This is a fantastic Riad giving you everything you need for a magical experience in Marrakech. Architecturally the place is stunning with amazing artifacts everywhere you look. The cooking was first class and the staff could not be more helpful. Add to that the entire old Medina is an easy walk away, and you are in the heart of the chaotic experience that is Marrakech. Very unique location, amazing atmosphere, the building is beautiful and the rooftop has a great vibes! The owner is super friendly, the place has a small gym which is perfect for cardio. Such a lovely experience. The Riad is beautifully designed, the staff are welcoming and friendly and the whole ambiance is delightful. Breakfast was simple but delicious, breads, cake, fresh fruit, yoghurt and pancakes. They have their own Hammam and Layla was wonderful. The location and having breakfast at the rooftop table was very amazing. We could walk around all day visiting the popular attractions. But Google.map.was not so helpful in routing as much as in the capital Urban areas cause the old city is just complex.

What a delightful little gem hidden in Marrakech. Ignore the weird streets to get there and go, since by entering you leave all the chaos of the city behind for such a nice stay experience. Hotel very well located in the center of Marrakech. The hotel is very pretty with lots of evening entertainment and shows. The only problem was that upon arrival the air conditioning was faulty and despite all the comments from tourists, the technical service took 4 days to repair it. Very friendly and helpful staff, Hamza and Jamal. Location is excellent if you want to be near to Imam Jazuli and Sidi Bel Abbasi shrines. But otherwise if you want to be close medina market then this is bit of a walk as it's a bit removed from the central hustle bustle.

We had an amazing stay. The Riad is quiet, the staff very friendly and they try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can have breakfast and relax on the rooftop that also has a hot tub. As the gardens of La Mamounia border the Riad, you can hear the birds instead of street traffic. The souk and the Bahia Palace are within a 25 minute walk.

Ibrahim and Midi, the reception staff, are very friendly and helpful. They always make sure you have everything you need. The location is excellent, right next to the square. The breakfasts are very complete, and they even prepare little bags of it for you when you leave early. In short, I would definitely stay at this riad again!

A bit dated, it could use some renovation, especially in the bathrooms, showers, and plumbing. The terrace is very nice and the staff is friendly. Lovely Riad with wonderful hosts. Can I just add that Khalid when above and beyond in helping myself and my friend after an incident in Marrakesh and could not have helped us more than he did. The Riad is beautiful and a lovely place to stay if visiting. Also had a fabulous Haman spa scrub arranged at the Riad too where the fantastic lady host helped organise. Very very nice Riad with Roof Top to relax and very lovely staff owned and managed by women. Very clean and very quiet near the nice Café Clock 4min.walk and good access to local bus and airport. We booked 2 nights but finally stayed 4nights. We will come again Rene and liz👍🥰🇨🇭at IG: @renepeter57

Nice place to stay in Marrakech

Hassan made the stay feel like home . Cleanliness is so so and the ground floor rooms are noisy during mornings

Spent a week here last year. A very clean and nice riad located in a quiet corner of the traditional part of the city, but near to a main road and easy to get anywhere. Walking distance from city center sights and some restaurants as well. The proprietor was very helpful, kind and spoke great English. Would recommend!

We had the pleasure of staying here for a night with our two children on our visit to Marrakech. The room was beautifully decorated and had the ideal small area sectioned off for the children, the pool was heated which for them was a bonus! Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, shame we could only get one night! Would definitely recommend.

Simply extraordinary! Quiet riad 200 m from the hustle and bustle of the souks. Remarkable staff, attentive, responsive ... not knowing what to do to make our stay unforgettable (all without exception) We had dinner there one evening: we have never eaten such delicious couscous! (Thank you Aïcha) Varied breakfast every morning on par with the rest! I don't want to forget the decor: superb, very tasteful...

A little oasis of tranquility in the medina. Everything was perfect: superb decoration, pleasant welcome, copious breakfast and above all a top staff. Special mention for Zakaria, Saïd and Mohammed who were adorable with our son

The second time and still a feeling of "at home". It is magnificent, peaceful, authentic and contemporary at the same time. The location, the architecture, the decor, the patios, the rooftop, the rooms, the service, the breakfast... Everything is superb. Thank you Said and Mohamed for your welcome.

Myself & family had a great stay in Dar Titrit , the staff were really friendly & looked after us. The breakfast up on the roof terrace is a treat & the room was really nice. There’s also 2 heated pools, one in the inner courtyard & another up on the roof terrace. Great for chilling after a day out in the souks also a lovely little bar were the two resident cats hang out.
