Whole experience was fantastic — Mohamed and the team looked after us incredibly well. The riad is beautiful inside, with a rooftop pool and restaurant / bar (with beer, wine and cocktails) available) and downstairs pool, all decorated beautifully. Our rooms were lovely - beds were incredibly comfortable. Restaurant breakfast and food was delightful. Overall couldn’t recommend more! Thanks to the whole...
Clean room, excellent showers, terrific and attentive service
I had a fantastic stay here, in this elegant, clean, peaceful and well-managed riad in the wonderful Marrakech. The position is perfect: just within the inner-city walls, making access to the souks, but also allowing for an easy exit of the medina. A special thank you to Aminata and the team who looked after me with impeccable care and kindness.
Amazing stay !! 10/10 the full team go above and beyond Special mention to; Abdul Karim Simon Abdel They make the riad feel like your home from home in their beautiful oasis. Sitting on the fence about what riad to stay in dive right in for this one! Perfect location too for the markets and key restaurants Book it !
Exceptional Moroccan hotel
Beautiful moroccan vibe amazing staff and excellent daily breakfeast
Friendly Riad stay
All the staff who worked there were very friendly, gave me great tips for what to see and do, plus good restaurant and bar recommendations. Good location also. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Laurence Olivier, the hole team was very welcoming and friendly. A special thank you to Mohamed for his valuable advice and recommendations, which truly made our stay smoother and more enjoyable. The riad is a peaceful place to relax, and the dinner was absolutely delicious!
Stepping through the brass doors into the Riad Laurence Oliver you immediately step back in time to when this was a beautiful home for an affluent family of Marrakech. The fabulous tiled and marble decor throughout the courtyard and stairs, the antique furnishings and the sheer calm and peacefulness of the Riad is lovely. In additiion to the courtyard, there is a garden with pool and a large roof...
This riad is located close to the souk in Marrakesh where we stayed for 4 nights over Christmas. Once you step through the door you are in a beautiful oasis of calm. The decoration of the central court is beautiful and orange trees provide shade and perfume as you relax and drink the Moroccan tea that is offered at every opportunity. The room that we occupied was beautifully decorated and comfortable...
This is a fantastic Riad giving you everything you need for a magical experience in Marrakech. Architecturally the place is stunning with amazing artifacts everywhere you look. The cooking was first class and the staff could not be more helpful. Add to that the entire old Medina is an easy walk away, and you are in the heart of the chaotic experience that is Marrakech. The stay really was perfect.
Stayed here with my friend a couple of weeks ago on a last minute trip to Marrakech and it was absolutely incredible! The riad itself it stunning and a peaceful sanctuary from the bustle of the Medina. We were greeted by Muhamet who was the kindest, most gracious person and he couldn't do enough for us. As this was our first time visiting Marrakech and as two young women we wanted some tips on getting...
Spectacular beautiful Riad. The Riad was a museum of items of art and culture. We were fortunate to have booked a suite which was an absolute delight. The ambience and calm of the Riad is created by the place, the people working who made us feel more like family and the birds and tortoise's created the background. All was as described on the description, with a traditional breakfast being served in...

Thank you Sylvie and the staff of Espirit du Maroc for a memorable trip to Marrakech. Your hospitality and support was great and the food was superb. This was my first visit to Marrakesh and made doubly enjoyable by the wonderful hospitality of Sylvie and the staff of Esprit du Maroc Tastefully decorated and impeccably maintained. The food was fabulous. (Thanks Sylvie for my friends birthday dinner) The location was very exceptionally convenient as well I hope to return soon Highly recommended
Very unique location, amazing atmosphere, the building is beautiful and the rooftop has a great vibes! The owner is super friendly, the place has a small gym which is perfect for cardio. The room is big and has a large bathroom. The riad has a beautiful pool inside. This place is great for a family visit or a a friendly holiday. The place is super clean, the staff is nice.
Beautiful Riad in a central location. Staff could not be more helpful, so welcoming and attentive. Exceptionally clean and such lovely decor. Food is lovely with a great selection of Moroccan wine!
A riad courtyard with decent decoration. The waiters are enthusiastic and helpful, but it is difficult to find and you need to pay attention to the route. The facilities and hygiene are okay, but a little old.
All kinds of services are very good

Such a lovely experience. The Riad is beautifully designed, the staff are welcoming and friendly and the whole ambiance is delightful. Breakfast was simple but delicious, breads, cake, fresh fruit, yoghurt and pancakes. They have their own Hammam and Layla was wonderful. The room was spacious and spotless and we had our own terraced area. Thoroughly recommend staying here.
The location and having breakfast at the rooftop table was very amazing. We could walk around all day visiting the popular attractions. But Google.map.was not so helpful in routing as much as in the capital
Urban areas cause the old city is just complex.
A visit to Marrakesh has been on the radar for a while. We wanted an authentic stay so opted for a small “Riad” rather than a hotel but with SO many to choose from, how do you make that choice. The reviews for the “Riad El Grably” on TA are consistently very good but would the description and pictures be anything like the real thing Having recently returned from a 5 night stay here, the answer is...
From the warm greeting with tea and cake, friendly and attentive staff, comfy beds, great shower, tasty breakfast where they thought of everything, lovely pool, hot tub and tranquil rooftop. We loved it and would love to come back some day.
This place is an absolute delight. There were 4 of us in our group (2 couples). Having been to Marrakesh before, but staying in a resort hotel, we wanted to stay in a Riad this time, and I feel that we chose the best one. We arrived by private transfer from the airport, the closest the driver can get is to a car park, a couple of minutes’ walk down alleyways to the Riad, Leila from Riad met us at the...
Our stay here was absolutely fantastic and everyone was so attentative nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast was tasty and the rooms are very comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely especially late afternoon after being in the heat most of the day. There is a lovely rooftop where you can enjoy a sunbed and a cold soda. You can also enjoy a hammam and a massage, definitely return thank you Francoise

Not the easiest to find and its not the closest to the centre but nothing a cheap taxi ride cant reach. It's very Moroccan style which is cool, we were lucky to have the rooftop room which was unique and lovely. The hotel also has a small pool and a nice dining area. When entering the hotel for the first time, the staff were lovely and made us mint tea while going through a map of the area and the...
Breakfast was probably our highlight. Would have been nice to be asked wether we preferred tea or coffee, rather than serving us coffee which we both detest. Also, I could understand French and the key moment when my husband had returned in the hotel late ruined our stay. I was not going to use the services in offer more than what was expected, if you had let me in with the extra key. I just needed...
Location is a bit awkward if you're on foot and not used to Marrakech traffic and the water pressure was very low. But the staff was perfect, room was amazing and everything else was perfect.
I would easily go back without a doubt
We spent six nights in this riad. All people were really helpful and kind and made our stay lovely. The breakfast has a good size and taste’s well. But we enjoyed the handmade diner from Mustapha the most. I recommend everyone to stay here if you be in Marrakesh.
What a delightful little gem hidden in Marrakech. Ignore the weird streets to get there and go, since by entering you leave all the chaos of the city behind for such a nice stay experience. I wanna mention Zacarias who went beyond his way, made us breakfast early so we could get our tour, very helpful with everything and such a lovely guy. I recommend this place for sure.
Didn’t know much about the Riad’s in Morocco but after the stay I understood the culture more. We arrived at night and couldn’t find the Riad for a while some locals helped us locate it through the alleyways (They did demand tips but we didn’t have enough small cash yet) It was scarier walking through the alleyways than it seemed but quite a chaotic main road. The inside was lovely couldn’t tell too...

I stayed 2 night and I was very happy with their rooms and services. Highlights to Ali ! He was so nice and helpful would definitely recommend! If I ever come back I’d definitely stay there again! Thank you guys !
The Riad Viva is one of the “grande dames” of Sidi Mimoun. A lovely place in a great area of Marrakech. I suspect it was built in the early years of the 20th century. It has a very elegant 1920’s vibe. The floor plan is very well done. The finishing is luscious and luxurious. Lots of hand-cut zellij tile work. Amazing hand-carved plasterwork and natural woodwork. Gorgeous tan colored marble on the...
I had an extremely poor experience at this hotel, unlike anything I've encountered at any hotel in any country. On the morning of my stay, I realized I had mistakenly booked for the previous night, and the payment had already been processed. Despite the booking error, I went to Riad Viva to discuss with...
Central for most of Marrakesh city everything is walkable. Hotel was clean and quite considering how load the city can be.
Very helpful staff
Tucked away amongst small streets and little houses this Riad is a must. The moment you step in through the front door you instantly feel relaxed and the pace of the town/souks/excursions just drop away. Beautiful traditional interior and the staff can’t do enough for you. Very helpful and informative. Will happily book your reservations, excursions, taxis and give any advice on local knowledge. ...

We cannot find a thing to fault this hotel, it was beautiful. I'd love to visit again in the summer. The outside seating areas as clean and bright, the breakfast was homemade and some of the best I've had in a hotel. Traditional and staff were lovely.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hosts of Riad Eden were so wonderful! Breakfast was a 10/10. The bedrooms were amazing quality, housekeeping cleaned every day and the showers were nice. Staff was so accommodating and got breakfast for us really early when we were leaving. Would absolutely recommend!
Great hosts and the customer service went way and beyond what i was expecting.
The door is a bit hard to open and close with the lock, but it's authentic!
The room itself was nice, even had a bathtub.
I was lucky, I had a room with a balcony.
I'll note one major drawback: the room smelled strongly of cat urine. It was simply impossible.
And another small drawback: they didn't show you where everything was in the riad; they usually give you a tour.

Staff were totally fab but this riad is basic, with slightly tatty decor, down a ramshackle alley with derelict buildings and rubbish piled up next door.
Staff are very friendly and helpful - but riad is basic - slightly tatty and down a ramshackle alleyway with derelict buildings and rubbish piled up next door. It’s perfectly okay, but not the warm, homely place you might expect of a riad stay.
Upon arrival we were skeptical but we ended up really enjoying the Riad. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. We were very happy with the Riad overall and would recommend it. It provides an authentic experience in Lisbon.
Beautiful Riad. Perfectly located close to all the sights. The service was very good. Friendly people, do everything for you. The breakfast was simple, but completely fine.
Only the road to it is a bit less, small back alleys. You first think, where am I going, but once you step inside you are pleasantly surprised.
I highly recommend this riad, away from the hustle and bustle of the souk and yet very close to the main square of Marrakech. The staff is particularly attentive and accommodating (even when you have to leave very early in the morning they provide breakfast). The riad is comfortable and well-equipped.

Honestly I don't recommend the bed, the pillows are as hard as bricks... sorry but luckily the porters and the ladies at reception raised my rating
Location next to the convention center but a little far from the tourist area. Very basic breakfast, I find it almost catastrophic for a 3 or 4 *. The worst for me is the reception staff who seriously lack customer relations. First, arrived around midnight, the room was already fully paid online, the reception staff did not give me my room without paying the tourist tax for the 5 nights, a small amount...
Really nice hotel, in a fantastic location.
Hotel very well located in the center of Marrakech. The hotel is very pretty with lots of evening entertainment and shows. The only problem was that upon arrival the air conditioning was faulty and despite all the comments from tourists, the technical service took 4 days to repair it. The people at reception are very nice but are completely lost. Be careful of the swimming pool which is very dirty
When we go to Marrakech, we always take this hotel, it has never disappointed us
Very generous breakfast and dinner
The staff is attentive and the rooms are very comfortable

Such a comfortable and welcoming riad located in the heart of the medina by the Bahia Palace. Owner (Roberto) and all the team were super kind and helpful. We mostly saw Simon, who was excellent. Riad has been beautifully restored and they can also arrange for a hammam and massage. Breakfast was great too and very tranquil place to sleep after busy days in the city.
What made our time at Riad Azahar special were the people. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and deeply caring, making us feel looked after from the moment we arrived. We had a fantastic time at the Riad mazaya. Nathalie and Clement are great hosts and took very good care of us. We loved the roof top terrasse! The Riad is very well located on a quiet street. Thanks for hosting us.
I booked a last-minute birthday trip to Marrakech and debated between staying in a Riad or a hotel. I’m so glad I chose Riad Mazaya. The staff were so kind and welcoming—they greeted us with mint tea and a lovely conversation, and were always available to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was a 10/10, truly delicious! Ibrahim and Midi, the reception staff, are very friendly and helpful. They always make sure you have everything you need. The location is excellent, right next to the square. The breakfasts are very complete, and they even prepare little bags of it for you when you leave early. In short, I would definitely stay at this riad again!
A bit dated, it could use some renovation, especially in the bathrooms, showers, and plumbing. The terrace is very nice and the staff is friendly. The location is great, just a two-minute walk from the square. The beds are comfortable. The price per night is a bit high considering the shortcomings.

We arrived in Marrakech after 4 days in the desert. Marrakech's a very busy city and Riad BB is a great place to relax and have a break from the fast paced city. Mohamed is very friendly and helpful and made our stay perfect. He wants to help you as much as possible. The riad is a great location. Close to the Medina and square but also close to the road for quick drop off and pick up. Breakfast...

Riad Inaka is a litle gem in a very busy city, great location (very near the Bab Ksiba gate where you can grab a taxi very easily) 25 mins from the airport, great places to eat nearby. The Riad is beautiful, clean the owner Mouna is just the best hostess, nothing is too much trouble and she's a great cook. The rooms are perfect, bed is comfy and the sun terrace is great. I would definatley recommend...
Lovely Riad with wonderful hosts. Can I just add that Khalid when above and beyond in helping myself and my friend after an incident in Marrakesh and could not have helped us more than he did. The Riad is beautiful and a lovely place to stay if visiting. Also had a fabulous Haman spa scrub arranged at the Riad too where the fantastic lady host helped organise. Cant recall her name but she also...
Very very nice Riad with Roof Top to relax and very lovely staff owned and managed by women. Very clean and very quiet near the nice Café Clock 4min.walk and good access to local bus and airport. We booked 2 nights but finally stayed 4nights. We will come again Rene and liz👍🥰🇨🇭at IG: @renepeter57
Nice place to stay in Marrakech
Hassan made the stay feel like home . Cleanliness is so so and the ground floor rooms are noisy during mornings
Spent a week here last year. A very clean and nice riad located in a quiet corner of the traditional part of the city, but near to a main road and easy to get anywhere. Walking distance from city center sights and some restaurants as well. The proprietor was very helpful, kind and spoke great English. Would recommend!

Marrakech, 7 Derb Assabane Riad Laarouss,Derb Assabane (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Spa facilities: SPA, Solarium
We had the pleasure of staying here for a night with our two children on our visit to Marrakech. The room was beautifully decorated and had the ideal small area sectioned off for the children, the pool was heated which for them was a bonus! Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, shame we could only get one night! Would definitely recommend.
Simply extraordinary! Quiet riad 200 m from the hustle and bustle of the souks. Remarkable staff, attentive, responsive ... not knowing what to do to make our stay unforgettable (all without exception) We had dinner there one evening: we have never eaten such delicious couscous! (Thank you Aïcha) Varied breakfast every morning on par with the rest! I don't want to forget the decor: superb, very tasteful...
A little oasis of tranquility in the medina. Everything was perfect: superb decoration, pleasant welcome, copious breakfast and above all a top staff. Special mention for Zakaria, Saïd and Mohammed who were adorable with our son
The second time and still a feeling of "at home". It is magnificent, peaceful, authentic and contemporary at the same time. The location, the architecture, the decor, the patios, the rooftop, the rooms, the service, the breakfast... Everything is superb. Thank you Said and Mohamed for your welcome.
Myself & family had a great stay in Dar Titrit , the staff were really friendly & looked after us. The breakfast up on the roof terrace is a treat & the room was really nice. There’s also 2 heated pools, one in the inner courtyard & another up on the roof terrace. Great for chilling after a day out in the souks also a lovely little bar were the two resident cats hang out.
Very beautiful Riad, tastefully decorated. Very well located and comfortable The Riad is very quiet, even if it is located in the medina We had a very pleasant stay Best regards Lucie & Florent
