We ate there on the first night and it was one of our best meals of our stay. We loved the rooftops at both Riads, so beautiful and peaceful sat up there in the sun with a glass of wine. We felt very comfortable and safe

Shower with hot water working perfectly. Breakfast with everything you would possibly need. I got picked up at airport by taxi from hotel and I don't think I would have found it on my own

The information email we received from the Riad at the time of booking was really helpful, we used them for transfers from and back to the airport, there's no way we would have found our way to the Riad without their transfer and the staff meeting us and walking with us

Narrow winding streets in all kinds of directions, it takes a day or two to find your way around. Great place to stay in the center of Marrakesh , walking distance to everything. Had dinner at Riad two nights

The rooms was very beautiful in the arabic style. This riad is located in the heart of Medina, but înșine is silence and it has a google vibes

I travelled to Marrakesh with another female friend and arrived late in the evening; the Riad is located in the old town and due to the narrow roads our driver could not drop us off in front of the Riad so we were met by a staff member on our arrival at the closest drop of point

We were so lucky to find this Riad at very short notice as our Secret Escapes Riad room was nothing short of a small noisy office by the reception area. A lovely warm reception on arrival and a splendid room as well

The bed was decent, the prices were good, the location is perfect, the breakfast was good, the service was great!! I highly recommend this hotel as the service sold this hotel

From the main square, it only takes a couple of minutes to get there but be prepared to navigate through a short maze of narrow streets with significant damage that last year's deadly earthquake provoked, and some walls and buildings are being supported by temporary wooden beams that you have to cross on your way to the Riad

It was a pleasant surprise to finally reach and rest a bit at this much cooler ground floor sitting area and fairly silent guesthouse since it was close to 40ºC and chaotic in the Jeema el-Fnaa square

Abdahrim was incredible!! So kind and welcoming. I requested a late check out and they gave it to me. I also had to hang out for a while because I had a late flight and they let me.

A short 10 minute walk from the square. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Room cleaned daily and fresh towels if required. Served Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Would recommend Will visit again

Amazing place with traditional charm. The staff were very friendly and helpful with all our needs. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Definitely recommend staying here.

Aziz was great, very willing to help with any issue. Also let us shower and change for our flight home in his room after check out time. Bit disapointed in the pool. We didnt use it as it was really murky looking

We both myself and my wife spent 7 days and everything including the hospitality and breakfast was perfect. Generosity of accommodating us on the ground floor was very much appreciated

the help was lovely . Khaled was so very helpful at every turn .and even found a doctor for us .the weight staff was great and the woman that keep our room clean were lovely . everyone was so accommodating and friendly .

In particular, Ayoub helped us the most! A tip for other guests: if something is broken in your room, which can happen, just ask! We had a small issue with the shower and the whole shower was replaced on our first day

Our stay at this wonderful Riad was absolutely amazing! The hospitality was incredible thanks to the friendly staff. Each of them always had a smile on their face and loved talking even with the language barrier

Even if we arrived early for breakfast we had a smile and a lovely chat. Facilities were amazing, smelled amazing in the whole Riad and also was very clean. This was our first Riad experience and we loved it

Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful from the day we arrived all the way to the last day. We have been served with fresh breakfast, amazing tea, coffee, Moroccan food and amazing eggs too

Easy access, lots of shops and lovely food options within 5 mins walk. We know that a hotel is more luxurious but Riad Nasreen was a more Moroccan way to experience this beautiful country

We chose this hotel because it's close to the train station, a 15-minute walk away. The hotel has everything you need for an overnight stay. The breakfast is modest, but you'll be quite full

It was a clean place, staff were super super friendly (especially Abdullah - the concierge!!).

However, one drawback is the sound between rooms

Very comfortable beds, Breakfast in hotel could use some additional bread, cheese, and fruit. Clean rooms and quiet on the 2nd and 5th floor despite being in downtown Marrakesh

I've been here many times, breakfast is the only thing that I didn't like no choices for some like who like to eat much at the breakfast like me. In general the hotel is good 😊

The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is dated but it is clean and in a good location. We feel for what we paid it was very good value for money

Every detail is meticulously attended to: the rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated, the garden is sublime, the pool is delightful, and the scent of jasmine in the air makes the atmosphere even more magical

This is a spectacular hotel in one of the most interesting and historic districts of the city, the Kasbah. Rooms are beautiful and spacious, beds are very comfortable. The staff is lovely and the bar is very cosy

The beautiful pool is heated and provides a welcome rest from the hustle of the city. Although the Riad is beautiful the staff are the biggest asset

It was as if we were in the middle of the jungle, while in a posh hotel within the city walls of Marrakech. We were greeted with birdsong from dawn to dusk… lovely

The only thing to make our stay less than perfect was the indifferent attitude of the receptionist, but as we were there in the last few days of the month of Ramadan, I can understand her being a little grumpy

If you don’t want to wake up to the sound of birdsong, this may not be the hotel for you? Our bedroom, one of the ‘Sultan’ rooms, although on the ground floor, had its own private terrace

As a family we had an exceptional 3 days. Children loved the swimming pool and their rooms were outstanding, staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was most attractively decorated and very comfortable

There's a small swimming pool and a lovely roof terrace where we had breakfast every day

2) I choose this riad for the swimming pool an I discovered it was empty. 3) location is close to the Ben youssef but the riad is each time really difficult to find

We got a cab from the airport and were dropped off a short walk from the Riad (through the busiest and craziest little alleyways - but it all added to the experience!) When the door opened into the Riad, we were bowled over by how peaceful and beautiful it is inside

We had 2 evening meals in the Riad and 2 others at local restaurants (La Terrace des Epices and +61 - both excellent and very different feel to each other. Try both - you won't be disappointed!)

Hidden gem in the middle of the Medina. We were welcomed into their beautiful courtyard and were served mint tea and biscuits while we checked in. The decor was tasteful and luxurious

To be honest I was very skeptical after looking at the negative reviews however our experience was more than fantastic. Water park, pool were well maintained and staffed

Main pool was heated and aqua Park with multiple slides was so thrilling for the kids. Bar has constant service for drinks throughout the day. There was so much food variety for kids to pick and choose

Here now , staff very friendly , beds comfy, cleaners everyday, food something for everyone, need to actually walk around the grounds, adult only pool which is gorgeous , pool with music and activities, plus other pools , always very clean, it is getting updated which will take time, but can't fault for the price, there are also different restaurants on site to try , yes the odd birds come into the...

The room that we were first allocated wasn't the best so the next day we changed to a different which was all good. There is bus service to Marrakesh city which is cheaper than taxi available from outside

We arrived late at night and it was raining heavily, it would have been ideal if we were guided to our building and room

Few suggestions, there should be map of the resort which should be handed over at start to get idea of where things are

Rooms are clean and the service is perfect. They will help you finding an good restaurant, day trip or place you want to visit. You can get food, drinks or even shisha at every time of the day

Amazing riad the people that work here are amazing and friendly nothing to much trouble The rooms were beautiful the outdoor space is a great Area

The venue location might worry some people as it's down some back alleys, but again. This is the real authentic vibe you're going to get inside here. Once you're inside the door, boom. The outside is soon forgotten about

The room was on the top floor which was noisy in the morning as it was next to the breakfast kitchen and also completely lacking in privacy. The furnishings and decor have all seen better days

The manager (owner?) of the property really takes charge of every element, from waiting to escort us to the hotel from our arranged car service, to providing us a detailed orientation including recommendations for dining and activities, to following up on general affairs of the hotel

Rooms are very nice, the beds are extremely comfortable, beds always made up and rooms cleaned daily - big thank you to Bachera the manager of the room staff, and Safiane he is absolutely amazing, there doesn't appear to be one job he can't do, and he does it with a smile

Amira the manager is very accommodating, and very professional, and the night desk manager Abderrazak, when they're on duty you get the feel that they really care about your stay at the hotel

You can feel safe staying at the hotel, due to the location its a fairly busy area, but when you've got Hamza, Hichan, on duty you can rest assure that your security is their top priority

Hichan is helpful in taking my luggage to my room, and even when it comes to checking out he ensures that your cases are kept safe until your taxi or shuttle arrives

I love the breakfast, and for the first time we started ordering our evening meals from their menu, we don't have no regrets at all. Well presented and cooked well, and very filling

We got married and they fixed decorations for us for free with roses and rose petals on the bed and towels folded to swans

There was only enough room for the bed and a side table. My friends' rooms were a bit larger and had desks and chairs. The room had a small closet and a safe. The bathroom was clean and pretty in a terracotta color

We stayed in this riad for 5 days and had only good experiences. Great location, with many restaurants and markets nearby. The staff was always very friendly and helpful

When in the room, we had a small bolt to lock it from the inside, but when we left the room, we had a small bolt to close it from the outside. But basically anyone could go into the room when we're out

I think he didn't quite understand us at first, but came back to us ten minutes later with the info of someone they use for transportation. He called the driver on our behalf and arranged it all

It was only his 3rd day, so he was a bit nervous and spilled our welcome tea. It was not an issue, and he was very polite and helpful. My room located on the 2nd floor was small, but cozy

Something to note if you're traveling alone or have valuables. There is someone at the front desk 24/7 though. Breakfast was on the rooftop and consisted of bread and pastries

Great hotel with a fantastic roof top pool

I stayed at Hotel Imperial Plaza Marrakesh from 2nd February to 4th February and had a good experience. The staff were polite and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable

Very friendly staff, hot water took awhile in the shower, good location. Went to the wrong hotel with a similar name twice

The hotel atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would recommend this hotel

The breakfast was great with lots of choice and western options as well as Moroccan offerings. The chefs make omelette to request and another lady made delicious flat bread fresh in the morning

A few of the receptionists spoke excellent English and were so helpful. For example, a tour bus didn’t arrive one morning and the receptionist phoned the tour operator and was really helpful

BEDROOMS - Bedrooms are extremely comfortable with all 5 located on the same floor. ROOFTOP TERRACE - The rooftop terrace has a lovely pool (we didn’t have time to fit a dip in!) and sunbathing area as well as a hamman

Ideally located, it lets you experience authentic medina life while still being just a 10-minute walk from the more touristy areas (so evenings & nights remain wonderfully peaceful) A big plus: taxis can drop you less than 50 meters from the entrance, and the team will come meet you and carry your luggage (super convenient in the medina!) The riad has five en-suite rooms

It was the perfect hideaway, located within the medina and about 10 minute walk from the souks. WELCOMING - From the moment we stepped through the door (down a quiet cul de sac) a warm smile and welcome awaited us

We spent hours there with friends, laughing, chatting, sipping mint tea… just soaking in the atmosphere. The staff strike the perfect balance: incredibly friendly yet always discreet

OVERALL - The entire riad is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and atmospheric and it truly felt like home to us all. Highly recommend for a family group or group of friends

I'm writing this review because I couldn't find any recommendations for the restaurant at the Akabar Hotel. The tagine with pieces of meat is very affordable and delicious. It melts in your mouth and is very juicy

Located in the midst of some top restaurants and most happening places around, is also walkable distance from most historic places in the city. The food was just mediocre and slightly pricey for what it was worth

The location was nice everything was around the Conner really enjoyed my stay, but the bathroom was an issue you can’t able to flush but everything was okay

This was on a very hot day in Marrakesh and the air-conditioning was not working well in my first room, but the staff went out of their way to get me into cooler room

Average hotel, location quite noisy. From 2nd floor can hear the street and car horns all night. In the bathroom nowhere to hang towels cause broken and inside shower nowhere to put soap. Anyway good for the price

You’re the n the middle of a dessert, next to a small village so there is noise but it’s not overwhelming Myself and husband went to reconnect after a crappy year, and that’s exactly what we did

The food is nice and reasonably priced. Gorgeous traditional Moroccan style. Large roof terrace and gorgeous pool area. apparently, a small problem in April. Just the wonderful sound of donkeys, frogs & Cockerals

Pool The pool although quite cold was lovely and refreshing and clean

Food We booked half board - breakfast was very basic, lots of different types of bread, omelettes cooked on demand and plenty of coffee, fresh orange juice and mint tea

Although the grouting and tiles surrounding were a little broken and missing in sparodic places , only adding to the ambiance IMO but could be deemed a little unsteady under foot for small children and elderly to navigate Getting around The shuttle was more of a cab, but for the price got us into the town and out again and is free, unless you book out of the times when it shouldn’t cost you more...

We loved all the animals pottering about and there was just a wonderful energy to the whole place. The staff were really helpful with booking taxis or any other questions we had

We took a day-pass to relax by (and in) the pool, plus have some lunch. Nice venue, away from the bustle of the city. Staff friendly and welcoming

The Trip was good. It was hard to find the location but at ende the workers was very kind and very helpfull

Very good value for money, great facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. The only minor point is the taxi ride back was difficult on the occasions we took them as the taxi drivers did not know the place at all

We absolutely loved our stay at Le Relais De Marrakech. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We immediately felt right at home

Another highlight was the cleanliness of the rooms; they were tidied up every day, with fresh sheets as well. An interesting tidbit is that the cleaning staff seemed to work around the clock

Hotel Nassim is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the front-of-house staff were absolutely fantastic—friendly, helpful, and professional.

Unlike other hotels where rooms are typically cleaned until 2 or 3 PM, Nassim Hôtel had our room impeccably cleaned even if we returned late in the afternoon

The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to assist us with anything we needed, whether it was finding a taxi or making restaurant reservations

Conveniently located, easy accesible and in near vicinity all possible options - restaurants, banks, shopping centres. About 40 min walk from Medina

It was surprising to find that, after stepping out at 5 PM, we would come back just half an hour later to discover everything in pristine order
