cash) dirham… when its included in ******* charges.

This is a wonderful place. Our host was the most friendly and kind person you could imagine. The rooms were so spacious and clean and the breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend this place.

A small riad located centrally but slightly away from the hustle and bustle. Quiet surroundings, a handful of well-maintained and clean rooms (the doubles are small). The breakfast is excellent and plentiful
