The environment is nice, but the facilities are just average.

We had no luck getting a taxi to the riad, citing the narrow streets. Upon entering the old town, we were immediately approached by "helpers" who insisted on accompanying us, demanding money for it. A hotel employee saved the situation (we got off with 20 dirhams), who subsequently provided us with various useful information. The riad itself was clean, but the street noise was very distracting.

The riad is in the old city, but once you enter, it feels peaceful. The streets outside are full of people, but inside it's quiet. The room was not too big or small, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed having tea in the courtyard in the afternoon.

Really nice Riad. Tarik is great. Away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina which is what we wanted. Clean, nice rooms, etc. Would definitely recommend. Easy to catch the 12 bus (4 dirham per trip) close by and takes about 25-30 minutes to the main square but costs 1/20th or less. Buses are busy but easy.

A peaceful resting place that is full of atmosphere. It is clearly an authentic family residence that rises in about three tiers, with a narrow balcony running continuously round the edge of each tier, above the central courtyard. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too. Hussain was a great host and helped us find out feet. He also arranged some trips and taxis, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The only thing we didn't realise was there was no alcohol at the road. Which wasn't a major issue but just to note.

Absolutely beautiful and an amazing place. The rooms were very clean, the staff were super welcoming and helpful, the riad is kid friendly, the food was exceptional, and the fact that you are immersed with the locals in the heart of Marrakech is incredible. Took me a bit to find the place with all the tight narrow walkways, but after a few times I got it. No complaints.

It was great. Very clean, great breakfast, very central. The only problem is that some days, a band plays on the rooftop restaurant until about 11 pm and it is very loud in the rooms.

Very nice riad, staff very helpful and friendly. Very close to the famous UNESCO listed Jemaa el-Fnaa square (close like a minute or 2 walk). First time in Marrakech and first time in a Riad. You approach the Riad down a neglected alleyway, so I was nervous on arrival but once inside it was very peaceful and traditional. Staff were all nice - spoke fluent French with broken English. We stayed in the top room on the terrace and it was fine for a short break - cleaned everyday and towels changed. Loved our stay the people here were really lovely and helpful. We stayed for just over a week and found that our room was cleaned and towels changed everyday. The location is good, close to Funa Square, so you can come back and rest when you get tired from sightseeing. The shared showers were sometimes too hot and sometimes too lukewarm, but there were multiple showers so it was never crowded.

The Riad was under construction when I stayed . Quite noisy and I couldn’t use the terrace. The room’s quite small and very simple , very few decoration and art. No facilities on the day I arrived . I, at first, thought that all the RIADs in Morrocco like that, but they’re not 😅 The owner and staffs are very friendly as most of the owners in Morrocco.

It's a little hard to locate the entrance at first (there's only a tiny street sign on the corner which is impossible to see at night and the actual front door is unmarked) but once you figure it out once, it's easy to navigate.

The Riad was beautiful and all the staff were fantastic. It sits away from the Medina so its quiet but close enough to walk to. I highly recommend it 👌

Excellent stay at Riad Cocoon. Corinne and staff are so hospitable and friendly, the Riad is lovely, in a great location close to the Souks, but very quiet. The staff were a great help in arranging taxis when required. We had the top floor room which has its own terrace above with sun loungers. Highly recommended place to stay in Marrakech.

Beautiful riad in a great location. Corinne is a really helpful host who made suggestions both before we arrived and once we were there if places to go and things to do and he and the staff helped arrange taxis and meals. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful and a special shout out to Jamaâ who was always smiling and willing to help. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech
