A beautiful hotel a short drive outside the medina. Choose it for lush grounds, a friendly team and a great pool. We had a few problems with our room which were raised with the staff and resolved to a degree. Be wary of the superior bungalow with courtyard view… it’s actually in the car park and does not reflect the high standards and ambience the hotel generally sets.

The place is very, very hard to find, but the room they gave me is super nice, on the rooftop with a garden. The service is lacking, because the desert tour was at 7 o'clock the next day, and I was specifically told to prepare some food for breakfast in advance (because the staff were not at work at that time), or to prepare it in the evening. We’ve been staying with my husband in this nice Riad during our honeymoon. The location was quite comfortable, near Dar el Bacha museum and the main road thus it was easy to take a taxi. It's not easy to find, but the hotel has a nice environment and is very welcoming.

The riad is inside a series of back lanes but can be located using google map easily. It is a lovely riad, quiet and nice, we loved it. Staff were super friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much. We folllowed their recommendations to the tourists places and experienced the hammam, recommended!

A paradise behind a beautiful door, you just wouldn’t guess it was there. Loved our stay here. Very accommodating to our whole family. Beautiful space, spacious rooms and they really think of everything as far as what your needs might be during your stay. The place had a small number of rooms, a simple interior, and a relaxing, homey atmosphere. Place is nice and clean, staff was also very helpful. However, do note that the address is not the actual address of the riad. I am travelling alone, and only booked this riad because it was right beside where my friends are staying. I only found out when I arrive that it is a 4-5mins walk from the actual address stated on trip.com. Which was very misleading and they should update the correct address...

Getting to the hotel through the dirty alleys with cat poop was not nice. The distance from the main transport was far, we had concerns about safety but it turned out to be quite safe. The staff were very helpful, courteous, and willing to do what was necessary to make our stay a pleasurable one.

Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful from the day we arrived all the way to the last day. We have been served with fresh breakfast, amazing tea, coffee, Moroccan food and amazing eggs too. Excellent place and good restaurant

Outstanding stay. This is a spectacular hotel in one of the most interesting and historic districts of the city, the Kasbah. Rooms are beautiful and spacious, beds are very comfortable. The staff is lovely and the bar is very cosy. The hotel's feels more like a place for travellers rather than tourists - a very interesting mix of people. We would gladly stay again.

A quiet Riad in the south of the Medina. Staff were quick to make us feel very welcome with tea and choice of pillow scent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beautiful pool is heated and provides a welcome rest from the hustle of the city. Although the Riad is beautiful the staff are the biggest asset. We will return, thank you

As a family we had an exceptional 3 days. Children loved the swimming pool and their rooms were outstanding, staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was most attractively decorated and very comfortable. Food was very tasty, beautifully presented and overall atmosphere was very homely.

We took the whole 4 bedroom Riad, even though there were only 4 of us. Still great value. We got a cab from the airport and were dropped off a short walk from the Riad (through the busiest and craziest little alleyways - but it all added to the experience!) Beautiful and tranquille. Hidden gem in the middle of the Medina. We were welcomed into their beautiful courtyard and were served mint tea and biscuits while we checked in. The decor was tasteful and luxurious. Had a gorgeous octagonal bathtub in our room. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast is served on the terrace. There was a tiny pool. Enough for cooling down.

Dar Housnia exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. I have been to Marrakech so many times but this place really was outstanding. Staying in the annex with the pool that we had to ourselves nearly the entire time was the icing on top! From arranging with the lovely owners to the ladies in the kitchen but most impressive was Mouhcine! the decor is lovely and modern moroccan/boho. the sink and vanity in the entry way was a unique and welcome touch!
